The Atlanta airport had thunderstorms, which caused our flight to be delayed by multiple hours. Once we were able to board.the gate agent was rude and was trying to rush us onto the plane because the team in the plane was about to run out of hours once we were all aboard the plane they ran into an issue where the catering truck was filling up the back of the plane and they left and had to come back because they didn’t fill it up all the way, causing even more of a delay. My seat was very tight. I didn’t have a lot of legroom overall this was a miserable experience.

Our flight was delayed multiple times and then canceled at almost 1 in the morning. We are a family of 7, traveling with 5 young children. When the flight we were supposed to fly on finally arrived after waiting all day after an international flight into JFK we were informed our flight was in need of a copilot and once they located one we would take off. Then our flight was cancelled because the copilot was over his hours and they couldn't locate another. They knew before taking off from the previous location that the copilot would be unable to fly. They could have communicated the cancellation of the flight hours in advance. Once they cancelled and the pilot and copilot got off the flight, they joked about it. While there are understandably limits on flight time for pilots, they can still handle the situation in a professional manner. The late cancellation resulted in angry passengers that required police intervention in the airport. It also occurred so late and included other delta flights that after trying 15 different hotels, we were unable to secure a hotel room, they were all booked. No rental cars were available in the area either. We ended up staying in the airport with the 5 children. We made it home after 54 hours of travel with maybe 2 hours of sleep. Our luggage was lost and had to be claimed at the airport at our final destination. This was the worst trip I have ever taken and the worst airport I have ever spent time in. I met two individuals in the airport that were kind and helpful; Tonya Maingot Williams from the can we hel desk that worked to help get us rebooked and home, as well as provide us with care bags for our extended stay in the airport. The other individual was Danielle from Buffalo Wild Wings that was so very kind when we found a place to take our family we were traveling with to eat, all 11 of us and we were able to sit down together to enjoy a meal during such a stressful time.

My flight home from Knoxville, TN, included a layover in Atlanta. I boarded the aircraft in Zone 5 and although there was limited overhead space, I was able to put my 'backpack' style roller-bag above my seat. Unfortunately, due to continued bad weather, we had to deplane. There were many people who would have missed their connection, so they rebooked. When we were re-boarding, the gate agent welcomed zone 5 and then made an announcement: All roller-bags for zone 5 passengers and higher will need to be gate checked. I promptly pushed the telescoping handle in and held my bag like a backpack. I was able to bring it on board, which was a relief. Upon entering the aircraft it became apparent that there was easily 40% open overhead space. There were audible signs of angry passengers who felt duped into checking their bags when in fact there were noticeably LESS passengers on the aircraft and TONS of overhead space. I'm not sure what kinds of parameters are used to determine when to cut off roller-bags from being brought on board, but it seemed deceptive and underhanded to have so many people get stuck checking their bags when clearly there was ample room for at least one more zone.

No Internet, no backseat screen, no nothing. I bought a Delta ticket and ended up on American Airlines. How did that happen?

Flight was 2 hr. delay, making me miss my connection to my final flight home to Roanoke. Now 12:38am in the morning and I just got the first available ticket at 5:30 pm tomorrow evening. Sleeping in the airport.

I am a die hard Delta flyer, but they missed it on this flight. It was on their very dated 717-200 aircraft, which I knew when I booked it so I knew it wouldn’t have seatback screens. However, the internet was awful and it wouldn’t even send texts a lot of the time, much less even connect to the delta app. It was also very hot while in the air, which never happens. What was even more disappointing is that the crew only gave me cheezits and a beverage, even though I was in Delta Comfort. The main cabin fare gets these items. I didn’t get any kind of improved snacks and that was unacceptable. The crew wasn’t very visible at all either. If this was my first delta flight, it would be my last. I am just going to assume it was a one-off flight.

MSY had lots of coffee/breakfast options for morning flights. Bathrooms were clean. Lots of filling stations for water bottles. Delta flight was on time. The plane was clean. The staff was friendly and efficient.

