(If you know you have customers with short connections, why leave early to make their connections even shorter?) Then told us they would not pay for our hotel since it wasn’t their fault. Gave us a “discount” with a nearby hotel that was more expensive than what you could book it for online. Had to wait several hours for them to get us back the carry-on luggage that they insisted we check in the first place."

Guy passed out as we were about to take off so we turned back to the gate and sat on the plane for over 30 mins while we waited for medical personnel to check the guy out. Then had to wait another 15 mins for the fuel truck to refill us because we had burnt so much sitting there. I understand that we had to turn back due to his condition but why was he not removed from the plane and put on a later flight when he felt better instead of making all of us late? You would think after all this the crew would be kind and appreciate our patience but 2 of the flight attendants were the exact opposite of that. Both of them were very short with people and the one kept rolling her eyes at people as they were handing out drinks. The only thing I would give 5 stars is the tv entertainment. My seat wouldn’t even recline for me to enjoy though."

Pros: "During my experience on 19 November I encountered only wonderful crew members, from the gate attendants to the on-flight crew. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind."
Cons: "Earlier in the day when I was checking in, there was a prompt to be added to the list of volunteers to take a different flight should one of my later flights (it did not specify, I flew from DAY to ATL, and then ATL to ORF) was overbooked. My schedule was accommodating enough that I selected yes. In ATL I was called up as a potential volunteer as they needed 3 volunteers to take a later flight that day. I was told that I was not initially assigned a seat since I had earlier agreed to be a potential volunteer. I was okay with all of this. We were told that the decision would be made at the end of boarding, and we would know if our seats were needed. At the end of boarding they called for the 3 volunteers to board. I was the last one to board and was given my seat assignment. Once I got on the plane I saw that someone had already been assigned my seat and let a flight attendant know what had happened. I stood on the plane for about 10 minutes while the flight attendants and other crew members tried to figure out what had happened. My name was not listed under any cabin (main, comfort, etc) even though I had a ticket and a seat assignment. Eventually they had to open the doors again for me to get off the plan as there were no available seats. Once I got back to the gate podium I was booked on a later flight, as would have been the case had the normal course of action for volunteering to give up my seat taken place. Everyone was extremely helpful in trying to figure out what had happened, but it was still frustrating that it had to happen in that way. Luckily I don't believe the delay caused any major delay for the flight. In the end, things worked out fine, it just seems as though this is an issue that didn't need to happen."

A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... Cons: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

You feel that your feet are pressed together when you sleep. Also no seat level storage space. Seats are narrow and are almost impossible to sleep in resting on your side. Would suggest united try out the Emirates airline business class seats on the A380. The British Airways business class seats and New Zealand business class lay flat seats are also much nicer."

Pros: "Nothing! Rude people, rude service, smaller plane size, crappy food with a smell!"
Cons: "Everything! Rude people, rude service, smaller plane size, crappy food with a smell! Attendant even went as far as saying "This is why I prefer working with first class" to his co worker, making reference about a passenger. And even went as far as saying "I really need a drink after this one" when the passenger overhead his first comment and asked him why he's being so rude to her family and no one else. Also didn't bring us or the passenger behind us any water when we asked, and when asked again, he rudely said "You will have to wait, can't you see I only have two hands. I haven't gotten to your row yet" which he had, and passed, which is why the man behind us mumbled to us, and we made a request too."

Pros: "Great flight, on time, lovely staff."

Pros: "Crew was friendly. It was a long flight, so glad that came around in between drink services to offer water."
Cons: "Not that much content on the entertainment device, several movies were only playing in Japanese and no option to change to English. My device kept shutting off at random times despite having full battery."

Pros: "I was in economy + which had good leg room"
Cons: "Overhead bins for economy + are placed elsewhere. Preselected meal not available and was delayed in serving the alternative for 20 mins. Entertainment options include TV shows with 1 episode to pad the numbers"

Pros: "Enjoyed the new legroom"
Cons: "No snacks"

Cons: "The staff in the main cabin were very impatient and unfriendly. I attempted to buy food and the flight attendant was waving her hand telling me to "hurry up". She was so impolite that I didn't make the purchase. It was less unpleasant to be hungry than it was to interact the flight attendant. It is sad, but this is the standard on most domestic US flights. Im sure I will fly United again simply because their flights go where I need them to."

Pros: "Entertainment choices were numerable."
Cons: "flight was booked. we were seated next to toilet which smelled horribly. Very cramped."

Cons: "That's only give wather!... Is ridiculous"
