We had to take a bus to the plane with a old woman and carry on bags, and at landing at the airport we have to wait one hour seating on the plane waiting for a gate. We came back from Australia Bussines class Quantas 16 hours traveling, then wait in Dallas 7 hours for connection...honestly waiting 1 hour more at the plane was the worst part.

Delayed over two hours. Only knew about a 30 minute delay in advance

The flight was a big joke very uncomfortable I had a horrible experience and I will never fly with them again everything about the flight was bogus and I’m not happy with it at all this experience makes me not want to fly ever again

Smooth flight staff very friendly and we arrived 15 mins earlier

Length of flight was fine Delay of over 3 hours was very bad!! Flight down was delayed 1.5 hours

Horrendous and unprofessional staff and will never fly spirit again

I’m still waiting to get on the flight. No one knows what’s happening. The passengers have gotten no updates. We have been up all night and waiting at the airport. This is no way to operate and we should be refunded for this lack of respect for their passengers.

When I arrived at the airport at 4:00 in the morning, I was notified that I "hadn't paid" for my ticket (I had paid and had a boarding pass). Then I was told that while I had paid, the ticket was $600 more than it actually was, and that I needed to pay that so I could board. None of this was true, of course, but it took 20 minutes, two crew members behind the desk, and one on the phone to clear up.

I was double booked for my ticket- they have record of it and admitted to their error but wouldn’t let me board until I paid once again for the fare- have documentation of their mistake -
