The flight was slightly delayed because of change of plane but informed beforehand. Flight was very good and comfortable

One of the worst airlines I have used. My recent flight was delayed taking off, but what was worse is that they allowed us through the gate, got on the bus to the plane to be told in that the plane would not make a the direct flight to London due to fuel shortage and it had to make a stop in another location to pick up fuel. Absolutely shocking!! Can't work out of the A320neo was just short range on that they literally did not have enough fuel at the airport to fuel the plane. Tashkent to London is not a long haul, I have done this before, so therefore I am going to assume it's the lack of fuel at the airport. Not the best staff, they all seem to just go with the flow, no organisation. No control, like herding sheep in a pen at the gate, same when getting off the plane. No control. Food was ok but staff were rude. Better to travel in and out of Tashkent using Turkish airline. I have booked my return flight but will cancel and accept the hit and 1 stop to ensure peace of mind with Turkish airline.

3 of us were in the business class. All good except the Flight out of Mumbai is too early. It is at 6:30 am. Reporting is at 4 am. We had to get up at 3 am. US connection has 4-5 hours of layover. It would be nicer to start the India flight late (give more time to sleep at home) and have less layover duration in IST.

Okay experience, seats had a very poor legroom and width. Very uncomfortable for long journeys.

COmpared to my experience in the business class of other airlines the food variety and offerings were meager. They did not have any cookies or crackers for snacking! They were unable to offer some other items. This has never been my experience in other airlines.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

My mother got sick and dying and i have to change my flight and they charged me $2260 that is redisclose.

Indigo attempts to make you pay for a seat during check in. I opted to not do this. The result - they allotted me and my minor son seats apart. In the interest of making maximum money, they seem to have lost common sense too. Similarly, even during the flight, the crew are busy trying to serve food to those who’ve already paid for it. By the time they’re done, it’s time to land and no one else is able to get anything. Sadly this seems to be what makes them profitable, customers just need to bear with it till a better airline comes along.

Staff needs to be trained in managing customers better. Indigo appears to be a low cost airlines in all aspects.

INDIGO Never On Time & Always Prefer to Shuttle Passengers Like shuttle Corks

I did not like the communication gap existing amongst the staff and the customer. My flight to Nagpur was delayed by two and half hours but it was informed to me on email ( not by W.A. or SMS) when I have already left my home in Baner area. I was painfully detained at airport with luggage when the gate no. 10 was changed to 5. I'll never recommend your flight to anybody.

Seats don't recline, no charging points. New aircraft and very clean. Crew should serve some water atleast.

There was inordinate delay without any plausible reason. This has become a normal feature of Indigo now a days.

The Plane was very small.. domestic route will perfect not international

If I have a choice I would not use this airline. They moved by booking to Smart Wings, an airline they code share with. Changing terminals in buses and dealing with some of the staff associated with it is not the best experience. Having stated that I must share that the crew of Smart Wings airlines was polite.

Consider serving food to all passengers regardless of food reservation status during booking.

This was a smartwings operated flight. Flydubai is no longer value for money. Their prices are as high as emirates whereas delays, services and overall quality is as low as any other low cost carrier.

The only highlight on this flight was the taste of the food, which was surprisingly good. Everything else was below average, and the cabin crew service especially stood out for being slow and inattentive. We were surrounded by toddlers/babies and it made our 4 hour flight feel like 10 hours. Granted, that's not the airline's fault, but it added to the overall subpar experience.

Second-row economy doesn't have leg space if you are 6 feet

Very helpful and welcoming crew, good food in fair quantities, enough space for the legs. Surprisingly good quality for a "lowcoster".

Boarding was almost an hour late but there was no communication. Cabin crew did nothing to ensure people kept masks on and even with seat belt sign on people were wondering around the plane.

Take too much time to get cpnnection flight. Did not get enough time toget refresh even for going rest room it is not enough time. For wheelchaor person like me face too much trouble. Idont wish to go next time in emirat and fly dubai. Not sugest any senior citizon to fly with this.
