Either the airline needs to get them more trained before getting them on the floor or needs to take strict action against them. Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station."

Cons: "Three things : 1) The crew seemed to be relatively inexperienced and just out of college. I observed a couple of informal communication exchanges from their part. But the crew were helpful and tried their best to provide the best customer experience. 2) The boarding process normally starts with business and premium class and then followed by economy. For my flight however the economy class was boarded first while the business class passengers were kept stranded waiting in a separate line. This also reflected the inexperience of the crew which handled the boarding. 3) Vistara was my connecting flight from Pune to Delhi followed by British airways flight from Delhi to London. Though the flights were booked under one ticket, the representative did not checkin my luggage throughout the journey due to which I had to collect my baggage at Delhi and check it in again. The representative explained that vistara still didn't have alliances with most airlines allowing luggage to be checked in till final destination. This is another front on which they can improve."

I contacted Spicejet customer service who were very helpful and efficient and booked the additional baggage with them without any problems. The issue is with Kiwi.com and not Spicejet. Based on this experience I would definitely fly with Spicejet again."

I have been in many other carriers and the flight attendants maintained the lavatories. Flight attendants were not helpful with placing or locating spaces for carry on luggagess. No simple amenities provided like socks , earplugs, or eye cover like other airlines. The seats were falling apart, fabric was torn. I have to give credit to the person who assisted in issuing me a new booking due to a snag with name. However, I was placed in a different line after being issued a boarding pass without further explanation. Every other passenger in the same queue were perplexed like me . Air India badly needs to up their ante. Customer service is poor overall. Seriously makes me wonder how aircraft safety and maintenance is performed."

Cons: "At the time of checkin, the attendendent offered me Business Class for a nominal fee. I said yes to the offer. Typically, the attendant will simply swipe your card, and receive your boarding pass. Well, the attendant could not swipe my card, but said I had to go to the ticketing office. To keep a long story short, I was escorted all through Chandigarh Aiport, went to 2 different offices on the opposite side of the aiport. Had to go through a rough security process once again. The whole ordeal for the upgrade took 45 minutes, with most people speaking Hindi. This was not a Business Class experience!! Although the plane was a newer A320, the seats were dirty. The inflight entertainement did not work. And the Business Class food was not very tasty and were small serving size. I wasted my money on the Business Class experience."

My worst experience on any international carrier to date. On my earlier flight from JKF to DEL on 2/25/17, the experience and frustration was the same - the same assessment."
