This time, I traveled in the economy, and it was surprisingly better than the eco-premium (food, comfort, and crew were noticeably worse in premium!)

overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.

Ghe issue was with the delay caused by the late boarding. We had to run to catch our next flight, barely made it and then our luggage didn t arrive with us. Really bad organizing.

It was unclear that additional passport control was needed before boarding. The seats were cramped and uncomfortable even for small persons. The arm rests were unable to be lifted completely out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them uncomfortable to lean on. One audio channel was not working on one of our seats.

Great food - movie selection was good. Plane was a few minutes late but got to destination on time.

Flight was late on arrival. When asked, one of the crew was not helpful with providing us information on if we could meet our transition and would only say to listen to the announcement. We nearly missed our transition because we had to race across the terminals. In addition, our checking bag did not make the transition. After making the report, no calls updating us on status were received. Provided my telephone number, but when I called they said they did not have my number. I still have not received my bag

Easy boarding Seats were very uncomfortable no room arm rests didn't even go up all the way

Bad, my family luggage. did not make t with us. Now my family’s arrived but not mine. No contact from the company or emails acknowledging the problem. Still not even where it is.

I was sweating the whole time for 9 hrs. There are no air nozzles above the seats

So disappointed, the flight from Zurich to Sarajevo was delayed for two hours for no reason, they were also shifting gate several times prior taking off

Moved seats, didn't accommodate requests to change seats even though other seats were available.

Being a QR Platinum member traveling in business class, I expected the staff to be more courteous. Unfortunately, the lady staff was rude attending business class 1K side.

It was a long flight but overall a good one. The one thing that I would comment on is that there is a real problem with disposable plastic products when it comes to the meal service. It would be great for Qatar Airways to find ways to make its meal service more circular and reduce the immense amount of waste.

Fantastic, the 787-9 is a very beautifully designed plane and it was a pleasure to fly in the Qsuite. The suite did feel slightly smaller than the 777 variant, and the suite door also felt smaller, as I felt more exposed as passengers and crew walked past. Food was too notch, and the service was fantastic. I wish they’d enforce boarding zones more effectively, but otherwise they did really well.

Overall it was a very good experience. Boarding was efficient and well organized. The cabin crew were excellent. The meals were tasty and quite filling. The warm bread rolls were a nice touch. Seats were comfortable even if they were a little narrow. Entertainment selection was excellent.

This is my first and last flight with Qatar because when we go for boarding pass in Delhi airport the team asked for money charging me for hand baggage which is technically including with my ticket so also we get one our temple pics I ask them to checking in but they tell me I have to pay $500 dollars for that additional which is not make sense than I diseased to throw away because I can’t take with us . For carry in beg also I pay some Indian n currency for the guy who help I already pay 6 passengers ticket cost me $8000 so really I’m not happy . PLUS MY 6 checked baggage was damaged I already claim for four beg at airport but now I’m worried about my stuff inside maybe broken too which is more expensive stuff me really bad experience

My seat that I booked over a year ago and some other passenger was sitting in it. They said they could not walk and they would not move. I was with my young kid and the crew did nothing to accommodate that. Just disappointed that the airline accepts that excuse from a passenger.

They shld improve and provide a lunch or dinner in an international leg

My checked bag did not get loaded on the aircraft in Istanbul. Other than that, the flight was smooth, on time and the crew was friendly, efficient, and professional.

Definitely not a fan of Turkish Airlines, their seats are very uncomfortable. Felt very cramped up. Food was very poor in quality too, very little to drink during service.

Great airline with excellent service! Only drawback was the meat served was overcooked on both flights.

Crew was good. Plane and seats were cleaned and good. Food and entertainment system was bad.

Lost long time boarding because of a system anticipation done and they took to long to rectify when travel avant told them .

Very bad I have traveled to about 70 countries. And this is one of the worst airline with the bad customer service. As a family We purchased our seating tickets 8 D, 8 E, and 8 F but when we board we got switched to 10 A, 10 B and C without early acknowledgment. The seat back doesn’t even go back because the back row is the emergency row. We didn’t like it at all because we actually pay for the seats we want then the manager Melih came and say either we take the new seat or get off the plane. What a bad customer service. He was saying things that are not even legitimate. Due to the seat back unable to be push back we had to go to other seats in the far back and be separated. Very bad experience with this airline and will not want to take it again.

The flight encountered weather turbulences and it was scary at times but the pilot was outstanding! The food is outstanding! The crew was great. Only thing is the flight path map could be better (Reference: Emirates) Also would be nice to have more choice of soft drinks during the flight since it is a long flight. If the crews coming around with water instead of us going to the crew area asking.

Flight was cancelled and I got rebooked with anther airline. Also had booked a direct flight and got a layover.

SAL to FRA - Original flight was cancelled less than 10 hours before scheduled. Did receive lodging at no cost for 1 night. Coordination between Lufstansa and hotel was very poor and we had to pay for a meal we thought was to be paid for. Traveling from SAT to Denver coordination between Lufstansa and United was very poor and we paid double for our check-in baggage. We are hoping to that refunded. We wish other airlines would fly to Salzburg as we plan to visit more often.

It was a good flight overall, I just hate it when we get delayed because there is a small amount of layover time in Munich and you have to actually run to the next gate.

Very nice. Crew was excellent and our seats had great legroom which we paid extra for so I highly recommend this option when flying internationally.

For this long of a flight one would expect some more service, like a snack, entertainment or reclining seats

All was good. I would have preferred free drinks besides water (coffee/tea).

Zero legroom or space in economy. Flight was delayed into Munich causing a missed connecting flight and other missed bookings. :(

They gave us free up grade to a roomier seat.

A major problem at the Frankfurt terminal. You see your connecting flight is on concourse A and you see signs for A, but when you start to walk out to A, only then do you find A is in another terminal which requires a bus ride, passport control and customs. If you sit around in the first terminal too long, you can miss your flight. We made ours.

Extremely tight connection in Frankfurt. Tickets with one hour layover are not realistic even with first flight being on time. Just barely made it and ran most of the way. 😬

The flight from Porto was delayed by 3 hours. Arrived in the US late at night. Exhausted from all the waiting. And staff did not communicate well with customers.

My flight out of Miami was delayed by 2 hours which meant I had to quickly make other arrangements for pick-up in Glasgow. A $9 voucher for food was issued. That’s not much of a gesture in my opinion.

Disaster out of City Airport with our flight cancelled and very little help.

They canceled the original flight and I had to take the fligh the next day

Charging ports would have been nice. No entertainment but it was a short flight so not really necessary.

Pilots seemed fine but one stewardess seemed crabby, but it was tolerable just didn't seem to be projecting a service attitude. I understand we all have those days. Return flight on 8/8/24 noticeable better / normal.

Missed our connection, lost our luggage. Never fly BA again.

Flights were actually with Aer Lingus outward and American Airlines & Aer Lingus on the return journey. Outward flight with Aer Lingus was good but the return flight with them was not so good as our seats were in a poor condition (15A & 15C) and looked like they needed replacing! The American Airlines flight from Miami to JFK New York was good and the seats were very comfortable and spacious (32D & 32E)
