Due to delayed flight we missed our connection flight to Amsterdam. Though Emirates have rebooked in next day's morning flight, to get the hotel voucher etc could have been improved. We have waited for nearly 2 hours to get the hotel arrangements. Even some Emirates officials were asking why hotel voucher was not provided at the embarking point. However the hotel and food was excellent.Due to lot of flight disruptions huge crowds were present in front of Dubai connect as everybody was asked to contact Dubai connect office. Some better arrangments are to be thought of

It took almost 4 hours to collect the luggage from the belt in Lagos. Really pathetic. Flight attendents from Dubai to Lagos were very busy and were not responding at all.
Worst kayak is worst ill never ever use kayak ever again !!
It went well except at delhi airport they told me that my flight is canceled and only after talking to manager they were able to find seats for me and my wife
Seat did not recline at all, wi-FI did not work at all. Those are both very unfortunate for a 14 hour flight. Crew and food was of course very nice as always.

The main issue was that the flight from trivandrum to Dubai was delayed which resulted in arriving late in Dubai. Coincidentally the flight leaving out of Dubai to jfk was also delayed for different reason. Despite we reached the gate ( through wheel chair assistance) along with 10 other passengers we were not let in. The gate was open and yet was refrained from entering. We were then requested to flight the next morning. Meal vouchers were provided but the hotel reservations were not made and took a lot longer to receive that. If Emirates knew about the delay and was certain the passengers will not be able to board the next flight shouldn't they have prepared these ahead of time?
I would have liked less packaged snacky stuff, more fruit. The crew was great.

Turkish airline is so mismanaged . We had to onboard a flight outside from tarmac when there was heavy rains . By the time we climbed the flight we were drenched from the rain and we were so cold. The flight service was so terrible. The flight attendant never responded to any of the calls. There were no extra snack left for the kid . On one of the more than 13 hours flight my seat did ot recline and the person in the front had reclined their seat completely , for the whole more than 13 hour journey , I barely had any space to do anything . I will never travel with this airline ever again , such a bad experience
Absolutely horrible aircraft with hard open ended wires hanging below the seats which were hurting. No phone charging outlets for a combined 15 hours long haul. Absolutely garbage service!
Poor connecting flight logistics and ground transportation for such enormous airport. Airline does not consider time required to complete the security check or transition from one to gate to another
Cancelled with no notification and no assistance from ground staff re options or rebooking, where to stay or how we could get home to LHR.

Awful experience in Indigo, check in lines were very long with inadequate staffing. Had to wait in a warm stuffy plane on the tarmac as the flight was delayed.

The worst experience I have ever been in, they canceled my ticket the very last minute although it was Booked since October! They claimed it was not possible to change the schedule till January 11, 2026 and all my plans were screwed! My wife paid cash upfront a down payment for a surgery she was going to perform on dec 27th, and all these money lost! I’m considering seriously to get support
Horrible, hated every part of it. They do not have business class- just tried to make one row. Boarding was a mess- felt like hungry people fighting for food. Will never ever travel in Indigo

Boarding it group 6 is unreasonable for gold members of codeshare airlines. Lots it luggage compartments full of crew and other bs. 6 rows of passengers no stowage

Staff was good on flight - helpful and pleasant. Food was good too. Bathroom situation not good - long waits even though we were in Premium Economy. Transit from previous flight was horrendous in Frankfurt! Aircraft taxied forever after landing, bus ride from plane to airport building was forever, then had to take train to Terminal Z, had to walk miles to get to Security Check, lines were unbelievably long, then further walking to gate. Barely made it even though I had a stopover of 1 hour and 40 minutes!
Lufthansa was great, out of my own financial limitations I had to be in economy, it’s really tough on my back for long haul flights
Aircraft felt very old and business class was not as nice as on other airlines. Also 3 of the 4 flights on this trip were delayed.
They did not serve my special meal request after departure of airplane
Lufthansa was horrible for disabled folks. My wife had hell of a time making it to the flight in Frankfurt. The airlines is not at all caring to the disabled. If that were in USA I would have sued the airline for not meeting the disability Act clause. No way we are going to go in Lufthansa again. Hari S Doss
My husband had a surgery sometime ago but had to stand for more than 2 hrs in the line just to check in, drop baggage and pay for excess. The staff is toooo slow leading to long ques. This made our journey very stressful to begin with. Had to literally run at the airport through the security check and to the gate in spite of reaching 3 hrs before the flight. it was almost time to board by the time we finished checking in our bags
This flight had way more space than my international flight which is just embarrassing
Missed the flight due to delays, waited hours for someone to finally do something to help, get on a flight 10 hours later only to have the plane deviate to Greece and made us spend the night in Greece and get on a flight the next day. It was a 3 day trip and the worst experience of traveling we've ever been through.
