The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.

We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm

I thought KLM was the best airline but the Lima - Amsterdam was 1 hours late, the Brussels - Amsterdam was 2.30 hours late and the Amsterdam - Lima was 30 minutes late

Overall a good experience. We were disappointed when we had to check our carry on due to the plane being full. KLM hadn’t notified us and we had valuable items in the carry on but they still made us check it. Some of the food was great and some was mediocre. Crew is really kind and funny.

The worst airline. Cancelled flight 30 min before boarding and rebooked on flight after 3 days.

Mostly fine. Minor delays departing and arriving. Quite a cramped plane, not so much as regards legroom but very narrow seats. Quiet nice food. Non-working USB charger. Flight attendants were helpful but not particularly proactive — one had to work to get their attention (but all was fine once they notice you), very Dutch style:)

I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time

The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .

Movie selection was ok, but could be better. Would like to see greater selection of newer movies.

3 of us were in the business class. All good except the Flight out of Mumbai is too early. It is at 6:30 am. Reporting is at 4 am. We had to get up at 3 am. US connection has 4-5 hours of layover. It would be nicer to start the India flight late (give more time to sleep at home) and have less layover duration in IST.

Okay experience, seats had a very poor legroom and width. Very uncomfortable for long journeys.

COmpared to my experience in the business class of other airlines the food variety and offerings were meager. They did not have any cookies or crackers for snacking! They were unable to offer some other items. This has never been my experience in other airlines.

My mother got sick and dying and i have to change my flight and they charged me $2260 that is redisclose.

Flight canceled and then “uncanceled” after I booked are placement. I had to pay for both a Turkish Air doesn’t admit their mistake

Better attitude training for staff at airport, better training for flight attendants, better food, don’t put us with all the crying babies that cried nonstop for 12 plus hours.

Unfortunately this is not a happy ending comment. Positive: flown United before no issue Negative: it only takes one bad experience to not plan future travel with United Cancún departure was delayed by 1h20 minutes, connection in Chicago was 1h30 minutes. Flight departure time 6:08 Miraculously 7 of us ran 4 kilometres through Chicago to arrive at 6:00 to be told very rudely by the 2 unprofessional United attendants you missed your flight and that we should of arrived early. Did I mention that reason I was flying? I received a call that my brother was dying and to get home. They provided no assistance would not answer any of our questions, ignorantly walked away. Deplorable

Boarding process was well organized and orderly even though flight was fairly full. Water bottles were provided during boarding which was great as I drink a lot of water. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been but was acceptable and fairly dry. Food however was mediocre. I have had better food on 2 hour local flights in other countries.

My flight from Toronto was delayed but the connecting United flight waited for me 👍

How they treated my luggage was horrible. And foods are not edible… Flight attendants were not listening my request. Etc

Upon entering the Newark airport, the first United person we met trying to check our bags was the rudest person I have ever met from United. Set the tone for the day. Every employee that I met from then on was better, but that initial impression created by this woman that did not like her job stuck with me.

Everything went smoothly and even though flights were being canceled all over mine took off and I was home for Christmas! We had a slight delay but crew made it out quickly. Seats are slightly uncomfortable but it’s what ya get Overall great flight

Great crew, smooth flight. 30 minute delay on the tarmac with no status updates or information from captain. However, that was the only negative on the trip.

Overall okay. Ipgrades ate worthless anymore. Wish I’d not been so loyal To them for so many years. Platinum many years. Gold for life. Usually 20th-30th on upgrade list.

Crew was rude and the flight is not comfortable for long haul.

Horrible costumer service i was treated very bad the crew were rude 😟 didn’t get my wheelchair that I requested I was the last one the get in because no seat was assigned and after my 2 stroke I cannot be on my feet for too long but they didn’t care didn’t take my medicine on time because all the complications and delays when my bag was sent already I hope yall can train your crew better.

While going to Porto Portugal my luggage was delayed for 3 days . While coming back My flight was delayed and missed my connecting flight . No compensation for delayed luggage. Not a happy experience .

Crowed but safe flight and arrived at my destination on time

We were delayed due to technical fault but captain kept us informed and did his best to make up time. Service by cabin crew was adequate, food was pretty poor, seats were cramped and uncomfortable. We fly BA nearly every year and we notice standards dropping generally. That’s a pity for our national carrier! However, florida is our first choice for holidays and we will be back!!!!

I have lost my items and I didn't receive good customer service

The snacks were fine and I did not use the entertainment so the ratingvis more n/a than mediocre. Staff were good and boarding is easy in group 2

I fly to Japan for work a lot and this is the first time I've ever had a crew not hand out customs forms. I had to spend a ton of time filling out paperwork after landing. When I'm on JAL, they give you the paperwork 2 hours before landing. If I'm traveling for 18 hours the LEAST you can do is help me save some time. My American legs home are also awful. Fly Delta or JAL. American is terrible for international flights.

A 50 minutes flight that is delayed over 90 minutes kills every connection, thank you American Airlines

There was some delay at Heathrow where a machine needed to "start the engines" wasn't available and they couldn't even find the team tasked to do it. Unacceptable. Caused about an hour delay and seemed unnecessary. Also saw several passengers abusing the overhead luggage situation, having too many large bags and not leaving enough space for others. The crew was good and the refreshments were good in quality and quantity.

Not sure if the crew were experiencing something unknown to me,but the service of passing water was non-existent.In addition,please take consideration when providing yogurt as alternative for breakfast as some of us, could be lactose intolerant.. thanks

Very Stress free Lounges were superb. Crews were caring. I loved it.

The layover time was barely 1.30 hrs and the security clearance sucks. I almost missed my flight but for the help of a manger. She held the flight for me. My baggage did not arrive. The entertainment did not work, I had to switch my seat 3 times for different issues. The travel was not fun

I didn’t get to London or Amsterdam. They lost my connection flight . I was stuck in Madrid and they rerouted my flight to Austria where my son had to come and pick me up. To get to my destination and they lost my luggage and they’ve told me they can not find it very poor service so have no word for what happened

It took over an hour to check in my bag a there was just one person at the counter. Security lines for business class also took a while. Although I reported 3 hours before my flight I made it to the gate 20 mins before boarding. To add to that jewelry was removed from my checked in baggage. I am submitting a separate complaint to Mumbai airport for that.

Biz class has a middle seat. 🙄. WiFi only for first class. No free seat assignments. Basically nickel and dime approach. They need to take lessons from Singapore Air and the likes. Never again.

I have not used food or entertainment all other services I used were simply excellent. BA crew is always good in service. The BA Crew at anygiven flight is simply amazing.
