I then proceeded to attempt to rebook and the Emirates agent advised they are sold out for the next 3 days and have no flight alternatives to offer. I contact flight network and the person I spoke proceeds to tell me the same thing and there is nothing they can do for me. Basically that I would need to purchase a whole new ticket on another airline as Emirates doesn't have availability. Which I did. Now I'm looking online and Flight Network has my exact flight on Emirates available at same price I paid for my ticket. But now my new ticket purchased to get home is non-refundable. I'm out over 1000 dollars because of bad info. This has been a horrific experience and after being loyal to Kayak for years.... I will never use the site again."

I was asked to pay $1200 to get on to the next flight (without any warning that my subsequent segments will be suspended) so I bought an one way to Dubai from NYC. Then my subsequent flights were all suspended and I had to buy a new set of flights for the remaining of the trip. I didn't get to take any of the flights I purchased through Kayak."

I actually got yelled at by an air hostess because I accomodated an elderly couple to sit togather and I sat on next seat over. Not a common sense airline. The Abu Dhabi airport was hot as hell. Yes, inside the airport terminal was super hot, close to 90 degrees.... Emirates is far superior Airline than this."

Cons: "On the flight to and from Abu Dhabi from DC, both planes had a mechanical problem with the toilet seats. The seats would not stay up, so they would come crashing down onto your spine as you were seated, which was painful. The only way to avoid this was to hold it back as you sat, which required you to twist around. This whole experience was uncomfortable and unsanitary. On the Abu Dhabi to DC flight, the toilet was self-flushing, as well. Except that it also malfunctioned and flushed every time before I stood up. This was an unnerving experience."

The portions were too small and very limited service. We won't use ETIHAD again."

Plane was dirty and rundown, despite being a recent Boeing Dreamliner - looked like a drunken rugby stag party had spent a night kicking the seats. In-flight information for immigration was incorrect, leading us to stand in the wrong line for 10 minutes once we got to Delhi. Priority baggage tags were useless - I had a quick domestic connection in Delhi that we almost missed because they couldn't find my luggage, then when we arrived at our final destination the luggage was still back in Delhi. I had to wait 24 hours for it to arrive in Jodhpur. I left sunglasses and headphones on the plane but don't bother trying to contact lost property - the email address on Air India website is no longer in use, and customer service don't want to know about it and said to call the airport."

No thanks Air India!!!!"

Can't comment about onboard service as I was comfortably sleeping during both trips and chose to skip it. On my previous trip from Kochi to Dubai last month, the flight reached Dubai 40 mins ahead of the schedule. I would highly recommend this service over Emirates flight to Kochi."

I paid attention to service by Air India, and I liked their service; they served with grace and attentive to passenger's needs."
