If they have fruits as snacks that would have been good.

I did not want to make a big deal, so I just ate it. Then they did not offer any beverages when the meal came! I literally had to beg them to make me their famous “Singapore sling”. Shocking really!!. When I had my coffee, my request for cream and sugar went ignored THREE times. Finally they grudgingly gave me only cream, rendering my coffee undrinkable. .....And the list goes on. Never ever will I travel on this horrid airline again!"

The noise from the engine transmits to the bed and it is hard to sleep even with the noise cancellation headphone."

They refused to give us anything which I thought was cold hearted as I was vomiting and very uncomfortable. Also, the policy to shut down all electronics for take off and landing is so silly. I’m an anxious flyer and I was not told on some air Asia flights to shut it off. Couldn’t understand why the same airline would force me to shut it off on my flight out of Bangkok."

Cons: "Flight 502 from BKK to HKG was changed from Boarding Gate 1 to 3 in Don Muang at a time when the previous flight at Boarding Gate 3 has NOT YET started boarding. A huge crowd from BG1 flooded to BG3 when the flight to Wuhan, China has not yet started boarding. It was 15 minutes before scheduled boarding (15:55) and a long line already formed at BG1. Those in line have to move to BG3 and have to line up all over again. We waited for at least 30 mins before the Wuhan flight finished boarding at BG3. The line was ill-formed and many Chinese tourists pushed their way through disregarding the line. Air Asia should have deferred the announcement of boarding gate change for the HKG flight until the Wuhan flight has completed boarding. This was a poor handling of boarding."

Cons: "Airasia is a budget carrier which will nickel and dime you. Carrie-on lugguage is very restrict on weight. The regular seat have little legroom. So it won’t be comfortable to anyone with size. Which leave leaves you with their HOT SEAT option. Even on international flight everything is al la carte, no free soft drinks. The price of checked lugguage can increase if not purchased at the time of booking. If you can jump though their hoops maybe no issue for you."

Would have been nice if they made announcement advising so you could at least bring your own. Obviously no entertainment system on aircraft."

After reading the confirmation email also saw nothing about it, only some ambiguous message about checking with the airline. THIS IS IMPORTANT! WHY WOULD YOU NOT MENTION IT AT SOME POINT. If I need to go to the airline to "check" that YOU didn't forget to tell me something then what the hell is the point of using your service?! I had to pay 144 dollars, more than a single ticket!"

Air India played some games. They cancelled the flight on us, and moved us out by a month. When we asked to change the dates, there was no availability. So I ended up cancelling my flight, however on my original date of travel the flight flew. I wonder if AirIndia is playing games with us and cancelled our tickets alone.

Also the blankets appeared to be reused. I received blankets that were opened from the original packaging. I’ve never road on a plane and experienced this level of discomfort in my life. I normally don’t like to leave bad ratings about companies because the staff were very polite and warm welcoming. I just strongly believe that Air India could use some remodeling for their planes. The level of comfortability is a must for me and I am not booking with this airline again because the seats are so old and snaggy. There were actual cotton balls(lint) on the seats, and I had to place magazines on top of the seat, in order to avoid feeling uncomfortable. The seats looked dirty and felt uncomfortable. And the blankets were old. Honestly, I would’ve preferred impolite staff, rather than experiencing discomfort for about 3 hours. I couldn’t wait to get off as I was going to my destination. And I absolutely dreaded the plane ride back as I was coming from my destination. Air India needs leather, or smooth fake leather seats for comfortability. Also, they need brand new unopened blankets to give to their guest, along with plastic cups as well. I hope this helps, and I hope Air India improves on this for the future."

Cons: "The bathrooms were really bad; they were dirty and water clogged within an hour of take off. Also the cabinets in the bathrooms were broken and stuck in place using scotch tape that was peeling off."

Cons: "You did not offer the 50% discount meant for senior citizens provided by Airindia. Pls do the needful to refund that amount to me."

Cons: "After flight was delayed and arrived late we went to the ticket agent to get our missed flight rescheduled. After almost an hour they hadn't completed a single correction. After 90 minutes of fuming they rebooked us for the following day and put us up in the crappiest, dirtiest, noisiest budget hotel we've stayed in over 6 months in India, Myanmar and Thailand."

Pros: "Around 10:30 am passengers on my flight who did not have any checkin luggage were offered an earlier flight, which was excellent and quick thinking."
Cons: "It was Boghi in Chennai on the day of my travel unfortunately and smog filled the air reducing visibility for all. The flight was originally scheduled for 9:30 AM and was, understandably, severely delayed even by the time I arrived at the airport. It would be ignorant of me to fault the airlines for abiding by safety regulations enforced by ATC. The execution of the plane transfer could have been far better. I strongly suggest that a procedure is written to reduce stress for all parties involved in such situations. It seemed quite unprofessional as there were passengers waiting, confused about what to do next as we weren't given clear instructions on how to transfer terminals, go through security checks, and acquire the appropriate boarding passes. While the air india employees were agile in their actions, they were visibly uncertain, which did not inspire confidence in us passengers. Once I had boarded the alternate flight, I was appreciative, but I strongly suggest that for everyone's sake a precedent is set."
Pros: "I didn't know that we were allowed to land in a random city. Also, when we missed our connection because of the delays, they lied to us about other airlines not havin availability."
Pros: "Courteous staff. On time arrival and departure and smooth flight. I have been flying Airindia for 40+years both domestic and International"
Pros: "We liked the courtesy of the staff (ground and air) loved the checkin luggage allowance of 25 kgs instead of 15 kgs in all other Indian airlines except jet air and free food"
Cons: "No complaints"
Pros: "We had never flown Air India and were very pleased. They have a 24 hour call or chat service available to use which helped us because we had questions. The flight was on time and the flight crew were all very very nice and we found the food to be pretty good. Overall nice experience."
