Pros: "Flight was late leaving JFK. I paid extra for Comfort Plus and had the most uncomfortable seat ever. My back ached during and after the flight. Absolutely the worst seat ever that I have had flying. While it was a short flight we were supposed to get serviced during the flight, but there was no cabin service unless you were in 1st class. So much for the perks of Comfort Plus as there were none. Not even a glass of water. Wow! When we landed late obviously because we left late we were late and there was no ground crew to get our plane to the gate so we sat for over 1/2 hour on the taxi way waiting for ground crew to be available for us to get to the gate. To add insult of injury when we did get to go to the gate there was no gate available for use so we had to deplane in the rain down the emergency stairs. They said that if you had a problem with the steep stairs that they would make other accommodations. Probably would have been another delay so we all carefully went down the steep slippery stairs. I doubt that the stairs met any OHSA or safety requirements except for emergency issues. They were wet and slippery. This was the absolute worst trip that I have taken with Delta. It will seriously influence my future trip decisions."

Everyone was very polite but check in was confusing. Everything else was wonderful. Cutomer service was great from beginning to end."

Not very nice☹️ Only Chardonnay & Merlot wines were available. if you're going to carry two full bodied wines then you should carry two light wines as well. For example a Riesling or Pinot noir. I could not drink either of the wines delta carried. Furthermore, I tend to eat low carb & sugar snacks. All the snacks offered were high in carbs except the peanut packs. Delta only had one peanut pack on board. They had many pretzels , bananas & yogurt bars which were high sugar & carbs! Try carrying some Greek plain yogurt & unsweetened vanilla almond milk. TY for your attention."

On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

And I have to trash my carry on of $80 value. I was not at all happy. I noticed in the flight so many passengers have the same size carry on, which I have to trash. On my return journey from Delhi to Abu Dhabi I was talking to a woman in the security line, who was sharing the same experience and she told me that they charge her $400 for one extra suitcase. To me that was shocking as how come I was asked $300 for extra checked in bag and she was charged $400. No idea what kind of policies Etihad has for extra baggage. I would like Etihad management to pay attention to the airport staff dealings with customers."

Cons: "If you look my itinerary, I left Flint to Delhi with my wife-Rita Bhatnagar. She did return on October 25th but I was suppose to return by Nov. 24th. Unfortunately, my wife injured her back while liftin gher luggage at Flint air port on October 25th and few days latter she end up in ER Hospital. I had no choice but to return back home, so I called Etihad customer service for reschedule my trip back to Flint. They asked me so much money that I had no choice but find another flight (cheaper) from United Airlines. So, answer to your question is that I didn't travel from Delhi to Flint on Etihad Airlines."

Once everyone had bought new bags ($100 minimum) and ditched their old bags (created a huge pile in the corner of the boarding area), they didn't bother to check the new bags to see if they were now compliant... Pros: "The pilot and stewardess were very pleasant to chat with the stewardess was sweet, pleasant to chat with. All around enjoyable She likes her job as does the captain."

Pros: "Pleasant crew, flight on time. Ambiance = none, comfort = bare minimum, better than sewerage on the Mayflower and that's the norm."

Cons: "What I wrote above was meant to describe our experience from Chicago to Burlington- not Milwaukee to Chicago. Although, we had a delay in Milwaukee too. Overall, everything was only fair"

Cons: "When boarding, the agent said we had to check our rollaboards because they were our of overhead bin space. Hen we entered the plane, we saw that the entire back half of the plane had empty bins, but by that time it was too last to retrieve our bags."

Cons: "My connecting flight was delayed by 4 hours due tknsmong in India. I called United ahead of time to tell them I was not able to make my flight and if there was anyway I could get a new ticket. The representative was confident that 40 minutes between my flights at Delhi was enough time to make it despite me reminding her about the time it took to get off the plane, pick up my luggage, get through immigrations and travel to my terminal. She was very wrong. She insisted I call them when I land and that I go to the ticket booth. Little did she know that once I miss my flight my ticket is no longer valid and I was no longer able to enter the airport in India. Once I reached the entrance I was directed to a Untied booth all the way at the end of the terminal and was told to buy a new ticket. There was no United representative at this booth. I waited 3 hours and even called the number posted at the booth. No one picked up and no one came. I had wasted several hours. I ultimately decided to buy a ticket online spending another thousand dollars to get back home when I was told that I would be given a new ticket at the booth by United. But I had to wait another 24 hours outside the airport because I was not allowed in so early prior to my flight. Very unprofessional and unhelpful when I needed it the most."

