Our flight was canceled, then they moved us to a different flight number yet we didn’t receive notifications timely. We had to find out the latest on our own / later AA sent a text with the updated info..
They didn't tell me they changed my flight. So I got confused on what happened to my flight.
Great flight experience although the food served was not up to the usual SQ standards with the main being too saucy.
There were no vegetarian options on flight from India. Then on the next flight there was no chosen entree available. Movie selection was mediocre
It was fine but my trip from Narita Japan to L.A kind of mediocre because did not get the assigned window seat.
It was good overall. What I liked most was the restrooms. Compared to other airlines, the restrooms seem larger and look clean. The seats also look clean. The attendants are nice, except one time during the flight. I was sitting on aisle and a man sitting window. He asked an attendant for a snack. She told him to go ahead and get some snack from the section with food storage (I am not sure how it is called). So, I had to get up to let him get out from his seat. Why she did not bring him some snacks so that I would not have to move, I do not know... I was kind of surprised how inconsiderate the attendant was.
Very courteous and professional flight attendants. At least from Delhi to Tokyo leg where a good number of passengers are of Indian origin should have some items of Indian cuisine on the menu other than that great experience.

It was so disappointed trip by unexpected company's fault delay. It had taken 3 hours delay for mechanical maintenance plus another 3 hours for bad weather.
SEA HND sector internet only worked for the last 2.5hrs of flight….. never had this kind of incident with other airlines
12 of the 14 hours were in the dark, all during daylight. Didn’t use my light because it disturbed other people it was illuminating. 14 hours sitting upright in a cramped space was horrible.

UA discouraged people to choose seat on economy class by charging about three times of another airlines. For example, ANA will charge USD60 to choose an aisle seat but UA is charging USD 219.

LAX to San Francisco under UA was sooooo stressful! Flights was delayed and no assistance from the airline to the next flight. Flew UA twice and both flights highly distressful.
The food was terrible and totally inedible. If you are flying with ANA/United bring your own food it was a long flight to be hingry
Seats were comfortable with excellent legroom. Meals were also quite good. The cabin crew were excellent and very helpful. The check-in experience was also very smooth.
Boarding was too soon because we arrived 10’ after boarding began and they were already giving ‘final call’. We just made it. We were at gate 35 minutes before the flight. Also, the departure communication board did not list the flight at all so we didn’t know boarding had already started.
I thought I already provided this feedback. 12 hours with no wifi is unacceptable. Lay flat is nice but a bit cramped.
It was ok, it felt more like an internal flight than an international flight so I guess expected a slightly better standard. Nothing really wrong with it but there was no inflight entertainment. Food and service was good.
The flight crew and attendants are very professional and polite.
Overall very nice airline. The seats were cloth unlike leather seats I am accustom to on planes. The food was adequate. I had to use a paper boarding pass as they do not like electronic boarding passes. I scanned my electronic pass, but the gate agent requested the paper pass. Luckily I had a paper pass, although my electronic pass worked and when the paper pass was scanned it stated I was already on board.
Ensure there is a choice of food for all customers and also enough food
We boarded the plane at 1:20 pm It was hot. There was no air-conditioning It was stifling They kept us on the plane sitting there for 1 hour and 10 minutes
No space in between the seats as per them the average height of human is 5’3” and weight as 55, so seats are designed as per the same. Also, the aircraft was dirty and full of insects
Inflight entertainment is limited. Boarding process is delayed and interrupted.
The most attentive crew and although we were a little late leaving ( missing passenger) flight experience more than compensated . Best flight attendants I have flown with in 50 years !!

Flight was kept super cold. I was shivering and had to layer up.
The vegan oriental option was disappointing. The regular vegan option was okay but we've had better.
Indian Vegetarian food was bland and I had to repeatedly ask for Salt. Movie selection is out dated.
Selected ovo lacto meal because I’m ok with milk products but not any meat. It was terrible. We had the same selection back in October when we had traveled and it was pretty good at that time. It was gross this time.
Crew was very good, but could have checked on us when meals were not being served also.

Boarding at the airport was not well managed. Otherwise, had a good flight sitting in the first row (which I paid for). Crew was pretty friendly, and flight was smooth.
I booked Flexi ticket, Paid extra for extra legroom seat. What I got was worst ever place to sit. It was an emergency exit seat with lots of legroom but half of the seat was occupied with aircraft body. Means you don’t keep that seat where a passenger can’t sit. The seats are too narrow. Whole night I was awake. Not movable armrests. One of the worst.
i booked vegetarian hindu meal for my flights from delhi to hong kong, and hong kong to los angeles. on first flight, they said that they do no have my meal information. thank fuilly some veg meals were still left and i could eat. However, on second flight they game me hindu non vegetarian meal, and I ate shrimp without knowing. pathetic.
I appreciated a meal on the shorter flight. It was slightly delayed with no announcement but I was able to determine what was happening.
Really old air craft, broken seats and tray tables. Entertainment screens don’t work. Charging ports didn’t work.

Terrible airline... Originally, the flight was canceled and didn't receive a notification, had to learn from their twitter account... Rebooking was a huge pain... Every other airline like American and United did eventually fly a day later... The flight had a layover, no other airline needed one... India is such a weak nation globally, this airline has no leverage to negotiate good airspace... Flight left late, again no notifications as to why at the airport. On the plane, wifi is spotty, chargers don't work... The only saving grace used to be good food. Even that has gone down the drain. Just the worst!

The boarding experience was very organized and easy to follow. The flight was pleasant and the food provided was also very good. Both Delhi and Mumbai airport have metro connections which make getting around much easier.
Undisputed leader in sky for Indians. Very good crew right from ground to mid sky. Very sumptuous meals twice
