It is not so much I had bad experience with Singapore Airlines, but with Kayak and particularly Underpricer. My wife and my seat arrangements were changed some times after we booked our tickets and reserved our seats I February 14, 2026. However, after our arrival we realized that we were separated and sitting in different isles. Our return tickets indicated the same. Our several calls to your Underpricer customer care were useless as they cared how much they could charge us rather than actually help us. At the end they referred us to Singapore Airlines. If that was the solution, why did I have to call your Underpricer customer care. I will definitely erase your app from my phone and I will never use Kayak for future traveling. After all, there are so many agencies that I can use other than your company.

It was good but n it to the same standard as London to Singapore

Great flight attendants as always, they were super helpful and friendly. Made my kids super comfortable during long flight. The food were fine, some great taste some not so much specially the scramble eggs thats too watery. And maybe since its general food, better to not serve coffee pudding that kids cant really eat or maybe just serve different pudding for kids.

I was in a middle seat where I felt a bit too cramped otherwise the trip was good

Good service and food. For buying items on flight should be preordered as they don’t keep much stock on board.

Check in was snails pace, only 1 of the luggage screen was working so long lines, an hour to check in Nobody seemed to want to fix the issue Flight was 45 minutes late Scoot is a mini sized plane ( sardine class plane), literally felt slammed between people

Would have been nice to have more variety and less dairy in the Indian Vegetarian special meal. Why do they include Parathas as part of the entree and also on the side (substitute for bread/roll)? Also, no need for so much dairy...don't need milk packet, yogurt and Chobani Greek yogurt in the same meal.

Seating wasn’t good at all with not much leg space in between. Fortunately it was a relatively short flight. Otherwise we would have struggled a lot. On board meal was pretty ordinary. It is sad to see the overall quality of this once superb airline has dropped so low.

Paid for the seat 17D. I found that that seat has no lean back facilities

Flight was delayed and due to this we almost miss the connection flight

The flight was delayed by 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting international flight. I then had to wait in the airport 18 hours for the next flight. The reason for the delay was a computer issue, not something outside of their control like weather. To add insult to injury, instead of trying to expedite the flight to make up for lost time, they ran a carry-on baggage check to verify every bag onboard belonged to someone on the plane, which took another 20 minutes.

There was inordinate delay without any plausible reason. This has become a normal feature of Indigo now a days.

Cancelled flight probably not enough seats were filled. Mess up with luggage and it took 1.5 hrs to start dispersal on belt

Not much food options, entertainment, crew just ignores your request. The crew is not trained at all at hospitality. No wonder why people talk rudely to Indigo crew.