Cons: "I have no complaints. Service, check in etc. excellent. As a matter of fact, I will rather fly United than Lufthansa"

Pros: "I had a good amount of time between each flight, every plane was waiting at the gate when I arrived, every flight arrived early."

Pros: "Once the plane boarded it was a smooth flight."
Cons: "The airline said that it needed to take on additional fuel due to bad weather, which would make the plane overweight. This meant that nearly half of the passengers who bought tickets would not be able to fly. Thos made boarding stressful as they were randomly calling names. They were offering $2000 and a hotel and meals and a flight out the next morning. However I did not have flexible travel plans and the stress of hoping to be allowed to board was unpleasant."

Cons: "We kept getting delayed by 20minutes (for 4 hours) without any communications/updates from the staff as to what the problem was or when a solution might be found."

Cons: "I reboarded the same plane for this leg of the trip. The same issue with the air being unbearably cold."

Cons: "Baggage delayed for three days... had a terrible unnecessary painful stay at delhi,india.. claimed for compensation since July 19th, still on pending..."

Pros: "The crew was a little harsh to passengers and rough speaking. 2 of them stood out from the rest."

Cons: "The entertainment screen did not work, After repeatedly asking for an aisle seat - I was asked to pay $200 for a seat selection."

Pros: "Every member of the crew was really helpful, especially since I had a cello with me. They helped me with tips on how the airport and their boarding system worked, and I'm sure they are just as good with families and people carrying heavier luggage."

Cons: "The upgrade was pointless as it put me next to the Bathroom. Food was inedible. Crew was testy"

Cons: "I had about an hour layover in which I had time to use the restroom and buy lunch. I did these things, then went to wait at the assigned gate. Meanwhile, unbeknownst to me, they changed the departing gate for my connecting flight. The concourse area is so crowded and noisy, and announcements are only heard in the immediate gate are, that, though I was sitting only one gate over, I did not hear the boarding calls and missed my flight. I sat in Newark airport for six hours (which included a maintenance problem, gate change and 1 more hour delay) until the departure of the next flight to Burlington."

Cons: "Crew remained their usual ignorant, uninterested , back-of-the-plane kitty party groupies"

Cons: "Again, United changed my original departure time from Burlington, VT to San Diego (via Chicago) from 10 am to 6:30 am. This meant an overnight stay in Burlington and loss of sleep and my free breakfast. In addition, I was stuck with 4+ hr layover in Chicago. The Chicago terminal was a mass of swarming people. Horrible!"

Cons: "ABSOLUTELY ZERO EMPATHY WHEN 2 MINUTES LATE TO GATE... Was actually mean and let 2 airline crew on while we stood there... plane there... our bags on... especially when United needs a better profile!!"

Pros: "Staff did offer two ten-dollar food vouchers as an apology for the inconvenience. They seemed to try to keep us updated on delays."
Cons: "There were probably ten delays over the course of about ten hours. Communication among staff, aircrew, and maintenance teams seemed very poor. Really didn't seem like people knew what they were doing. Very unprofessional and perhaps somewhat uneccessary."

Cons: "Packed like sardines. Way too much Crew unmindful of passenger comfort (attitude) Food was just ok, especially the soggy sandwich snacks"

Cons: "It was a 15.5 hour flight, and food was served 14 hours apart! Could've served the second meal a bit earlier."

Cons: "Multiple hour delay for what was originally described as a 'quick maintenance thing'. In addition, after a 2 hour delay we had a gate change to the far far end of a different terminal."

Pros: "This flight was canceled due to weather. We rented a car and drove back. During the drive we experienced very brief periods of drizzle rain. The weather radar showed no signs of bad weather in the area. I am all for safety but Is light rain really a valid reason for cancelling a flight, or was this more about a flight that was not fully booked?"

Pros: "All luggage had to go in the belly of the plane. Made boarding way faster. Clean aircraft with pretty comfortable seats."
