Delays to take off and to leave the plane after landing added a lot of time to this flight.

Wish they had the seat-back video screens for watching movies or playing games.

Didnt realize i had bought a seat that couldnt recline. Not horrible as it was very short flight.

from Boston to Washington was good but return to Boston was terrible, Gate was changed and plane was so uncomfortable, I thought it would crash 🙈🤦‍♀️ also when I showed my bording pass they didn't know where to send me and finally gave me direction and at the plane they said to find free seat somewhere😬🤦‍♀️🫣

Best flight by a pilot I’ve ever been on as a 62 year old

The only problem experienced was a ground stop in Chicago due to weather. But the crew handled everything professionally. They prioritized rebooking those passengers who had connecting flights and then deplaning the other passengers. When the hold was lifted, they efficiently re-boarded all the passengers so that we could depart before our departure limit expired.

Crew was rude and the flight is not comfortable for long haul.

Longer wait time at check in at Paris. No bridge to board flight , had to take bus and climb up stairs again to flight. Difficult for ones with back pain like me.
