What is even more frustrating is that a women's purse is allowed, so I saw women carrying giant bags with their laptops, etc. in those bags, whereas I had to stuff mine into my carry-on briefcase. This is not normal (as in, other airlines allow it), is not mentioned in the ticket, not mentioned while given the boarding pass, BUT is strictly enforced at the very last minute right before entering the plane."

We all expect to have to wait our turn but it's incredibly frustrating when 1) the system isn't fair (eg splitting a queue into two then allowing those behind you to go to the front of a new line) and 2) treating us like second class by drawing a curtain in front of our faces so Business class people don't have to see us when they disembark."

On the previous occasion I had left behind my waist bag on the seat containing passports, cash and cards. Their lost and found desk retrieved it quickly, absolutely intact. On the last occasion, my mother in law, who is over 85 was taken care of very well at not only Delhi but especially at the Frankfurt airport. I must truly acknowledge young lady Jessica's efforts, in ensuring that everything was handled very caringly by her personally, for an old lady at the Frankfurt airport."

In the economy/coach cabin, they squeeze the seat distances to such an extent that, when the person in front of you leans their chair back, you cannot get out of your seat at an upright angle. You have to significantly bend your body. To not loose your balance, you have to grab on to the seat in front of you and that disturbs the other passenger. If they're sleeping, they can be woken up by that. Lufthansa does not care much for its passengers. Nor do many other companies, for that matter, but I think Lufthansa is taking things further than most airlines. It is a disgrace. Their brand is not what it once was."

Cons: "Poor timing - no reason for a 40 minute delay at take off (plane was fully boarded in time) Old aircraft, shabby, dirty and cramped seats. Coming from my connecting flight from Barcelona, I could clearly tell the different in the quality (and cleanliness) of the aircrafts."

Pros: "The crew were hardworking, responsive, conscientious and friendly"
Cons: "Really poor entertainment choices esp compared to my inbound AirFrance flight. Boarding was pretty disorganized and late."

Cons: "Everything! The crew was rude, no entertainment whatsoever, late boarding, late departure and bad experience with the check in process both in app and on website."

Cons: "Long stop over at Schiphol. Too Long!!!!"

Cons: "Our flight was canceled from Amsterdam to Bordeaux and did not receive any direction and had to find alternate flights for ourselves with the personal expense of using our own cell phones. Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy! We ended up flying from Toronto to Paris then to Bordeaux. Lost my upgrade money for seats. Now have to deal with KLM for refund!"

Pros: "For an 8 hr flight...multiple snacks, 2 meals and continuous beverage service. Blanket, pillow amd movies."
Cons: "Watched flight attendant drop tongs on floor, pick them up and put them back in the bowl of buns and continue to use them to serve bums"

Cons: "With skyteam elite status cannot select free upgrade from economy to premium economy unless it is 30hrs before boarding for this code share which is actually a KLM flight"

Cons: "15 min late boarding 30 min delay leaving the gate Very little leg room"

Cons: "Flight delayed ... Myself and three other colleagues didn't have our luggage show up from KLM flight from Amsterdam to Brussels...even though all of our luggage was labeled "priority". Once in customer service line, we looked and saw that many of the other passengers on our flight also never received their luggage. We estimated that 20-25% of the people on that flight did not receive their luggage as they were in line with us for the same problem. Hard to understand how so many pieces of luggage could have been overlooked and not loaded on our flight. Obviously there is a huge gap in their quality system to ensure mistakes like this are prevented."

Pros: "I liked the leg room, I liked the customer service of the crew, smooth flight."
Cons: "Both ways up and down I struggled with over-head luggage space. We were allowed a cabin bag and a small hand-bag in the flight but as we were among the last half of the passengers to board the flight we couldn't find anywhere to keep our luggage and the crew had to take them away from us to store them somewhere at the back far away from our seats. As a result we had to wait until all the passengers got off the plane to get back our luggage and we were the last two passengers to get off. Unpleasant!"
