When I FINALLY get to use the toilet, after a smaller Asian girl and a taller Indian girl were getting bags of blankets out of, I leave a WOODEN CLIPBOARD full of VERY important papers that will cost me inside. Yet when I call to retrieve them they are "nowhere to be found" so you're telling me out of those 2 women, the Indian gentleman, the black woman & the other Asian woman back there didn't notice a clipboard when I was the only person back there trying to use the toilet or they simply threw a wooden and metal clipboard away ?? With what was clearly paperwork clipped onto it ? The girl at the service desk of Qatar airways claims to have looked herself. But she was rushing me off of the phone so I don't feel like she remotely cared even a little. I am PAST unhappy. So thank you for throwing my paperwork away I know for sure was left behind. Very thorough team."

Cons: "They cancelled our flight without informing us from Doha to Miami, so they were going to fly us to Doha at 3 a.m., take us to hotel, and then have us fly the next day. This was the third time this airlines cancelled a flight on us for the same trip. The first two times were traveling from Miami to Delhi, we had to change our itinerary because they cancelled the flight, and we had to fly on different dates. This caused a series of hotel changes and cancellations costing us a lot of money. On the flight that we finally got from Doha to JFK, the man sitting next to me SMELLED LIFE THE FUNK OF 40,000 YEARS. It is unbearable. Thirteen hours of pungent body odor that even the flight attendants acknowledged was horrific. It was a miserable experience flying with this airline for what was to be the trip of a lifetime."

The staff was clearly overwhelmed and focused on moving us along (Cheryl) rather than resolving our need to reach our destinations.it wasn’t until we found one extremely patient and persistent employee (LaShondra-?) who booked us through NYC rather than Atlanta so we reached Rochester on the same day. So the questions are- why don’t the airport hold a larger inventory of parts, why aren’t there back up planes and why doesn’t the software better cope with these types of situations?"

I followed the baggage allowance explained on kayak website and on Aerolineas Argentinas. I took a bicycle which is free and i pay $100 to packed it as Aerolineas wanted. When I arrived it was a Delta flight and they told they don't allow bicycles and that i had to play $150. Aerolineas website and kayak clearly says that bicycles were free on my flight. I show the agent my ticket and that no where it said delta to consider what he was saying since it is an alliance but i was not informed about it. He said no and after wait there for a while before boarding i kindly ask to speak with a supervisor and the denied it and disappeared. I request a refund of my fee to you for providing incorrect information."

Cons: "The boarding process is very confusing. There are so many different boarding priorities and programs, it is difficult to know where you are in the boarding process. Even if you have a ticket labeled as Group 1, you may still be one of the last boarded because of all the different programs that have priority over you. Would be better to limit the advance boarding to people who need extra help and a single program. This leads to the question, why are there so many different programs? Wouldn't it be easier to have a single loyalty program? If you don't qualify for advance boarding because you did not purchase a first class seat, or you haven't reached the advance boarding requirements, you don't qualify. Let's start thinking about the customer again, and less on the profit margin. How would one of your executives feel if they had a boarding Group 2 and 85% of the plane was already boarded by the time your group was called, thereby limiting the space for your correct size carry-on? One more thing that would be beneficial, enforce the size limit for carry-on luggage. I have been to airports that limit the size with a box on the x-ray machine so you can not even get an oversized piece of luggage through security. Just one idea for the industry."

Also we were bumped three times fro, Frankfurt to. Much each time on standby. Very disappointed. Sorry but this is the truth."

Flying from Munich- The entertainment screen was broken, completely unusable. After a hard reset by the flight attendant several times... Still broken. She said she thought it would fix itself once we were at cruising altitude. Nope. Notified the flight attendant who said vaguely "I'll see what I can do..." Never came back to check, never got offered any sort of compensation (even something like a free mixed drink would have been nice), offer to move seats, nothing. So- ten hours with no entertainment/nothing to watch, just a malfunctioning screen. Food was mediocre. We boarded late, and left almost 1 hour late because they had to wait for an employee (who was not working, just getting a ride back) to board. Literally there and back with Lufthansa was a fiasco. On top of it, we have been back for 3 weeks and are still waiting to hear back from Lufthansa customer service. Apparently they only communicate by email with complaints. Not over the phone. So after repeated emails, just radio silence. Terrible airline."

Lastly, the choice of seats in the tail (of 747-8) was poor judgment on my part. We were being wagged like fleas on the dog's tail. The only good part was that due to the narrowing of the plane we had two seats and no neighbor to jump over, plus extra room between the window seat and the window. The end of highlights. Can't help but compare every airline to Turkish airlines, where even in the economy class they make you feel like royalty. Additionally, not every row of seats on the sides has a window, and we were in a row that had a wall instead. The plug in our row did not work either so we couldn't charge our phones with it."

Being 5 months pregnant, I was uncomfortable the entire flight. The "entertainment" that you have to download an app for didn't work, and particularly stung knowing how much we paid for the flights, and that other airlines simply put a TV on the back of each seat that is easy to connect headphones and view. The food on our previous flight had been so terrible we didn't bother on this trip, but it looked equally awful. My husband was in the aisle seat and the flight attendant repeatedly and without warning hit him with the cart. The flight attendants varied in level of friendliness, but the ones in our row rushed through service, and did not give us the options the other row had (ice in drinks, veggie or meat options). All in all, it was kind of a terrible flight experience."

But the Air Canada flight from Dallas was delayed for an hour and then we experienced computer problems causing further delays. I therefore missed my connection in Toroto and was told by the ground staff I could only get out 2 days later. I was also told there were no hotels available. There were long lines of angry people complaining, and they were from different flights, One couple complained they missed 2 days of their honeymoon. The plane did have seats in business class which they refused to hand out. Eventually they found me a hotel and redirected me through Frankfort the next day. It turned out to be a 27 hour trip. Huge disappointment."

Not the end of the world, but I was a bit taken aback at the absence of apologetic behaviour, like perhaps serving drinks while we're sweating on the tarmack, or heaven forbid, a meal of some sort considering we were departing later than we should have all already been home."
Pros: "The comfort of a Dash 8 was surprising. The seats have a suitable amount of leg room which I'm actually scared to mention so they don't add an extra seat to each row to take it away. Not too much, not too small, just right for a 6 foot man to not have his knees pressed against the seat in front for the whole ride. Small plane size did allow for quick retrieval of bags at final destination."

Put 2 hours between arrivals just because they can. Blamed it on the computer."