London to Atlanta was good. Atlanta to Phoenix was not. Poor boarding as I had to check my rollerboard even though there was plenty of room in the bins. Crew seemed inexperienced. Sat just off the gate for nearly 30 minutes with no explanation from the pilot while the cabin got hot. I typically have a much better experience with Delta.

I had only one problem. The temperature on the flight was too COLD. I froze throughout the flight. I thought it might be only my problem but when I went to the restroom during the flight, I saw several people huddling in their jackets. A couple had their winter coats on and I was jealous since I had only a very light jacket.

Amazing airline accommodations. The cabins were so great. The food was very good and the flight attendants were so nice. Made a 15 hour flight seem easy.

Very difficult to check in and almost missed flight. No room in seats and had a middle seat. I tried to create an account and check in before to change seat and unable to. I do not understand why I wasn’t on a Qatar flight from on Bengalore to Doha when they left at the same time. Disappointed in the Kayak booking process.

Overall the experience was neat with crew being nice and caring especially to parent with kids. The free snacks option was okay. The kiosk at Philly airport didn’t work.

Indigo airlines is terrible. Staff is awful and so disorganized. They are so rude and unhelpful. I will never travel on Indigo airlines again!!!!!

Terrible airlines - suffered entire flight due to food poisoning from stale food

In spite of placing requests for vegetarian food, I didn’t get it because they ran out of stock. According to crew, only fixed number of vegetarian orders will be carried. Typically, they should have checked and served those who had specifically requested. I was one of those to get the food last.

I liked the food and services provided. I think the seating should be updated cause it’s to congested for economic class.

I moved to H row in the economy class. There was a crew member who's name might be shanya. She was not at all respectful for me. She was arrogant. While I was leaving the plane. The pilots and crew meter were saying Thank you and good bye to the passengers before and after me. And ignored Me.

Limit the number of usage of wine or please arrange our seats. The passenger was drunk on this flight and not on Thiruvananthapuram to Abudhabi.

The seats seemed smaller than other business class offerings. The entertainment menu was limited. Flight crew was good.

It was excellent service in the snow storm gives us hotel and transportation. It will be more better if u can add one more meal because it’s a long flight boring journey. If you give extra meal time passes faster and can enjoy the trip better

Food quality and varites were very minimum. Surprised to have no desserts. Business class tickets should have lounge access and seats selection. They should be allowed to board while people with wheel chair, secial assistance and family with childrem.

Kayak and Aran grant issuing business class tickets without lounge access and sometimes 1 or 2 connections in economy class. It’s very disappointing to find out that after buying the ticket. Never buy tickets on kayak and Aran grant again

