The flight was generally good but was delayed departure meant a very late arrival for a connecting flight.
The biggest let down was with booking experience through Kayak. I booked a flight with checked bags on Kayak. Right away I got a message from travel agency that the flight is not confirmed and to call them. I called them and they said the flight I have booked is no longer available with the price I have booked it for and I can book it with about $100 more. I already had other options I could book with cheaper price so I asked them to cancel my booking. Then they said I can have the ticket with the same price but a date change which was not working for me as I had to be there for a seminar. So again I said no then they said they will cover the charges and confirm my flight. When comes time for check-in I see I have no checked bag option which means the travel agency deceived me saying I can have my booking as I had booked it. And at that point I ended up paying $155 for my checked bag going back and forth. I am extremely angry and unhappy with this experience
It was great. My seat was comfortable. The bathrooms were clean . The service was superb . I travel a lot and I have been in 64 counties. I wish I could fly first class, even though I could , but I prefer to budget my yearly travelling expense on actual visiting , not on flight. Anyway, my point is that your economy was far much better than other airlines as good as Air France. The flight attendants and all crew were polite and very helpful and respectful. Thank you for making my long trip tolerable.
I slept the whole flight so I can't tell you about the food and there was no entertainment offered. Crew was very nice, seats were comfortable in business, and boarding was easy.
I haven't flown Swiss in a long time. I was disappointed that after paying $14,907 for 3 business class seats, we still had to pay another $200 for a single business class seat. All the window seats used to be single seats. Now it's every other one and if you want a single seat it's extra. Also, The double seats do not have pods or any privacy. We landed in Chicago after a long 10 hour flight and our connecting flight was on United. Because we do not have status on Swiss, we were not allowed to use the United lounge, even with business class seats. My father is on crutches and we had a 4 hour layover. No lounge was also disappointing. All of my status is on British Airways so I will go back to flying BA. We flew Swiss because my father did not want to go through Heathrow. On a positive, the crew were super nice and accommodating for my father who had recently had hip replacement surgery. Food was okay. I"m not a good person to critique the food, I never like airplane food.

The service was flawless. The trip went great. I flew from Venice, Italy to Tampa, Florida. The issue is my bag (that I checked for free when checking into the flight) was ripped along the side when I collected it from baggage claim in Tampa, last night. I thought of talking with the Tampa baggage claim employees about it and see what could be done, but my bag isn’t a very expensive bag and I didn’t want to make a big deal of it. I’m not sure if I’ll be checking a bag anymore in the future.

Horrible. After paying for seats, I was cramped, my daughters legs kept hitting the seat in front, I had no overhead bin space and no help from stewards on board, the food was served cold, when asked for snacks was told to wait and never received any, the flight was cold with no temperature controls. The check in process at Istanbul airport caused my family a great deal of stress and disappointment due to the following factors: 1) WE HAD TO PAY US$330 for check on bags, despite holding Economy tickets that Turkish airlines website clearly states that flights from Istanbul to Miami had a 2 checked bags allowance. 2) Airport staff not only lacked empathy for senior travelers (75 yrs old and 71 yrs old), but were also rude as well. The supervisor at check it offered "if you don't pay for the bags, you can just remain and sleep at the airport for however long you wish. What a terrible way to treat customers !!! 3) We were bumped from agent to agent to agent FIVE times, showing everyone the communication we received telling us we had the 2 bags entitlement. Two elderly people lugging 4 suitcase around and around the Turkish terminal. Again, what a sad way to treat customers !!! 4) We need a case opened to get a refund for the amount we paid. Something is amiss, screams unethical, and sounds unscrupulous......At First , we were told we must pay for 4 bags. All of a sudden, it became 2 bags, and finally all 4 bags were checked on with payments demanded for 2. Why did it vary from agent to agent???? 5) OVERALL, A TERRIBLE AND SUSPICIOUSLLY UNSCRUPULOUS EXPERIENCE FLYING WITH TURKISH AIRLINES. I recently flew with Turkish Airlines, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I boarded, the crew was incredibly attentive, warm, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the flight. The highlight, however, was the food! I’ve flown with many airlines, but Turkish Airlines sets the bar incredibly high when it comes to in-flight dining. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The variety of dishes, even on a long-haul flight, was impressive. It felt like dining at a high-end restaurant at 35,000 feet! The seats were comfortable, the entertainment options were great, and the overall atmosphere made the journey enjoyable. Turkish Airlines truly excels in combining luxury and hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to fly with them again—highly recommend!

