Cabin Crew was excellent. They took care of everything requested. Flight was good

I didn’t know that my connecting flight from Japan to Hawaii was at a different airport - arrived in Haneda (ticket said Tokyo but didn’t notice the airport name) and had to get my bags and go out of immigration and back in to go to Narita airport 2 hours away. Such a hassle and SOOO confusing and complicated. Check your airports IN ADVANCE and NEVER book if you have to change airports. 40+ years of flying and first time had this. Never again. ANA is great but booking agencies will sell you a connection that you have a good chance of missing - even under the best circumstances.

I was charged $200 for a 2nd checked bag, which is unreasonably high and feels like price gouging. Other than that the experience was excellent.

The ROOM was great. We would love to have it on all of our flights. LOL

I would prefer to fly with Japanese airlines over American ones. They have better food and service overall

I was too late to get onto this flight. Kayak shouldn't let you book a connecting international to domestic flight when flying ANA. Your domestic flight could be in a different terminal and you won't make it because you have to go through immigration and customs.

United Airlines crew members do not know how to deal with emergency situation that caused our flight delay. For example, they should have asked the maintenance or seat belt repair personnel to come and fix the seat belt while they were looking for a volunteer to book another flight.

I always take ANA because of the great service and overall experience.

Tokyo Haneda to transport was so bad too short time . and find out way to the gate was so bad. I almost missed flight. because confused. They need more great way tell us how to get there details

Entertainment and food is best. I love to use ana for a lots japanese movies…. Food was best

The flights were on time and the cabin crew were very nice. The only downside was that the food was not good.

Good pilot and crew. No food or beverage on this flight Entertainment is via own device thru plane's wifi.

My plans changed and I tried to cancel or change the flight for credit but was giving the run around and denied . Not great

Excellent service, excellent food and beverage options, plenty of leg room

Checking in as an international flyer is a bit tedious

I was so hungry , from Boston to Tokyo, only 2 big food .

It was okay, short flight so nothing much to comment.

The crew was nice, the food could be better, and at least 2 bathroom stalls were out of service.

The crew was attentive and provided everything I needed. The food in business class was excellent.

Good experience for economy transpacific. Reasonable comfortable seats. Food was not as good as I expected or had on other prior transpacific flights but likely attribute that to rising cost of supplies. Staff is courteous. Overall, very good.

Flight delayed first from bad weather, then after boarding there was a problem with the plane. We had to get off and onto another plane...connections were missed and the trip took an additional 10 hours!! Pre-paid seatting was not honored due ro last minute carrier changes. Most of the trip was on Japan Airline.

Few vegetarian food options. Incorporating one per meal service would be best and captures a wider audience than just vegetarians (individuals with religious meat restrictions can also eat vegetarian).

Extensive delays, poor organization to board people, as it felt like chaos to get inside of the plane. No lines, everyone gathering together like a mayhem, very confusing. Passengers out of hand and rude, which is not the airlines fault. However, there should be rules, e.g., not letting one passenger take 2+ spots in the overhead bin.

Crew and food were great in-flight. We had a 2 hour delay, no communication, and just got left in a limbo. The crew arrived late and they were running checkouts on the plane (which is important, but why not doing it earlier?) Cathay did nothing to about the delay, and a lot of people missed their connection flights. I had to run and got stuck at checkpoint, which made my entire trip very unpleasant. Got to my gate 5 mins prior to them closing it.

I wish there were more bathrooms available on these larger carriers.

Trip was fine. My only complaint was that when the passenger in front of me reclined her seat (which was, in essence, the whole flight except landing and take-off,) it was uncomfortably claustrophobic for me and very difficult for my husband to get in and out of his window seat. Also uncomfortable to watch the entertainment because the screen was right in your face.

Overall, not good. Super late boarding in Hong Kong because some last minute issue with a plane. The boarding process is chaotic. Kathy Pacific should seek to do better with punctual departure time. Caused a lot of trouble with missed connecting flight.

The morning in Hong Kong was ridiculous. Very chaotic. The flight was delayed. Missed connecting flights. Kathy should be more competent in getting the planes ready ahead of time so that flights can depart on time.. totally ridiculous and unnecessary. Very poor performance.

Not much of anything could have been done better unless I had a first class ticket. I was literally 15 hours with an airline in the economy class. Very professional friendly and attentive crew. Good airline food, clean cabin, seating area and bathrooms. I've been 4 times back-and-forth with Cathay Pacific, and I would not choose another airline for this trip. Five out of five stars.

