The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as described. No frills but very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shared bathroom and showers were clean but a little dated. The location was perfect to visit Chinatown and walkable to Fishermans Warf. Overall a good value for the price.

Pros (+) Not much was considered likeable. The location was decent since an entrance into China town was right across the street.
Cons (-) There were several things I didn't like. I originally booked the hotel for six nights but switched hotels after the first night. I didn't like how my room did not have a toilet, shower, or air conditioning. I took a shower and the water temperature was extremely hot even after trying to turn it down - my skin was red afterwards from the hot water and then since my room didn't have AC I was sweatin...

Pros (+) Very clean, easy checkin, good wifi
Cons (-) Had to leave the window open because the room was a bit stuffy, whcihbmeant it was really noisy. Sharing a toilet was fine, dunno about the shower room -but we didn't need that anyway.

Pros (+) The location was perfect. It is in the middle of the SF and everywhere important is just away in walking distance.
Cons (-) The bed was really uncomfortable. They need to change those iron bunk beds with the wooden ones. And by the way, please put one more chair!

Pros (+) Only price matters
Cons (-) No AC facility if we ask they will ask us open windows and sleep. In the Bay Area we know how windy it is.bathrooms are not maintained well and it shared bathrooms. I was not able to more than 1 hour I paid the that rent and left the hotel.