In sharp contrast to the modern glitzy airport, boarding facilities were primitive. Passengers had to board buses and walk up steep stairs in bitter cold with carry-on baggages. I found no reason why aerobridge was not provided.
Boarding was chaotic. Cabin noisy. Temperature a bit cool. Bathrooms not cleaned enough.
Service and food were decent, seats are a bit too narrow. Leg room is normal. Bathroom should be cleaned more frequently. WiFi is cumbersome and should be simplified.
I wish seats were not reclinable. It's so claustrophobic when the person in front of you spends most of a nine hour flight leaned all the way back. The crew was really nice though and the dinner (red Thai curry) was pretty compelling.
Our flights were severely delayed, then canceled and we had to fly out next day with no sleep accommodation help. This led to our baggage being lost and the service reps after baggage couldn’t be bothered to help. They kept sending us to different counters when we were at the right counter to begin with. The only saving grace was the angel woman supervisor with blond hair who helped us put in a missing baggage claim.

I got an email in the morning of the flight 1/7, from Kayak, that I was rebooked from UA 906 to LH 430. Nobody at Lufthansa ot United knew about this. I went to both counters. at the airport. Also, Cheap Flights, who I booked the ticket through, did not know. I ended up staying on the United flight. But this was very disturbing, since I got a very late notice that I was rebooked to an earlier flight, I hurried to the airport to find out after a lot of inquiring that this was a mistake. Not a good Kayak experience.
After living in Europe for five years and flying with Lufthansa and KLM airlines, I’ve realized that United Airlines is now a budget carrier. The flight attendant are not friendly. The seats are not comfortable. And everything comes at a cost. I will be flying with KLM and Skyteam like Delta to the US going forward no doubt. United Airlines is not what it once was:

Boarding is a mess. They never check group # so lots of people crowding in. Comfortable seats this flight. I had an empty seat next to me, very convenient. Food was really not good, but I was starved. The pizza snack thing was horrible. Crew was grand. They really make it enjoyable.

Crew very helpful and friendly. Food is so so. Main meal is not always the best. Did have a choice of a snack part way which was either a cookie, corn snack, or similar. Second kind of meal was basically like a pizza pastry that really wasn’t a favorite but probably a European snack? Screens and selections of movies, tv and such were good. No WI-Fi unless you buy so no free texting or such on the long flight but I think that might be any overseas flight.
The boarding process was quite loud and chaotic. The flight attendants kept barking over the PA system about people needing to only stow large items in the overhead bins. During the one and only service, I was hit by the service cart. At the same time, a passenger was returning from the bathroom and the crew definitely saw him but stopped a few seats short of allowing him to sit down before starting service and made him wait a good 10 minutes before passing his seat and allowing him to sit down, after which he had to ask for his snack and beverage or he would have been passed over. Neither flight attendant thanked passengers as they left; in fact, I did not see them again once the plane door was opened.
Flight Attendant Karen Lynn was an absolute delight. She assisted in every portion of the services provided throughout the flight, aided with any and all concerns expressed by passengers, and even helped comfort an upset child who was one of five of a traveling family. This quality of service is what keeps me coming back to American. Thank you!
The worst, flight cancelled because the aircraft was not full. Heathrow ground crew totally not helpful and arrogant. Lady proposed us flight with 40min layover instead of direct and said it is our problem of course she was unable to do anything as everything was beyond her control she claimed. after calling on hotline another flight was booked. Flight was cancelled last second so we could not take direct from Zurich but we had to stay overnight in London.
The seats in row 31 are terrible and small and uncomfortable. Don't ever sit there. The window seat is so close to the curve of the plane is so annoying. I paid extra for this seat and I hated all 10 hours in it.
Food was terrible , crew were excellent , IFE was dire . Overall comfortable seat and cabin. Nothing special .
