Paid for the seat 17D. I found that that seat has no lean back facilities

Flight was delayed and due to this we almost miss the connection flight
The flight was delayed by 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting international flight. I then had to wait in the airport 18 hours for the next flight. The reason for the delay was a computer issue, not something outside of their control like weather. To add insult to injury, instead of trying to expedite the flight to make up for lost time, they ran a carry-on baggage check to verify every bag onboard belonged to someone on the plane, which took another 20 minutes.
Crew members forgot to serve sandwiches after serving the coffee. Worst was the handling of bag. One of wheel was Broken making it useless. Though a complaint was registered and assured of compensation voucher equal to part cost of the new bag.
Please don’t send survey questions on Indigo flights. 90% of booking, check in, Boarding work is done by the passenger. So those questions are irrelevant
There was inordinate delay without any plausible reason. This has become a normal feature of Indigo now a days.

Standard Air India quality service. Nothing out of the ordinary. Exactly what anyone wants : efficient, polite, and gracious service; a comfortable seat; and on-time service
Flight was delayed almost 4 hours departing Goa. Even on arrival, there were busses to carry passengers to the terminal which were very delayed. All in all, an unpleasant experience.
The flight was cancelled and no support was offered and the rescheduled flight had several delays!! Terrible experience!

Air India Express operates as a separate airline, so it says. Air India Express is a subsidiary of Air India and is part of the Tata Group, which acquired a 100% stake in the airline. (https://www.tata.com/business/air-india-express). Yet Air India express is not a member of Star Alliance, so Star Alliance gold members do not receive the benefits they would had they traveled on a mainline Air India flight. Even though it's a subsidiary of Air India, which is a Star Alliance airline. Very frustrating.
I don't think there were entertainment options (short flight) - which is why I gave the 'ok' sign. Didn't make a diff in my flight experience either way, however
The planes did not have charging jacks for phones or lap tops and there are no monitors for movies. On the flight from Delhi to Hyderabad I was the last person in First asked for a meal choice and only one meal was available so I had no choice.
Entertainment screens were either broken nor did not work. Also seat back did not work. Definitely not comfortable journey
Everything was bad and entertainment did not work and no landing cards and overall done with Air India
Bathrooms were horrible. No cleaning and floor was full of tissues. Understand that passengers responsibility to keep it clean but crew should check if tissues are there or not. Also, they announced that baggage will be at one carousel but came to a different one.
Bad. Screens didn't work, faulty trays, unclean bathrooms, etc.
worst airlines I have traveled to so far. On my round trip to India, not even once did the entertainment console work, the seats wouldn't recline, Some of the air hostesses were rude and not helpful. Not planning on using Air India till they have new planes and improved inflight service
No in flight entertainment 2 toilets were out of service Crew was good, food is also good
It was less packed. Food was good.Ac was controlled and neatness ok.
