Pros: The view hands down. The size of the room was way overboard for two us but we enjoyed the room to spread out.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Elegant and first class
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Great location on Boston Harbor. Get a room with a harbor view and you can also see the airplanes take off and land at Logan Airport - fun to watch.
Cons: Food not that good. Afternoon Tea was disappointing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location and atmosphere
Cons: Received a queen size not the king and there were issues with the minibar
Excellent 9.3
Pros: This was a great place
Cons: Nothing bad to say here
Good 7.3
Pros: spa , pool . close to gardens .with transportation. good food at a fair price $44.00 parking was a one time fee which is fair.will promote and stay again
Cons: everthing was great!
Good 7.7
Pros: View of the sea & quality service
Cons: Breakfast not included in price. Overall cost too expensive (bed+breakfast+taxes)= more than 400 euros per night)
Okay 5.3
Pros: The hotel is but not more than that !
Good 6.3
Cons: breakfast at this hotel is below hotel standards!!!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellant facility, perfect location, easy walk to Little Italy and other shopping, Fennial Hall.
Cons: NO
Good 7.6
Pros: A fabulous location, with great views of the Harbour, made the start of our New England trip something to remember
Cons: $review.cons
Good 7.0
Pros: Wonderful location with a world class view of the Boston Harbor, the airport across the bay and the flashing lighthouse at the mouth of the Atlantic beyond. Very good downstairs staff, lovely restaurant and bar, and spectacular if you like boats, the water, watching the weather and walking to the aquarium, etc. Easy to get to by water taxi from the airport -- an adventure.
Cons: The sheet on the bed had what was certainly a fresh red blood drop on it -- like someone had cut them selves and didn't know while making the bed -- when we finally came in late the first night. The staff took care of this and the room was very clean after that.
Good 7.6
Pros: The staff could not have been nicer in particular the Concierge Desk
Cons: It was expensive but because it was a conference we stayed there
Good 7.0
Pros: The Meritage Restaurant was outstanding. Our view was magnificent and the staff was very attentive, they seem to like what they are doing.
Cons: The maid service was a bit inconsistent.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: A tad expensive, but beautiful for that special treat. Location, quality, services, staff friendliness, all 10/10.

Good 7.1
Cons: The pool was closed for renovations and we were not informed in advance. Had we known, we would have booked our stay at another hotel for our getaway
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Staff was just very friendly and made us feel welcome. Location was very nice on the waterfront, many things to do walking distance.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Seaport Boston Hotel seems to have been recently upgraded, as the rooms are quite modern, comfortable and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the bedside buttons to set the door to privacy, and turn off the lights. I was also impressed by the hotel's environmental focus. There were two bins in the room--one for trash and the other for recycling. The customer service was great and I also liked that tipping is not allowed. Gratuity is automatically included in the restaurant (just 18%) and the doormen do not accept tips for helping with bags. I also used the business center and was surprised to find that use of the scanner, copier and printers was free. I was able to print documents for a presentation for free. I had a great experience as this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
Cons: I don't have any criticisms of this hotel!
Excellent 8.0
Cons: No heat
Excellent 10.0
Pros: "Full-service", with convenient tip-inclusive billing. This eases a minor business travel headache. Great location and facility.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was convenient to what we wanted to do
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We unexpectedly needed a hotel for one night in Boston. Went to Kayak for a solution and ended up in this luxury hotel for a very reasonable price right in downtown Boston just across the street from the Flower Show which was right where we wanted to go!
Excellent 8.8
Cons: I thought the rooms were small especially for a family of four.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great stay. Had an event at Seaport World Trade Center. Would stay again
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Newly renovated ... fantastic bathroom and shower
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The location was good to see Boston & get to our cruise.
Cons: Wedding music was loud & heard on the 6th floor. You should have better toilet paper & kleenex.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Everything was perfect! Great service, brunch was delicious! Gym was Great too.
Cons: We had three friends stay in two double beds. When I booked it I couldn't find 2 queen beds. Two doubles were a little small, but they were comfortable.
Good 7.3
Pros: Room was extremely clean, all amenities included, very good room service. Our bedroom was a regular one; however, had a great view, and we could have breakfast watching the harbor. Gorgeous restaurant and bar!
Cons: I would have mostly appreciated if it had a complimentary breakfast included, at least a Starbucks like voucher. And the parking garage is $35 a day, no special fee for staying at the hotel.
Okay 4.0
Cons: The location - over 30min walk to downtown / complicated underground connections
Good 6.3
Pros: Overall good, it was a good choice. All hotels are expensive in Boston. Hotel is not recente but it is well kepted and clean and confort. we've eat at the bar open day-time for half the price of the hotel breakfast (18usd). I did have a light dinner at the hotel pub (if I can call it) and it was ok. T underground station just across the street takes you either to downtown or airport and it's a short walt to downtown (15-30m or so). no tips at any time it's an hotel rule.
Cons: for each night I've payed 4 local/hotel taxes !!!??? my total booking was 976usd an end paying almost 1100usd... taxes taxes taxes and taxes
Good 7.7
Pros: Very close to the T stop so easy to get to places. Room was very comfortable and clean.
Cons: Overall staff was very friendly and helpful, except for the waitresses at the Tamo restaurant. They were rude and condescending..probably because tip is automatically included in the bill.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: A beautiful hotel in an excellent location, we had lovely views of Boston from our room, can't fault the hotel at all
Good 7.6
Pros: ease of access to conference centre , airport , city unobtrusive service
Cons: $review.cons
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Close to airport, close to downtown. Nice view, friendly staff, large room.
Cons: Dining might be a bit weak.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Seaport Hotel. I was attending a conference at the convention center so the location was perfect. We did find the noise level from the surrounding rooms a little loud at times but the room itself was very clean and appointed with many nice ammenities. We had trouble with the coffee pot and someone was there very quickly to remedy the problem. We requested a late check-out and the staff was very accommodating. We would definately stay here again.

