After all that wait I was asked to sign an Indemnity form stating that I'll be responsible for any penalties whatsoever from Dubai Immigration if denied entry in dubai. The staff don't even know the rules and have behaved so dumb while dealing with passenger and have zero knowledge about document checks. Either the airline needs to get them more trained before getting them on the floor or needs to take strict action against them. Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station."

Traveling by air in India in economy class is like traveling in a greyhound bus. If you are from the US and 30+ year old avoid the Economy class."

Cons: "Three things : 1) The crew seemed to be relatively inexperienced and just out of college. I observed a couple of informal communication exchanges from their part. But the crew were helpful and tried their best to provide the best customer experience. 2) The boarding process normally starts with business and premium class and then followed by economy. For my flight however the economy class was boarded first while the business class passengers were kept stranded waiting in a separate line. This also reflected the inexperience of the crew which handled the boarding. 3) Vistara was my connecting flight from Pune to Delhi followed by British airways flight from Delhi to London. Though the flights were booked under one ticket, the representative did not checkin my luggage throughout the journey due to which I had to collect my baggage at Delhi and check it in again. The representative explained that vistara still didn't have alliances with most airlines allowing luggage to be checked in till final destination. This is another front on which they can improve."

I contacted Spicejet customer service who were very helpful and efficient and booked the additional baggage with them without any problems. The issue is with Kiwi.com and not Spicejet. Based on this experience I would definitely fly with Spicejet again."

He was rude, refused to call the manager and I had to pay another 400 rupees in cash. I want KIWI or you to refund my baggage fee paid by my credit card or I will take up the case with my credit card company, I will not recommend any one to do business with both KIWI.com and Spicejet.."

Cons: "Food was not cleared in a timely matter. The quality of food was not good, the flavors were just simply not up to standard compared to other airlines. Also they consistently did not have a non-veg option, how is that possible in this day and age?"

Pros: "My flight status from Cochin to Mumbai was being flexed around but was assured that I will get my connection at Mumbai ,Having to wait in COK for long time I requested a to give me a lounge facility and was refused so had spend nad took lounge around 7.30pm BUT AS i WAS SETTLING DOWN AROUND 8.OOpm CAME AND TOLD THAT i WILL NOT GET MY CONNECTION AS STATUS WAS PUT AS INDEFINITE DELAY AND WAS TOLD TO TAKE ANOTHER FLIGHT TO CONNECT ai jfk FKLIGHT WHIC IS ABOUT 100 MILES AWAY FROM MY DESTINATION AND i DEMANDED TRANSPORTATION AND THEY AGREED BUT BY THE TIME THEY CAME BACK WITH NEW BORDING CARD i WAS DRAGGED TO SECURITY FOR ANOTHER CHECK AS MY BOARDING CArd is changed. Then they virtually dragged to Delhi flight as it was already to take off Lo behold my seat was between two heavy set peple I had to squeeze and stay squeezed for about 4 hours till i reached Delhi , By the time I reached Delhi I was a nervous wreck, Flight from Delhi to JFK was a tad better and the in flight service crew were very good."
Cons: "Except the flight service crew and food on delhi -JFK sector all were bad . In the nake of entertainment they had movies and 90% of it was not full movies .their remote were not working and had fight to coax the touch screen to work Over all I would give them 1 that because of food and servbice crew ."

Cons: "Would like better food choices for vegetarian. It was mostly rice for all the meals, which is not so good for people with diabetes."

Cons: "Overall management of Air india, handling of 300+ passengers when the flight is scheduled for next day, should have been better. Cancellations happen, but they made us wait till 2:00AM to put into a hotel.. when they knew about reschedule around 4:00PM. the Contracting agency who handles Air india in JFK are the worst. They dont care about Air india reputation."

Cons: "Crew shuts off Two restrooms for there use only by posting sign of "Under Maintenance". These are specially one of the rear restrooms. There are only 6 restrooms in the plane, out of which crew of 5 takes one rest room for them selves. You may divide 200 passengers for 4 Restrooms."

Cons: "The toilet near my seat was leaking urine onto the floor from the start of the flight. The attendant's solution was to spread newspaper on the floor to soak it up! The food is terrible so I carried my own. Why an Indian airline does not serve yogurt/dahii beats me, while almost every other airline does. Entertainment? Forget about it! I sat in the same seat going to Mumbai and returning. When the attendant is told that the entertainment system does not work they just shrug and say they are sorry."

Pros: "The flight was on time and reached the destination about 20 minutes early. The snack was decent and the legroom in economy was not too bad."
