Cons: "After rushing to catch my connecting Singapore flight, their desks were closed and there wasn’t an employee in site. Given that airlines can see connecting fights it would have been great to have someone stay back to either give me a boarding pass or help me rebook! UNSATISFACTORY!"

Pros: "Flight was full but crew was attentive and very pleasant. Star Alliance Lounge at LAX had a good variety of food and drinks - Asian, western, small bites, snacks; red, white, bubbly and even a bartender who'll mix up cocktails. I love flying SQ."

The stewardess put me in a great seat when I was helpful to another passenger upon boarding. Also everyone seemed to be quite attentive and helpful during the covid situation, where people are a bit unnerved. I appreciated the effort to make everyone happy."

Cons: "The flight was delayed more times than I can count, we got a different reason each time. Weather I can understand, but telling us we are waiting on a specific crew to arrive and then announcing that crew is not for our flight was just terrible communication. No one seemed apologetic. The only thing they did was bring a snack cart over for us, and that got raided by children so many people didn't get anything. We had arranged transport from Orlando to Tampa for that evening, and our rides had to cancel because instead of 7pm we were now arriving at 130am. Your airline's mistakes put everyone at an inconvenience and we weren't offered assistance to fix it. My husband went to ask for help in arranging new transport home, but he couldn't even get to the front of the line. The customer service was terrible. We really enjoyed our first leg of the flight home with American Airlines, but after the second leg and all of the problems we had... we will not fly with American Airlines in the future."

Then I went to get something to eat to kill time just to find out they switched the gate causing me to have to run all the way to the new gate then they close the door as I was walking up and told me I missed my flight even though the plane was still there for another 15 minutes.. so I had to fly standby on the next flight which was another hour and a half later.. I arrived at the airport at 12:30 and didn't end up catching a flight until 7:45 p.m.... oh and I forgot to mention that I originally paid for an upgrade for priority seating with more legroom that I never received because they put me on the very last seat that you can't even replying because there is a wall behind you.. SMH"

Cons: "Flight cancelled, and email came through to let us know only 20 minutes before boarding. We weren't rebooked on a new flight, we had to call and wait an hour to finally speak to a representative to help rebook us. No flights available for 24 hours, no help finding overnight lodging, new clothes bc checked luggage was lost, $$ for taxis, meals, etc"

Cons: "I didn't like how there was no communication from the airline that the flight was canceled and that we customers and employees at the Fresno airport. We should have received notification as soon as the flight was canceled so we don't have to spend all day at the airport thinking it's just a delay."

Pros: "One crew member was very funny and helpful which unfortunately we forgot his name but he looks like Oscar from the Office if that helps. He was awesome! And the food was pretty good too."

One of the crew members on our flight he was extremely rude and had no interest in helping you with putting your carry on away and if you have to put any effort he automatically says "you have to check this in" luckily my boyfriend got up and arrange the baggages easily and done. James was obnoxious, rude, and very unfriendly. The entertainment was absolutely terrible. It was a 10 hour flight the movie choices were slim to none. When I took a flight from New York to China and rode United Airlines we had every movie selection imaginable."

Cons: "No help was available to me and I need a wheelchair when traveling now just simple no help"

Cons: "I missed my flight in Atlanta heading to LA on my way to Brisbane, Australia on Saturday 16th July. The ground staff wasn't at all helpful in trying to get me on another flight and in fact sent me to Delta! The lady there couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Sadly I wasn't compensated at all and had to pay to re-book the flights on the Sunday 17th. On my return from Brisbane, American Airlines had cancelled my flight to Atlanta as they said I was a 'no show' heading out. Thankfully I was able to get a seat on stand by. So, no I'm not a happy customer."

Cons: "Connecting flight between LAX-PHX and PHX-STL cut it pretty close. I had to run across the airport at PHX which is a little hard considering how big the airport is."
