Just when you think you're done, there's another line right before you enter the plane where they check all the hand carry of the passengers. Overkill! 2nd - the crew - not very friendly at all. I noticed they spent more time chitchatting with the caucasian in front of me than with the rest of the asians around me. No smiles for the passengers - not even when they lined up to say hi and goodbye. They were just going through the motions. When they answered the call lights of the ladies in front and beside me, they were curt and abrupt. It was a good thing i didnt need them for anything. Then i happened to go to the restroom and i saw them chatting among themselves in the back while the bathroom was a mess. 3rd - seats were ok, but were narrower 4th - food was hot but the dinner wasnt appetizing at all - some kind of meatball/mashed potato slush. I could only eat less than a quarter of the entree. The breakfast was ok- egg was ok, the bacon was soggy and the sausage was not salty which was a plus. 5th - a lot of movie choices! Helped pass the time quickly"

The captain also kept us informed, and also seemed to play a role in negotiating with the airport authorities to allow us to disembark at another gate. Otherwise it may have been a longer ordeal."

Cons: "I didn't get to board, ended up spending $2,400.00 over and above the $980.00 that I spent booking the initial ticket. I was not informed when I booked the ticket that when you transit through 2 schengen countries, you need a transit document. I was informed about it at then airport. Not only did I miss my flight, I had to book for the next day at a outrageous price. SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...BOTH KAYAK and PRICELINE. Will never recommend you guys to anyone."

Cons: "This occasion, the manager was So rude to me and even called me a liar in front of too many people. I don't speak or understand French and the woman really embarrassed my life. I checked-in online before I got to the airport and I mistakenly went to terminal 1 instead of terminal 2. So by the time I realised and got to terminal one, the baggage collection stand had closed because I was there by 15:18. To make the long story short, I got through the security where I was delayed for 20mins searching through my things and when I asked about time, the security said the flight won't leave with out me and they would inform them about the delay before I get to my departure gate. Anyway, I got to the gate with some time left and this extremely rude woman whom I was told is the manager insulted the living day light out of my life and turned me back. So I didn't fly with BA in the end. No matter the situation and despite me being late, I believe things would have been handled better. And even if the manager felt I was lying, she should have been more diplomatic about it and speak to me in a good manner. I won't be recommending flying BA from Nice to anyone. That woman was so hurrible, that experience haunts me psychologically."

I thought these practices had stopped. only the employee at the gate managed to move us to be at least on the same floor of the plane. very disappointed."

Cons: "There was an engine problem and they told us while we were taxiing. Went back for more check nd fierce several trials they had to repair the problem. This cause a delay of two hour during which we had to sit in the plane and no drinks or snacks of any kind were offered. But what’s worse there were vague, confused and misleading information given both by the captain and the crew regarding the connecting flights. As matter of fact, although I arrived with a two hour delay and had only one hour for my connection, I followed the instructions and run like hell(literally)to the boarding gate. I made it for a few minutes. The personnel was very friendly and helpful and they made all they could to check me on the flight just to find out BA had cancelled my booking even before my arrival to London. I made it home and they apologized but this is not how I expected BA to handle a delay(which I understand can happen)."

If something happens on a flight like this, where there is no room, stressed stewards and disgruntled passengers, what would happen? If you are tall, there is no room for your legs. The airline should have not have that tight a connection knowing all the screening that must be done to board the next flight. We were held up at every entry point, not told what to expect and thus had to prepare for screening on the fly, while hoping our plane would wait for us, which it did and the many people who boarded after us. Entertainment system was slow and non-responsive and my husband's had to be reset to even start to work. One bag left behind, but delivered promptly within days of arrival"

Cons: "Flight was delayed due to poor weather at Heathrow, nothing can be done about that, but it meant that we did not take off until after 22:00. Drinks were served almost immediately but it was close to 23:30 before a meal was served and 00:30 before this was cleared away. Lights were then dimmed but at 05:00 breakfast was served. A cottage cheese bagel was the last thing I wanted to see and when we asked for some water, we were told that there was none available. We landed at 06:25 but then had to sit on the tarmac for 15-20 minutes as there were no vacant gates for us. (This had the effect of increasing the parking fee for the driver waiting to pick us up, as he was not aware that we were sitting on the tarmac). Please note all times are New Orleans times. Hence actual time of landing was 12:25 BST. And talking of New Orleans, I would not class this as an International Airport. It is dilapidated, inefficient and lacking facilities."

Cons: "When I reached the boarding gate, the attendant took my boarding pass as if he was checking something and changed my seat without asking me, issued me a new boarding pass... no explanation. I had a long flight to London from Delhi already so I was too tired to immediately realize what he had done. It only occurred to me when I boarded the flight. I had booked a premium seat in advance and had paid $175 extra for it. He basically moved me to a regular economy seat at the back without asking me or refunding me. That's fraud."