Pros: Close to the Garden and the North End. New, clean, and everyone was friendly. Fitness center was well equipped, not crowded on a Sunday morning..
Cons: We were on the Zakim bridge side and could hear traffic below, but it wasn't too bad. We were on the 9th floor, and it might be louder on lower floors. Starbucks in the lobby for breakfast was OK, not great.

Cons: Not having free parking

Excellent 9.7
Cons: Menu options and Room Service could be better (and available 24/7), instead of limited until 11 pm
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel location and convenience
Cons: location
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Convenient, clean, very nice, sleek, efficient
Cons: Tight rooms for two travelers with large bags
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Room had a strange layout, was very dark. Only had 1 window to an inner courtyard, very dark.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is super clean with without a doubt the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced.it is almost on the freedom trail and so close to the common it is in easy walk of Quincey market and both cheers pubs and all tourist stops are easily assessable by one of the tour bus at bottom of market .worth every penny
Cons: Ok to be picky no restaurant mostly coffee shops and food concession s but this encourages you to go further and Boston is easy to get about .ok bar is limited but what they do offer in very good but it's no pub .old fashioned. is outstanding but only few bottled beers no draft
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Location, Location, Location 2 min from Boston Common, in the center of the theater district
Cons: Offsite Valet Parking was $52 per day, raising the effective room rate cost by that amount. Bed was too soft to be comfortable for my taste. No onsite restaurant
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Great location, central to most attractions. Very polite and helpful staff
Cons: Ice machine was broken, but these things happen.
Good 7.4
Pros: The Godfrey is very Modern, ideally located and the staff is super friendly. ( Except for the manager on duty when I checked in.)
Cons: Booked a two bedroom with a third party site, didn't have that option so I called up the hotel to see if there was an option. Was told to just mark in underspecial request and they would have it for me. When I checked in was given a small King size room and says that's what we booked. Told the manager who talked to us what happened and she says we never made the request. I pulled up the reservation on myphone and showed her the request, then she says its first come first serve basis. Only room left for the night was a $80 upgrade was a four class upgrade to a suite which was much bigger and had two TVs, so I took it, had no other option. Walked into the room and if that was a four class upgrade I would hate to see a regular room. Room was very small, only one TV. Don't get me wrong, hotel was very nice. Big screen TV,nice showers and towels, but felt very very very cheated. Along with the $52 for parking it was like spending $600 a night for a small room.......Really??
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Great ,location, layout, quality, and service. Our second stay here and we remain fans of this newer downtown hotel. Comfortable beds, quality fixture, terrific, huge Tv, fast wifi. Haven't tried the food. The bar was nice.
Cons: Jeez, the standard rooms are tiny with hard to access closet and no side table on one side of the bed. We were offered a larger room for another $40 and should have taken it!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful room with an awesome mattress! Fancy hotel right in the heart of downtown. Definitely recommend.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Chic hotel with very comfortable rooms and excellent customer service.
Cons: It's hard to think of anything we didn't like
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Tasteful and modern décor, beautiful details, friendly staff, comfortable beds, location, complimentary bottles of water
Cons: TV program transmission quality was spotty. Glass shower screen led to wet bathroom floor and soaking bath mats after every shower. Ice machine hard to locate and not on every floor.

