My husband had a surgery sometime ago but had to stand for more than 2 hrs in the line just to check in, drop baggage and pay for excess. The staff is toooo slow leading to long ques. This made our journey very stressful to begin with. Had to literally run at the airport through the security check and to the gate in spite of reaching 3 hrs before the flight. it was almost time to board by the time we finished checking in our bags
Service was excellent. Flight was only about half full, which meant we had tons of room to stretch out. Boarding area was nice and well organized, flight attendants were super friendly and attentive and we loved the 3 snacks!
Flight was cancelled due to maintenance issues. It was a nightmare to get an alternate flight back home.
Not enough veg food for passengers. I actually did not get veg food and starved the entire flight duration.
Lufthansa is turning into a budget airline. On transfers, the luggage never arrives if you have less than 2 hours for the transfer. This is happened to me multiple times when I end up on flights serviced by Lufthansa. The first leg of the flight was serviced by Discover Airlines. It was a 3-hour flight and they only offer a glass of water. Everything else is for purchase. I purchased my ticket as economy which should have included a bag but it ended up booking as economy light so I had to pay for a bag in each direction.
The food that was served was superb!!! Awesome snacks!!! Frequent drink service!!! To me, this was shocking. I took a British Airways flight from Denver to London for the first leg of my trip and the food was horrendous. Thank you for keeping us fed and satiated on such a long flight!!!!
Very good experience. All of the details made this experience very positive.
It was freezing. I asked crew member for a blanket and was told it might be in front of plane but I never got one. I turned off all the vents but still froze.
Food options in Economy class can be improved. The headphones on the entertainment system only have a single earphone active, this can be improved.
Entertainment system have to be updated. Allied partners charging money for alcohol - in fact international flight.

It was great overall. A few slight improvements could be made on the onboarding process at the Gates with announcements and clarity of communications (both at the gate and in flight). The movies in the entertainment options could be improved for bollywood, hollywood.
BA flight from London NY had old BC configuration with 2+3+2 seating with open seats which was not comfortable and lacked privacy
Everything excellent except for bag drop off. We started at the D area and that was so slow that it was eventually closed just as we were about to go to a station. We then went to F. We got one suitcase checked and then the screen showed that the station was no longer operable. There were long lines everywhere so we had to ask if we could butt in to the next station to finish. Again, this was the only incident, otherwise it was an excellent flying experience
Poor check in rude attitude by a lady staff being we both of us are senior citizen and diabetic we have asked for seats in centre particularly not Window seat but she allotted Window seat such a rude and inhuman behaviours Really we are very sorry

If you want the worst airlines and worst staff - British airways. They only know how to loot - as they always have throughout their lifetime of ruling countries etc.
There was water leaking from the bathroom in the carpet outside the bathroom in the BA flight from Chennai to London and the foot rest was breaking down
