Everything went smooth. All flights were on time No changing gates, . No changing flights . It was like a completely different airlines tha n the last time I used Cathay Pacific . The last flight, 2 months ago, I had before this one was from Philippines also . I got changed in Manila and was told it only added 2 hours onto my flight . My 20 hour return trip ended up being 30 hours return with a 10.0 hour layover in New York with no seats anywhere . Everyone was sleeping or sitting on the floor . Unlike the hotel I was given in Manila to wait for this flight home . I never thought I would use Cathay Pacific again . But I did and this time you were great! I should have complained about the flight and layover from Hell a couple months ago. Consider that I am complaining about that august/23 flight now . Thank you got the great flying experience on my way home from philippines .
Flight was delayed. Drink was only offered during meal. Would have been nicer if crew walk around to offer drink after take off or in between meals.
Would have liked working outlets on the flight. The first meal was very bleh, the second meal was a lot better so overall okay meals
i booked vegetarian hindu meal for my flights from delhi to hong kong, and hong kong to los angeles. on first flight, they said that they do no have my meal information. thank fuilly some veg meals were still left and i could eat. However, on second flight they game me hindu non vegetarian meal, and I ate shrimp without knowing. pathetic.
Food was not good. Nothing for my kids to eat. Needed some simple options for kids. Boarding was chaotic. Why serve food at 3am local time? Focus should have been getting people to sleep.
The crew was great as was in-flight service. Check-in was terrible. Then I was bused in a cramped shuttle out to the plane where customers had to lug heavy carry on luggage up stairs to get on the plane. When I arrived at IAH in Houston I learned my checked luggage was not on the plane. I have not received any communication about it from British Airways - a very poor way to treat a customer on a pricey business class ticket. I doubt I will fly on British Airways in the future when there are better airline options.
Worst airline to travel both sides my flights were cancelled and I was moved around & flight from London had technical issues I had to sit 3.5 hours in plane
This was a great travel experience. Flight was smooth, crew were great, plane appeared very clean. I always have anxiety about taking off and landing. Both ways were smooth especially Landing. I didn’t realize we had landed, Great job , pilot. I wish boarding was a little more organized, but it went ok. Thank you all.
Overall the the whole experience was very mediocre from check in to service on the plane. The food was not at the business class level. Looks like BA is at the bottom of the barrel compared to other carriers offering the same business class service. Will never fly business on BA.
There was only one round of drinks served on a 5 hour flight!
I have lost my items and I didn't receive good customer service
It's only a semi-complaint because I did not have to wait for my bag when I arrived, but my bag was sent on an earlier flight without me.
