Cons: "Initial confusion at boarding with paperwork and onward passage through Athens,GREECE. Once again the airport teams reached out to my colleagues and I ahead of time and managed to resolve to satisfaction."

Cons: "At Mumbai airport, during check-in I was told that my carry on bag plus personal item together should weigh not more than 7kgs!! I have never had any airline actually weigh my personal item (laptop backpack) before this journey. Eventually I ended up stuffing my check-in bags with everything I was carrying in my carry on bag before I was allowed to check in. The weird thing is, I was never told about this rule on my journey from the US to India."
Cons: "During check-in, I observed inconsistent application of rules with respect to hand luggage. My carry-on and laptop bag combined were 12 kgs and was told that I had to pay excess baggage fees. While, there were quite a few people on the plane whose hand luggage was clearly above 12 kgs."
Maintenance delay for 2 hours after Canceling my flight earlier in the week. So typical for this poorly run airline. Will make better choices for future flights.
Cons: "Too much to write down. Start at the counter and work yourself to the plane. I hope you get it right eventually, I’ll be flying Southwest"
Pros: "Despite the poor rating because of the mechanical issue, I will say the pilots did a fantastic job with some pretty choppy air conditions."
Cons: "Flight was delayed almost an hour while we were already on the plane. Minor mechanical issue that could’ve been handled at destination. The seat was super uncomfortable and I would’ve appreciated at least some more from the crew, like maybe even a bottle of water or something."
