Flight was on time. Seats (economy) were very comfortable and food was excellent. The bad thing was that after landing it took an hour to reach arrivals. We had to wait 15mins to get off the plane and then had to board a bus which moved very slowly and took almost 30 minutes.
They were very pleasant and helpful. My husband and I were sitted apart. We asked if we could be seated together were told flight ws fuly booked but would try. After a while they were able to make it work we got seats together. Their food is good and attendents are very friendly/helpful.
The crew were friendly, dressed professionally and helpful when needed. The food was good to very good. The seats were comfortable and entertainment selections were excellent. For that long of a flight Athens to Newark Economy is a little tight and the space became uncomfortable about mid-way. Next time I would try and get a Premium Economy seat. Especially for the return flight when one can be less enthused and tired. On the way to a vacation enthusiasm can outweigh discomfort.
The flight experience was good, but connection time was cut shorted because of delayed start.. it would have been helpful if the flight showed which gate/terminal we need to go for connecting flight and flight timing was less than 30 minutes to connect which made ourselves stressful to catch next flight 😔
It was economy plus. That is all. I literally felt like traveling in economy class with a little extra leg room. Poor food. V restricted options. Worst of all POOR CREW ATTITUDE.
Emirates is still my favorite airline. The good, entertainment, crew, and value are excellent. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed taking off and arriving - which caused me to lose my ground transportation plan. While delays happen, more communication about the delays would be helpful.
On the Dubai-Gatwick flight the only meal options were Beef or Chicken. No vegetarian option. This was a surprise. I would usually order in advance but did not this time. Would have been good to know that a vegetarian meal is not available as a standard meal. Thankfully it was just me travelling, but if I’d had my kids with me that would have been a big problem for us.
Newly reconfigured 380 I assume. Has a new ife with usb c ports and Bluetooth connections
Overall emirates continues to amaze me with their. Awesome service . I had shifted away from emirates , because I lost luggage and watch in emirates in 2019 that drifted me away from this airline , but I am willing to give it try
Boarding took forever! Was disappointed at checkin that they did not let me pay for an upgrade for my mother who has bad legs ! There was a seat available but they kept saying you need points ! I think that’s total BS! I had the money to pay and they made it so so difficult! Mean while onboard there’s a video showing pay upgrades available!!!!! The exit row seats we are were ok but super narrow ! Staff is wonderful
My husband had a surgery sometime ago but had to stand for more than 2 hrs in the line just to check in, drop baggage and pay for excess. The staff is toooo slow leading to long ques. This made our journey very stressful to begin with. Had to literally run at the airport through the security check and to the gate in spite of reaching 3 hrs before the flight. it was almost time to board by the time we finished checking in our bags
Flight cancelled. I was rebooked without discussion or options. Had booked a flight with a bed and when I was rebooked, the flight had a recliner seat. Felt cheated.
Paid $35 for wifi but wifi didn’t work. Stressful dealing with work mess and no service. Otherwise normal
Our screen kept turning off ...3 times...had to get crew attention to turn it on again
My flight was cancelled, but it was not Kayak's fault. Kayak did require me to pay for the ticket twice to two different venders who paid Lufthansa. Kayak/Lufthansa owes me for the first booking I made first was fraudulent on the part of the subcontracting ticket seller. There will be litigation over this issue under the current passenger protection laws.
Flight was cancelled due to maintenance issues. It was a nightmare to get an alternate flight back home.
Not enough veg food for passengers. I actually did not get veg food and starved the entire flight duration.

Food options in Economy class can be improved. The headphones on the entertainment system only have a single earphone active, this can be improved.
Entertainment system have to be updated. Allied partners charging money for alcohol - in fact international flight.
Not good because in this cancelled and then rebooked flight BA put me and my husband in both middle seats when we were originally seated together in original flight and i was in aisle. I hate sitting in the middle. BA food needs to be better. It was just ok. Thanks though to screw and everyone one for safe flight
I alrady responded to this request, and expllaned at length that this was the worst flying experience in my 77 years. I will NEVER fly BA again.
BA flight from London NY had old BC configuration with 2+3+2 seating with open seats which was not comfortable and lacked privacy
After boarding we were waiting in the plane for more than one hour to take off without AC with very high temperature inside
Poor check in rude attitude by a lady staff being we both of us are senior citizen and diabetic we have asked for seats in centre particularly not Window seat but she allotted Window seat such a rude and inhuman behaviours Really we are very sorry

If you want the worst airlines and worst staff - British airways. They only know how to loot - as they always have throughout their lifetime of ruling countries etc.
There was water leaking from the bathroom in the carpet outside the bathroom in the BA flight from Chennai to London and the foot rest was breaking down

Never ever travel with Air India is a very conscious promise made to myself. Poor customer service , irresponsible staff, pathetic operations and bad planes. Overall -0/10. Planes had mosquitoes in it.. i am still thinking what international standards of hygiene are they even following????. Operations team has no quality standards. They can route you anywhere on any plane inspite of a confirmed ticket and a web checkin… without your consent. Go for AirIndia if you love challenges and roller coasters and safety, time and hygiene is never your priority.
Inflight Services are poor compared to other airlines. They do not offer even water during 15 hr flight. Food is little in portion and I had food poisoning after last meal ( rajma chawal)
This was a bery good experience as it was a newer plane . AI older plane bussiness class is bad .
Every thing was so old…. Can’t believe they are able to charge so much for this terrible level of service will use alternate company in future for all travel needs

The flight taking off from BOM was delayed by 3 hours - making a 15 hour journey into a 18 hour journey!
The plane had broken seats and entertainment system. Just thankful that the flight was direct and landed ahead of schedule

Food too spicy for non Indians. Not enough food options were available for the passengers sitting towards the end. They should rotate serving people from the back as well not always from the front. My TV and most of theTVs not working. For long flight its very important to fix the TVs. Seats were broken and dirty. Tray tables were wobbly. Foot rest didn’t stay in place.
My TV screen was not working My baggag did not arrive for 3 days
