Cons: Horrible experience room was not as advertised, instead of 2 rooms for 3 it was 1 room and a cot in the dining room, had to share space with stranger, when I cancelled they kept 70% of my money, I will never book with kayak again

Cons: Parking was a bit tricky. Except for the weekend, you have to find a place to park your car somewhere. There is no parking around, only public parking along the streets. I arrived during the day and planned to use public transportation to get to the downtown, but unfortunately, I had to drive by car since there were no empty lots to leave it near the facility.

Cons: We were expecting more like a B&B feeling but instead with got an empty apartment. However, we were not given this info and we got several knocks on the door from random people.

Cons: Didnt realize it was a shared room. Me and my friend had to sleep on the floor. There was a guy and his family sleeping there too. I ended up leaving at 4 in the morning & had a 10 minute walk in the cold.

Cons: I paid for two private rooms with individual entrances and showers.We got one Appartment with two bedrooms one Queen size bed and the other twin size bed which it was a day bed with a pop up unit, The thermostat control it didn’t even turned on and the temperature at 23 degrees.My nose is running still, We felt like we was in Alaska.The free parking is at the street with regulations. Nobody present to assist you in case of anything.

Cons: My mum left her wallet in the safety deposit box and only remembered this at the airport. She called the hotel who located it and provided them a mailing address to mail the wallet to. I finally received the wallet after 2 weeks. However, her new Prada wallet and a few hundred USD which was in the wallet was not returned. I have never encountered such dishonest behavior in hospitality staff who blinded stole up to 1K USD (including the wallet) from a guest. I am shocked that such behavior exists from a Double Tree by HIlton Hotel. While trying to find out what happened to the wallet, I also tried calling the hotel several times and also faced issues. First, they make you listen for up to 1 min of information before you can speak to a front desk staff. Second, front desk kept directing me to housekeeping, who was never available to answer the phone. Subsequently it turned out that it was front desk who mailed out the wallet. Please avoid this hotel to save you from any headaches.

Cons: Our room had the same sheet every day with a cigarette hole in it until we threw it on the floor so they could change it the staff is rude the halls were filled with snow we waited over an in the blistering cold cause the hotel couldn’t find the drivers for the shuttle

Cons: A little too far from the airport but they have a free shuttle. Now the PROBLEM with the shuttle is that it takes its TIME to arrive. They said half an hour and it arrived an hour and a half after first called. So if you're in a hurry, don't trust the shuttle.
