They allowed some guy to move seats after 3hours of him being next to someone very sick, There were several empty seats, but they moved him to mine. I find that incredibly inconsiderate and should not have been done.

The crew on board were all very pleasant and happy to help. The flight had the old business class seats. The departure board in the business lounge did not update and kept on saying ' gate open' but never said boarding. When I got nervous about the departure time and walked to the gate I was told off rudely for being late.
Everything was great except for online checkin. That was through BA- glitchy and needed help on seat choice in person at the airport (and the staff were fantastic). Unclear if the problem is due to booking lower fare thru kayak vs directly with Finnair or BA but seems to be the norm.
Seat layout, flight/club attendant service, food variety and quality could have been better. Business class Standard is visibly low compared with 6 other airlines that we have traveled for the past two years.

The mobile app for BA could have been better. It did not update real time on gate chnage information at the airport.
Positive boarding experience, easy access to seat with plenty of luggage space
The 1st flight was delayed by 7h. We missed the connection flight. They rebooked us another flight after 8 hours lay over and we had to take another connection flight after 6 hour lay over. Overall experience was horrible
The flight was delayed for 7 hours. We missed the connection flight to India. The alternate option was > 17 hours just in lay-overs. So it was awful.
Qatar airways has clean cabins and it looks like u r in business class
