Paid for the seat 17D. I found that that seat has no lean back facilities

Flight boarding experience with journey was smooth; can describe it as a less to minimal turbulent flight!

Flight was delayed and due to this we almost miss the connection flight
Crew members forgot to serve sandwiches after serving the coffee. Worst was the handling of bag. One of wheel was Broken making it useless. Though a complaint was registered and assured of compensation voucher equal to part cost of the new bag.
Please don’t send survey questions on Indigo flights. 90% of booking, check in, Boarding work is done by the passenger. So those questions are irrelevant
There was inordinate delay without any plausible reason. This has become a normal feature of Indigo now a days.
No comments on food as I did not order. A normal Indigo flight was made memorable by the staff

Standard Air India quality service. Nothing out of the ordinary. Exactly what anyone wants : efficient, polite, and gracious service; a comfortable seat; and on-time service
Flight was delayed almost 4 hours departing Goa. Even on arrival, there were busses to carry passengers to the terminal which were very delayed. All in all, an unpleasant experience.
The flight was cancelled and no support was offered and the rescheduled flight had several delays!! Terrible experience!

The planes did not have charging jacks for phones or lap tops and there are no monitors for movies. On the flight from Delhi to Hyderabad I was the last person in First asked for a meal choice and only one meal was available so I had no choice.
Entertainment screens were either broken nor did not work. Also seat back did not work. Definitely not comfortable journey
Everything was bad and entertainment did not work and no landing cards and overall done with Air India
Bathrooms were horrible. No cleaning and floor was full of tissues. Understand that passengers responsibility to keep it clean but crew should check if tissues are there or not. Also, they announced that baggage will be at one carousel but came to a different one.
The crew on the flight was great and the food was good. The flight was on time and in fact arrived earlier than scheduled. The boarding process however was not great. I had a business class ticket but I had to stand in line for about 20 minutes at the gate before I could board. The bottleneck is that at the gate they check the boarding pass and passport all over again and there is no separate lane for business class and there were only 1 agent. The aircraft is very old . The entertainment system is antiquated and the programming is sub par.
Bad. Screens didn't work, faulty trays, unclean bathrooms, etc.
worst airlines I have traveled to so far. On my round trip to India, not even once did the entertainment console work, the seats wouldn't recline, Some of the air hostesses were rude and not helpful. Not planning on using Air India till they have new planes and improved inflight service
No in flight entertainment 2 toilets were out of service Crew was good, food is also good
It was less packed. Food was good.Ac was controlled and neatness ok.
