Both our flights were delayed. Almost didn’t get in the second flight. Staff was rude to the bone.

Everything went well except the turbulence what no one have a control of but pilot and crew handled very good!

Flight was delayed 8 times. We were sitting at the airport for 14 hours. We got 2 hours of sleep (if that) on what was not meant to be a red-eye.

Plane boarded early a quickly, was mostly full. We left close to on time. And landed early.

Flight was timely, relatively comfortable, with decent entertainment and food served. Only problem encountered was with the free messaging which I highly appreciate, but it did not work from iphone to non-iphones.

This flight was perfect. No complaints and only the highest regard for the crew and ground staff and how they executed perfectly. I fly a lot with United and would request predictability and transparency in their operations instead of last minute changes.

Terrible. Spirit cancelled the flight with 3 hours notice and were absolutely no help getting another flight. Had to make my own reservation on another airline and arrived in Dallas 12 hours later.

More comfortable seats, free snacks and soft drinks, some sort of entertainment or WiFi.

They cancelled the flight due to crew unavailability. The next day they cancelled the flight again.

I know Spirit gets a lot of criticism, but I've taken three flights recently and all were very good, and tremendous value. On my most recent one, they randomly assigned me to a very comfortable exit row seat! The flight was on time and the boarding process was smooth, and the crew was friendly. No complaints!
