No reclining seats? Seriously? Probably the first aircraft I have ever seen in my life where the seats don’t recline.
Excellent in flight service, was a short flight, we were served a meal and soft drink. Very comfortable seats. Will definitely fly Vistara again in the near future.

UK 708 was an Airbus 320 Neo, one of the least comfortable planes. This was premium economy and the seats weren't really comfortable - but I always travel with a pillow to make up for that. The seat in Row 3 had plenty of leg space as it's behind business class. The food looked sad, and tasted as such too. I miss the old Jet Airways days. Four people at the Boarding were an overkill considering the fact that they didn't really follow sequential boarding. The flight was delayed by 15 minutes while taking off, but landed 5 minutes after original ETA.
It has been an excellent experience travelling with Vistara. Keep it up!!! You will have great times ahead.

Wait too long to check in bags
My connecting International was Qatar and allowing 15kg Carry, Vistara allowed 12.5kg only and made me throw 1 KG plus from my checkin too. Ordered Veg And Available option was Hyd Biryani and got some lemon rice with bad curry and dal.
On landing, we had to wait for the bus while most of the aerobridges were empty. Bad experience

Cabin temperature was too low and uncomfortable
The trip was booked on a Premium Economy, I was moved to standard economy with no compensation. When I boarded the flight crew had already made someone else sit in my place who were reluctant to give me my seat. Quite a few people were found not wearing masks and crew did nothing about it. No choice of food in spite of me with a standard economy ticket that includes the option of food.
Pathetic ground staff and customer care. I paid for an upgrade 3 weeks before the journey, and I was downgraded with no reason.
No Food, No beverages, only water, and there is no information about this sudden change

The staff don't even know the rules and have behaved so dumb while dealing with passenger and have zero knowledge about document checks. Either the airline needs to get them more trained before getting them on the floor or needs to take strict action against them. Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station."

Bag check is not as smooth as can be at CST Terminal 2. Passengers are advised to print out and attach boarding passes at home in a bid to avoid crowding at self-service kiosks given the Covid-19 public health crisis. However attendants then say tags need to be re-printed at the counter as the ones provided by the airline at the airport are more secure. While the check-in process is aided by the helpful staff, Indigo Airlines could do a better job of providing more self-service kiosks and clearer guidance during the online purchase process. Suggest calling ahead to confirm situation on the ground.

Unbelievable experience. We had several stuff tied up to do once we arrive and we went through a nightmare to figure out several items. We did not have phones to communicate and had to go through hell to find a phone to talk with our kids who spend lot of time buying us the hotel room and air tickets for the next day on a different available airline."

The maps and camera features didn't work, and movies would exit randomly leaving us to spend 10 minutes fast forwarding to where we left off."
Cons: "Old and poorly maintained plane with half of the touch screen entertainment systems not working on the flight between Mumbai to Newark. Call buttons for calling the cabin crew did not work. Remote controls did not work. The seats are all broken and cracked at different places. Poor attention by staff. There was also a delay in our flight of which even the pilot was not made aware of by the maintenance team until the last moment. Poor and failing company. Would never fly with them again."
Pros: "Very cautious crew and good service. This is appreciated because of the patient of the crew in managing few unruly behavior of the guests."

Cons: "You did not offer the 50% discount meant for senior citizens provided by Airindia. Pls do the needful to refund that amount to me."
Pros: "Check-in. Early arrival - 40 minutes early. There was a line to board instead of a crowd clogging the boarding area. Check-in and baggage handling person was professional."
Cons: "On-board seat equipment malfunctioned. Poor entertainment. Food was not that great. P/A announcers had some difficulty speaking Hindi as compared to English. Boarding area in Mumbai had only one scanner and poor lighting. Chances of baggage mix-up. This needs to be addressed ASAP."
Cons: "Air India requires you to physically check in at least an hour before your flight. If you aren't there by then, they will deny you boarding, and require you to pay for another full-price ticket to get on another flight. No leeway, and no sympathy."
Pros: "The Taj catered food is excellent - though I was surprised to not be offered a glass of wine after the travails of Mumbai airport security. Staff were really friendly and served is well. Overall it was a great flight."
Cons: "The entertainment system didn't work. The toilet paper ran out - no room for spares."
Cons: "Flight was delayed again. I travel many times using Air India and every time the flight gets delayed for some reason best known to the crew. This jeopardizes the overall itinerary that a passenger plans in advance. Air India should make sure the flight don't get delayed and arrive at Hyderabad airport on time. This has happened many times in the past and I believe it definitely affects the image of Air India as a whole."
