From Athens to London & even on the way from London to Athens, British airway won't let me to have the carry on bag (small suitcase) even my ticket says I can have one carry on bag. I had the iPad, jacket & books inside. For more than 3 hrs flight time, no TV, movie or my own entertaining stuff. They make me check it in. I have 11 hrs lay over in Heathrow before flying to Houston. The flight arrived at 11pm because of my carry on, I had to go to baggage claim to get it. So tired & wasted time. Don't understand why some passengers can have Carry On & some don't. I was told it is due to the price you pay for the ticket or the boarding group...... Consider twice when flying with British airway.

Was looking forward to this flight and better than usual service from a North American carrier, sadly not the case. If over 6ft the lie flat seat space is restrictive due to the table below the screen. That said, did get a decent sleep on the 16 hour flight. Air Canada is a carrier that configures planes with minimum toilets, there are only 2 for Business and despite only being 75% full there was usually a wait as Premium Economy were also using the toilet behind the cabin. Amenity kit is nice but no slippers provided. The journey involved 3 flights on Air Canada and every one was late and had to be rerouted, at least my luggage arrived at the same time.
Flight was canceled/delayed multiple times, leaving us stranded at YYZ for four (4) days. Retrieving the luggage (after flight canceled) was a 5 hrs delay/struggle Two days rebooking did not include two days accommodation voucher (only one was provided). False information was provided for the second day and we did expend 1/2 day at the airport on the second day just sorting out accomodations+food! Next rebooking (due to yet another cancelation) ended up with our luggage left behind (at YYZ) one day later when the plane finally took us to PIT. I wonder how the reimbursement for the additional expenses (food+accomodations) will be... easy or just another nightmare :-(

Our seats were nearer to the front, but still in Economy. We found it beneficial for several reasons - were generally served first (food, drink, etc.), de-planed quicker. We also got seats on either side of the aisle, which provides a little more leg room and quicker access to lavatories.
As I was purchasing my tickets, I indicated 3 checked-in luggage, one per ticket, but, as time showed, I had to pay for each suitcase on my way to the final point of destination and then back. If I am not mistaken, 5 or 7 times my original schedule was changed. Also, the final few changes introduced an overnight stay, which I was not planning to do. And I couldn't do anything as I already purchased and arranged my dive trip. Overall, after years of flying by many other companies, Air Canada, as of today, is the worthiest I've ever flown. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is relying on a promised schedule and timely arrival/departure. Two plains were broken and had to be replaced/ and the other one had to be fixed while we were on the plane
I was in hospital from 14th march through 16th March 2023 and immediately after that I had ECG electrodes attached to my chest, so we called the Air Canada and requested them to either postpone our (mine and my wife 's) flight reservations from Baltimore to Toronto, scheduled for 9th April 2023,or cancel and refund our full fare. Fair enough because they (air line) had enough time, weeks, to sell the seats to other passengers and secondly I had a medical reason. They returned only the taxes and not the fare Which was about $700. Unfair?
