Cons: "There is room for improvement with the special meals. The non gluten brun was very hard. In general it would be nice if passengers could pre-order from a set selection of foods online what they would like on their tray. This would hopefully lower the amount of food that sadly goes to waste. Also it would be nice to have gluten free snacks on board. Flying with celiac disease is not easy."
Qatar said few times that the luggage will be at the final destination but they were wrong. Please check where your port of entry is at the destination. This is where the luggage would be. The food was terrible.
Comfortable seats, service, food and responses of crews member was polite and way they were talking with customer was very professional.
I have been taken about 500 flights over the last 22 years or so and I would say that in terms of cleanliness and interior maintenance this particular plane was by far the poorest one I had. The upholstery and carpet was downright dirty and poor. Practically every single video system was nonfunctional. Practically every single food tray was bent and could not hold the food tray. On and on. Its a joke to even be asking feedback. Air Indi needs to be embarrassed to be putting out this level of service.
One of the On board crew misbehaved and services were poor
Flight was delayed in total one and half hours that was typical old Air India .. So avoid new Airindia with same old reputation. Make sure flights are in time .

The Airlines is really professional and flights are almost on time in respect of departure and arrivals are concerned.
The trip was booked on a Premium Economy, I was moved to standard economy with no compensation. When I boarded the flight crew had already made someone else sit in my place who were reluctant to give me my seat. Quite a few people were found not wearing masks and crew did nothing about it. No choice of food in spite of me with a standard economy ticket that includes the option of food.
Pathetic ground staff and customer care. I paid for an upgrade 3 weeks before the journey, and I was downgraded with no reason.
No Food, No beverages, only water, and there is no information about this sudden change
Not much food options, entertainment, crew just ignores your request. The crew is not trained at all at hospitality. No wonder why people talk rudely to Indigo crew.
On time Arrival and Departure despite budget airline. In side the aircraft, seats and floor carpet is very clean and neat

Scoot refused to change my flight even though I had booked a flexible ticket. MyTrip wanted to charge me an extra $271 for a ticket that was only listed as $217. I complained about this to scoot and they didn't give a shite. So never again will you be getting money from me Scoot. You can Scoot off.
It would have been nice if I could have actually travelled to Perth. I injured my back and was unable to fly. Scoot refused to change my ticket saying it was not flexible. However I purchased the ticket through MyTrip and it was flexible. MyTrip wanted to charge me an extra $271 to change to a ticket that was only listed as $217. Never again will I fly Scoot or book through MyTrip
Me and my Partner were in seats 6A and 6B. (Which we paid a premium for). Unfortunately the person is seat 6C was large and because of his size my Partner was squashed to the point of discomfort and unable to sit properly. We requested to be moved to some empty seats and two hours into the flight the crew moved us. Perhaps it’s time airlines began checking passenger sizes to ensure they don’t encroach into fellow passengers seating space!
It was a cheaper flight and it arrived early. I thought the crew were pretty noisy for an overnight flight, and my friend was not able to sleep because of the noise. Also I think it’s absurd they don’t provide complementary water. Why does everything have to be a surcharge? Airplanes are dehydrating and it would be beneficial to help passengers stay healthy.
U could offer everyone a drink ,juice or water.. coffe or tea ...ur air craft isn't a flea market ,where someone has to buy a tea or water!!

Pros: "Any full service airline is better than discount nickel and dime airlines. I was able to change my flight on Air India with a telephone call and no penalties. This was not true of my connecting Bangkok to Macau flight. They had absolutely no changes nor refund and the fares ended up to be high (just look at all of the stupid things discount carriers nickel and dime you for). My advice, stick to full service airlines like Air India as you spend less in the long run. Those budget carriers should be called "bait and switch" carriers as they bait you with low initial fares but then add on until the costs are almost twice what was advertized!"