It's basically 15 hours with an airline in economy class. There's really not much of anything that could have been done better unless I had a first class ticket. Cathay Pacific does excellent work, with a very professional, friendly and attentive crew. It's literally the only airline that I will fly to Southeast Asia.

First time flying with VietJet Air is so so. Check-in process for domestic is okay and easy but during our flight back to Manila, the ground staff at Tan Son Nhat International Airport weighed our hand luggage before boarding when in fact, it should be weighed during the check-in process. They are very strict in terms of the 7kg hand carry it’s either you’ll pay extra, or leave things behind.

I was unable to check in online so had to line up at the airport. When I got to the counter? The staff told me I had to check my carry on luggage, which cost $70. When I boarded the plane, I saw many suitcases that were bigger and heavier than my carry on… so not sure how they were able to bring them on and I wasn’t …

Waited for 1 hour on tarmac because they couldn’t locate a tow truck. Flight was fine once we eventually took off.

Late departure, late arrival, and personal items on laps during takeoff and landing. Departure gate opened on time, but no direction as to whether to board at front or rear of plane based on seat number. Fashionable staff with sunglasses inside the plane and cockpit remained for ten minutes after the boarding complete announcement. For a scheduled 80 minute flight, adjusted to 65 minute as noted on takeoff; the total time on the plane with delays was r more than two hours. No confidence had there been an emergency that anyone would have been able or aware of what to do.

The flight was OK, but you need to warn passengers going to Vietnam that the full first, middle and last name needs to be in the issued visa, At least 5 passengers on that pane did not have that. We all had to pay $298 each to some agent to amend the visa. At least one lady could not and was left behind.

VietJet is a discount airline like EasyJet, Flair or Spirit. I flew 3 flights in 2 weeks and all were Airbus 321's. 2 of the flights left and arrived on time and 1 left and arrived about 45minutes late. Seat pitch in economy is 29" but exit row seats have super-generous leg room. There are no power ports or entertainment of any kind. Food is best purchased on-line before the flight but there is a limited selection available in flight - cash only. The aircraft are clean and the airline is run as well as any other airline that specializes in economy passengers.

Our flight was 3 hours delayed and the airport was hectic as our boarding pass said one gate while the digital screens said another gate. Attendants were clueless and said to watch both! Vietjwt cared more about selling their merch than even providing any water for the 2 hour flight

Cheap flight but more expensive when the airlines demands you pay over 30$ for 1 kilogram overweight ( it is 8,2kg I have for carry on baggage) The flights announcement 2PM, and it departed 4 PM, no announcement for delaying, People says Vietjet is delayJet airlines in their blood.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

Our flight was delayed for about 3hours however the ground crew made it sure that we will not miss our connecting flight from Hanoi to incheon.

The flight was on time, the entire experience was very smooth. The Flight crew were incredibly professional and nice. Made us feel very comfortable

Flight has no entertainment. Crew doesn't care atall. Horrible service and never going to take Air india and will spread their Horrible service.

Very bad experience luggage never made to destination no help form airlines staff aircraft was old crappy forts staff service bad airlines staff

The boarding experience was very organized and easy to follow. The flight was pleasant and the food provided was also very good. Both Delhi and Mumbai airport have metro connections which make getting around much easier.

Undisputed leader in sky for Indians. Very good crew right from ground to mid sky. Very sumptuous meals twice

I reached the check in counter 1 hour before take off and was denied boarding because the luggage could no longer be transferred to the flight. I was aback when throughout the world(including India) for a domestic flight, you need to report 1 hour before boarding. Then on top of that i was made to buy a brand new ticket. I had paid $350 for a business ticket between delhi and mumbai and then was made to buy another economy ticket for $100, No concessions/discounts were made for the airline's own inefficiency! The reservation counter was also extremely rude and unapologetic about making me pay a second time. For such a mediocre airline, there seems to be zero focus on providing good service to their customers and providing a pleasant experience.

Worst staff from Vienna. one of the server was very rude and annoying as she thinks she owns the airlines

Overall it was good. But air planes should be upgraded.

very run down aircraft. seat tilted. the mobile / magazine holder was broken. The entertainment screen was not working. The crew was good, polite and helpful

Food is good, staff is good... Wi-fi quality is poor, disembarkment after landing is atrocious.