Very disappointing #1 - You have to pay extra to use the business lounge, or else you sit in the cold airport for 7 hours and fall sick #2 - Did an awful job with boarding, they turned on the "last call" notice on the monitor made the passengers come running to the gate, once the passengers came close the crew would tell them - hey we are not boarding yet, this included passengers with children also, this was happening all the time, it was pitiful to see #3 - Did not have the courtesy for the passengers in the business class, there is a reasons why people choose business class, because they need to get to work, that means sleep is very important for them, in the business class, the crew members would themselves cause so much noise by closing the door in a loud way, once the crew member does it then the other passengers are also doing it, #4 - the food did not smell good, #5 - The Abu Dhabi airport is small, so not a whole lot to do, especially when the layover is 7+ hours. #6 - Did not provide the slippers with pajamas, #7 - also the pajamas also I had to ask, only after asking it was provided. #8- Asked for an extra pillow because the pillow they provided was not tall enough, the crew member said there was no additional pillow and gave me something like a blanket, I tried my best to use that as a pillow, but my head kept on sliding and that messed up my sleep and did not get deep thorough sleep Overall the airlines did not have an understanding of how to care for the passengers, especially the business class ones. Overall it was a bad experience, I would much rather spend the money with Qatar airways, the experience with Qatar is so much better.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent flight experience on Etihad Airways, which took me from India to NYC via Abu Dhabi. My flight details are as follows: [Flight Number] on [Date]. My overall experience was marred by a series of significant issues that I believe warrant attention and improvement. These issues include: Bad Conditions of Washroom: The state of the washrooms on the flight was far from satisfactory. They were inadequately maintained and lacked the level of cleanliness one would expect during a long-haul journey. Seating Space and Comfort: The seating arrangement left much to be desired. The seats were cramped, uncomfortable, and the legroom was insufficient for such a long flight. The seats did not recline as expected, making the journey quite uncomfortable. Cabin Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the cabin, including seats and tray tables, was not up to par. The lack of cleanliness impacted the overall comfort and satisfaction of passengers. Excessive Noise: The flight was notably noisy, with disturbances and loud noises making it difficult to rest or concentrate. The noise levels were considerably disruptive. Food and Catering: The quality and variety of meals served on the flight left much to be desired. Furthermore, there were issues with accommodating dietary restrictions, which is crucial for passenger satisfaction. Hygiene and Sanitary Facilities: The condition of the restrooms was subpar, and essential hygiene supplies were not adequately provided. This falls short of expectations for a long-haul journey. Overall Experience: Regrettably, the combination of these issues significantly affected my overall experience during this long flight, making it far from the comfortable and enjoyable journey I had anticipated. I understand that maintaining high standards on long-haul flights can be challenging, but I believe it's vital to bring these concerns to your attention in the hope that they can be addressed and improved upon in the future. As a loyal Etihad Airways customer, I had higher expectations for my journey. They did not serve my special meal request after departure of airplane

Lufthansa was horrible for disabled folks. My wife had hell of a time making it to the flight in Frankfurt. The airlines is not at all caring to the disabled. If that were in USA I would have sued the airline for not meeting the disability Act clause. No way we are going to go in Lufthansa again. Hari S Doss

Not good due to rebooking automatically to a connection flight having very long duration due to 1st flight delays. Also seat booking originally paid by us and while rebooking time every family member was given different seats.

very small seats screen did not work . I could not watch anything for 9 hours

Mechanical problems had to be fixed after all the passengers were boarded, and kept on the plane for over close to two hours with no air conditioning. Did not have enough snacks for everyone to distribute. Also, the movie screen did not work and no-one seem to be interested in helping us fix the problem. And the last, two people from our family got severe food poisoning. Arrived Atlanta 4 hours later than estimated 2:35 pm landing time. Deeply disappointed in Lufthansa, since it has been one of our preferable air companies to fly with.

The connection at Frankfurt was chaotic and nearly missed the flight to Atlanta. They made was wait for busses to transfer and it took ages

I travel extensively internationally. I only bought this ticket because it was much cheaper than my usual airlines. I had sworn off Lufthansa from past experiences of tiny seat space, mediocre food and entertainment and unconcerned airline stewardesses. I was pleasantly surprised on this flight! My seat space was bigger than I remembered. The plane was new! The stewardesses were great and the food much better. Movie selection wasn't as good as Delta/Air France but good enough. I would now choose Lufthansa again in my top tier of flight choices.

Delay delay delay, they don’t even bother to alert their star alliance partners to wait for 15 minutes

Not good because in this cancelled and then rebooked flight BA put me and my husband in both middle seats when we were originally seated together in original flight and i was in aisle. ok. It's a short flight and it was delayed, hence the ok rating.

Wonderful. It seemed so quick and the view of Mt Hood was really good.

Cheap Flight Fares would not provide booking info. I canceled the reservation and we arbitrated with American Express. They provided erroneous info to Amex and it was determined that C.F.F. deserved the price of the ticket. Worse experience I've ever had.

The internet was working on both sectors of the flight so hard to take the flight if you are on business.

I have to depend on wheelchair and that experience was bad. At Heathrow as well as Atlanta. They said we will have to wait till last passenger since there are twelve of you. If they knew why couldn’t they make proper arrangement? Even at the baggage counter we were dropped saying someone will come and couple of us waited almost half an hour again. Felt so sad and helpless.
