Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Food was terrible , uncomfortable seats, WiFi did not work, will never fly Singapore again.

I had ordered vegetarian food. What I was presented was extremely dissatisfying and not up to the mark. I pretty much did not eat entire 19 hours. For.an airline voted as best in business, it was extremely disappointing. Seats were not comfortable to sleep. Entertainment system didn’t have much choice. WiFi didn’t work for more than half the time. Cabin crew were also difficult to understand. A bit of diversity like Emirates crew would go a long way.

Overall the airline tried to give excellent service. The wheelchair service was bad at SFO. My baggage was also delayed but I thank them for taking the trouble to find it and deliver it to my home.

Boarding was effortless, the food was outstanding, the seats in Premium Economy were extremely comfortable, and the staff and crew were excellent.

We had a cancellation due to weather, but the American Airlines staff was very helpful. Once we got on a plane, the trip was great.

We had a medical emergency, needing to get to an emergency room upon landing at LAX. I let the back flight attendants know the situation. One, David, contacted the pilot, who made arrangements for EMT's to be there when we got off the plane. They went above and beyond for us. We didn't have to go through customs, as a customs person came to us and checked us right at the exit of the jet way. Another wonderful woman, a United employee at LAX, perhaps a customer service liaison, took care of our luggage situation, as we weren't going to make our connection to Bozeman. When we came back to LAX to see when we could get a flight to Bozeman, the personnel are very accommodating and booked us on the next flight out, and assigned good seats. It was a horrible flight, physically, from Sydney to LAX, , but the professionalism of all involved was excellent! We are very grateful fir the way they all stepped in and helped during a very unpleasant medical situation. Thank you!!

Good check in and helpful staff. Delayed for 1 hour. Took about 45 Mins to get baggage’s at DFW . Food was average ( Hindu meal ) . Overall it was good experience

This was the worst flight I’ve been on. Getting on the plane where is was 30 degrees outside was hotter on board cabin must’ve been 33 degrees. This is a health hazard. They cannot be doing this to save on fuel. People could die from this!!. Fans and a/c was, off entertainment was off. Poor excuse given. Crew made the excuse that the system didn’t have enough power. They basically were operating on one engine to save on jet fuel till 3 hours later on cruising altitude and they then started the second engine. And finally the cabin was cooled. On a 7hour red eye flight this made it so uncomfortable and impossible to sleep.

When I originally booked this flight, I was expecting to travel on Qantas. When the itinerary changed and the long-haul segment was operated by American Airlines, we were disappointed but remained open-minded. Unfortunately, the overall service experience fell far short of expectations. This was a long-haul international flight. Getting up periodically to use the restroom or stretch is inevitable, especially on flights of this duration. However, each time we stood up, we felt as though we were inconveniencing the crew. The tone and body language often suggested that we were in the way or disrupting something simply by moving about the cabin. As a result, I avoided getting up as often as I needed to and was physically very sore upon arrival. Meal service was similarly impersonal. The options were presented in single words “beef or veggie,” “pasta or beef” without any description of what was actually being served. There was little engagement or courtesy beyond that. Even simple expressions of gratitude were often not acknowledged. I am accustomed to no-frills travel and do not expect luxury. What was disappointing was not the absence of extras, but the absence of basic warmth and professionalism. On a long-haul international flight, small moments of courtesy and humanity make a significant difference. In this case, the experience felt transactional and dismissive rather than welcoming. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as there is a meaningful difference between efficient service and indifferent service.

Qantas is always subpar beyond comfy chairs for a domestic flight

Well my expórtenle with Qantas it wasn’t that good KLM from Bs Aires was delay Santiago Chile Qantas QF 028 was still in the airport but the crew didn’t opened the door for me soo I lost my fly And I stuck in the airport 13 hrs waiting for next fly by Latam Arline My question is can I have my money back for business class

Poor, They have damaged my luggage and I have filed a claim at Colombo airport. They promised I will be in touch by the team within next 2 days but there is no One contacted me at all after 1 week. I then follow up again and received an email acknowledging my claim and claimed that they will reply in 12 days on investigation. Again, no response at all after that… Very disappointing…

Flight was delayed and due to this we almost miss the connection flight

The flight was delayed by 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting international flight. I then had to wait in the airport 18 hours for the next flight. The reason for the delay was a computer issue, not something outside of their control like weather. To add insult to injury, instead of trying to expedite the flight to make up for lost time, they ran a carry-on baggage check to verify every bag onboard belonged to someone on the plane, which took another 20 minutes.
