Cons: Expensive parking.

Cons: 4 large men given a king bed and a roll away .... We didn't fit in beds comfortably, one ended up sleeping on the floor. Valet parking took a long time and left all 4 windows down in my car.

Cons: The toilet in our room wasn't flushing properly. Luckily, the staff gave us another room almost immediately. The steam room in the men's locker room was out of service for repairs. Hopefully, that will get repaired soon.

Cons: Lose the revolving door entrance, please.

Cons: Concierge not very helpful. Asked twice for recommendations on transportation and wanted to push private car which was theost expensive option vs any other public transportation which we opted for.

Cons: Air conditioning was bad, after repair it was barely adecuate

Cons: Dust covered the room and the toilet had cardboard trash in it upon arrival. Staff took care of the problem after being notified. The cost for parking at $45.00 a night was ridiculous.

Cons: Room was dated, furniture banged up, sheets had stains, mattress was a bit springy

Cons: They ran out of cucumber water, but we did drink a lot of it.

Cons: General lack of service-orientation among staff (many were impolite or at least brusque - not the kind of attitude you get at luxury hotels) Everything (except room service) closes early Valet takes forever to drop car and get it out - very poorly managed Not a lot of services available

Cons: Cost of parking. $38 a night, plus 20% tax, plus $12 if you have a "oversized" vehicle

Cons: I think they should have better pictures of the corner suite on there website, because there suite was better then the pictures shown.

Cons: I left an expensive piece of technology in the room and when I returned a couple hours later, the staff said they didn't find it.

Cons: Only half of a shower door with no curtain so the shower head sprayed water all over the floor. Alice in Wonderland theme was a little much.

Cons: • Room was dusty. • Bathroom shower had no door, and so the floor and bathroom door always got wet. • First room was large but was for a disabled person. WHen we changed the room, we were given a comparatively very small room. When we asked if we could get a larger room, we were told that there were none except the rooms for disabled persons.

Cons: Nearly ruin my shirt with a rusty iron.

Cons: No bathtub in room - despite beautiful picture. This is the 3rd or 4th Kimpton Hotel I've stayed in but the least intimate. Hotel was a little busy and staff could be a bit warmer and more helpful.

Cons: These days every hotel should have free wifi, $12.99 a day is not acceptable when you can go to a budget hotel and get it for free

Cons: The bed was not as comfortable. We usually have a king size bed but opted to 2 queen size and I would prob not do that again.

Cons: The views are hit or miss, but such is an unavoidable trade off in almost all urban hotel and bright, colorful, playfully ornate decor go a long way to offset this.

Cons: Our first room was noisy the shower didn't get hot and the valet was an hour wait to get your car

Cons: I receive a monthly check from the VA for a service connected disability -- my ONE night stay cost more than that entire check! And for what? I received no continental breakfast; parking is $50 a NIGHT; and my room with a king-sized bed was tiny. No idea if internet was included, as I was not given a password. I wanted to sit in my room and prepare for a speech I had to give, but, my absurdly expensive room did not come with a chair besides an ergonomically nightmarish desk chair. I had a ton of clothes because I was there for a three day wedding, so my hands were full. I received no bell-service, carried all my stuff to my room, and the keys didn't work; so I had to lug everything back to the front desk. Had to iron shirts for the wedding, the ironing board looked like it was bought from a yard sale. For the cost of this room, I expect quality amenities. Also, the bouncer for the rooftop bar, who looked a like a teenager, watched one of the wedding guests get assaulted, laughed, and did nothing. Honestly, we should've called the police. Posh and ostentatious, with little reward. Go somewhere else.

Cons: Smaller elevators but it was doable...we just have 2 kids and a huge stroller ;)

Cons: Bed was not very comfortable (for me, the BF loved it), the outlets stopped working in the bathroom in the middle of my blow out & could not be fixed, the internet did not work the day we checked in. Also...there is not much follow-through from the staff; we had requested a later check-out that they never acknowledged until we were physically there and brought it up ourselves again during check-in. We asked for a room away from the elevator bank, but were put in one directly next to it. Tried to order room service & the person on the phone said they would have to call back to 'confirm the order' but never called back..the food appeared 20 minutes later, cold. Negatives aren't the end of the world, but there are definitely some things we weren't thrilled with. But the staff, including the valet, were lovely & very friendly.

Cons: Beds were very firm- uncomfortable, but maybe suitable for others. Rooms are small. You can hear all noise- doors shutting in hall, elevators, guest conversations. Online photos made it look much more luxurious than it actually is.

Cons: High price but worth it.

Cons: Construction at an adjacent building seemed to go on all night long. Unable to have any silence or sleep. And then there was a taxi "horn-honking" demonstration in opposition to Uber. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Cons: Valet parking short staffed, chaotic, disorganized, long waits, long car line when we arrived. Decor and ambience not my taste. Lobby is not inviting or calm. Room was hot but with a terrible cold draft near window.

Cons: Two things. Our room was between two college kid rooms with multiple tennants. They were polite but busy Other was we went to happy hour and the price was not honored

Cons: Rooms not quietly. Could hear all traffic from the street and noise from other rooms and I was on the 9th floor. Would like to see Sonesta to replace those thin windows with something better.

Cons: The elevator was way to slow. We waited 10 minutes for the elevator at 5 in the morning and almost missed our Uber reservation.

Cons: Lots of construction. Our recently renovated room was dingy in the bathroom already. Elevators taped up and walls exposed in the public areas (like hallways).

Cons: The room was a tad too small for me.

Cons: The Art Bar left a lot to be desired. Poor food and service.

Cons: The pool was not very clean (passable) and people had to ask several times for towels. The pool area can be a great place - just add some plants, get rid of ugly fence, put a bar there....

Cons: Room is describe with "city view", only view is an office building across our room. No full service restaurant in the hotel but walking distance to everything.

Cons: It was very noisy. Kids screaming and running down the hall all day/night. Not the hotels fault, but did put a damper on the trip. Also, the room service food was awful. Poor quality and flavor.
