Poor communication to the passengers and then poor communication or help from the airline. If they would’ve waited 15 minutes, 60 people could’ve made their connection. Instead we have to wait 6-7 hours to board another flight. The customer service at the Moscow airport was sad... only two people at the desk for 60+ customers needing new flights because of their unexplained late departure."

Pros: "I loved the service. The flight attendants were attentive and courteous. They walked through the cabin periodically to offer water in the 6 hours or so between meal services, and also had self-service drinks and snacks in the galley during that time. Flight attendants asked passengers to put their seats forward during meal times, which very few airlines do. It was the same level of service I have come to expect from the Asian carriers that I usually fly (ANA, Japan Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Singapore). The meals were fine, and so was the entertainment. There was a decent choice of movies."
Cons: "The economy seats were narrow and cramped on the A340. I was in the first row of economy that wasn't premium economy. Even though the person in front of me had loads more legroom than me, he had his seat all the way back for almost the entire flight and hit me in the head while I was reaching for my bag under the seat in front of me. In order to get to anything in my bag, I had to put my head into the aisle because there wasn't enough room to bend down. Because of the angle of the seats, it was nearly impossible to get into and out of the row (and I was on the aisle)."
Pros: "The crew was incredibly helpful and accommodating when we discovered that I was not registered for a vegetarian meal. Bebe crew make sure that was taken care of and we're very very friendly in the process"

Cons: "Who doesn't turn off the plane lights at night inside the cabin? Especially when you're feeling late at night? Didn't post gate until very last minute…LHR..Then it said boarding immediately. Nowhere to get water. Hurriedly Boarded plane to find out we have the sit there an hour. Girl next to me was so childish Loud mouth complaining because she couldn't sit next to her bf."

Cons: "Planes are old, small tv screens in aisles, older seats and headrests. I had requested Gluten Free meals and on the way to Amsterdam they did okay (besides the snacks). On the way back they didn't even offer me the second meal GF, I had to ask another flight attendant who went looking for it and found one.. so it was there, they just hadn't bothered to look for it. I also never understand why you wouldn't start boarding with the last rows? Is that just me? The aisles are always so crowded when the last rows walk in and there's always a line."

The gate staff and flight crew identified him and allowed us special bordering that facilitated the process. That act of kindness is a rare experience on our part. Thank you Air France staff!"

We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"