Excellent 9.4
Pros: Unfortunately we could only spend enough time to sleep and get ready to go again. Very comfortable, beautiful tv, and shower was top rated. Lovely hotel, clean & well kept. Breakfast was amazing and presented beautifully.
Cons: Parking fee of $25 unexpected--which was probably my fault for not researching.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel and staff were great, very quick with following up the couple times we called down to the front desk. Area is quiet, very close to convention center. Room was spacious, easily accommodated the three of us. Easy walking access to wherever you could want to go.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The layout of the room was great and spacious. Having a full kitchen was cool, though we never used it. Having the pull out sleeper sofa was useful and comfortable. Also the tvs in the room were newer and had good picture and sound. The shower was nice and hot.
Cons: There are these little square seats that have castor wheels on the bottom for easy movement, but the wheels were broken off on a couple of them. While the water was hot the water pressure was lackluster. Lastly the switches to control the lights seemed to be wired incorrectly, we plaued with the switches and they seemed to control nothing or something across the room that didn't really make sense.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Nice location, comfy rooms, friendly staff. Easy to get into Boston downtown.
Cons: Parking situation was slightly difficult but the staff helped nicely.

Excellent 9.6
Pros: Staff very helpful
Cons: Considering the cost of the 3 rooms (we had a family group of 9), I would expect a complimentary abbreviated breakfast offering. I walked down the street for coffee.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Ease of Everything. Literally the easiest most helpful check-in experience of my entire life. I've experienced enough VIP check-ins in many places. And this was a bind best price for value internet purchase. I'd never stay anywhere else.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was a much nicer hotel than I expected for the money I paid. We were traveling with two children and had no problems. Everyone, especially the concierge was friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Quincy Market and the Aquarium. The Italian North end is just a little further. Great overall experience.
Cons: The only downside was the parking at the hotel was extremely expensive and was valet only. I'm sure there were other less expensive options nearby, but we didn't want the hassle of driving around the city with two crabby kids in the car.
Good 7.4
Pros: Club lounge and room were great
Cons: Outdated hotel for these prices.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Bed was very comfortable. They allow dogs. Right on the water. Beautiful view.
Cons: The parking situation. For the cost of the hotel the parking should be majorly discounted if not free.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location! We were able to walk to many local attractions and restaurants. The hotel room and bathroom were quite spacious. We had 4 adults in one room since one of our sons lives in the building next door. We figured we would be at his apartment most of the time and wanted to save on rooms. There was plenty of room to move around even with all the luggage. The queen size beds were much appreciated by all and the large bathroom with separate tub and shower never felt crowded. We loved the back lawn area overlooking the water. We sat out there and had cocktails and played a game of corn hole/bags with our sons.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and the beds fabulous. The best part of our amazing stay was the service. Jerry at the front desk and Steve, the concierge, went above and beyond to treat me, my daughter and two grandsons to a memorable introduction to Boston including sightseeing, public transportation, wonderful restaurants. I have visited world class hotels all my life and never experienced this level of caring and guidance. Bravo!!!
Cons: The price!!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The customer service was outstanding! So professional and attentive. Can't wait to go back!
Cons: I can't say anything but great things .
Excellent 8.0
Pros: the rooms size and style
Good 7.7
Pros: Good upmarket hotel at reasonable price with helpful & friendly staff
Good 6.0
Pros: The best part was necessarily the SPA, gym and swimming pool which can make a major diffrence in any hotel stay.
Cons: The staff manning the cafe and restaurants clealry requires more experinence and effectiveness.

Excellent 8.8
Pros: Amazing breakfast Front desk staff provided us with a voucher due to a delay in our room being ready Very nice concierge and front desk staff
Cons: Our room was not ready in time, and they were (I think) short a duvet when they were preparing it, so they put two flat sheets on the comforter instead of a duvet. This was a minor annoyance.
Good 7.7
Pros: Great staff, views, nice amenities. Nice alternative to downtown and Back Bay hotels.
Cons: Cabs to/from Back Bay, etc. can get pricey.
Good 6.2
Pros: Rooms were modern and clean. Views were great.
Cons: Parking situation was horrible. The cost was extremely high, and the process to get in and out of the parking lot was inefficient.
Okay 4.2
Pros: The location.
Cons: No microwave. No fridge. Peeling paint in bathroom. Wet carpet outside the bathroom causing an offensive aroma. Thankfully, it was a short trip. No redeeming value except its location.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: The room and service were good in general.
Cons: No working desk was placed in room (the TV table has a surface and a chair but it is not comfortable to use as a working desk). Not enough outlets of electricity and USB were available to connect all of our phones, tablets and computers. The room is a bit overpriced for what it is. Place more vending and ice machines in every floor.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Extremely convenient to the airport and great shuttle service. Room was very clean and comfortable
Cons: Being extremely convenient to the airport, it was a hassle to get into town to do anything or eat anywhere other than the hotel.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Excellent location for airport, lovely staff, Wonderful room.
Cons: The price
Excellent 8.8
Pros: location close to airport and good view of harbor. Staff.
Cons: Anything other than sleeping and Wifi is expensive: Breakfast $25/person, parking $44/night. Room rate was fine, extra costs painful. Would not stay again, unless extra costs lowered.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: If you want to be close to the airport and not break the bank, this is the place to stay. There's a free shuttle that runs rather frequently. The front desk staff was very friendly and informative. The room is a bit outdated, especially the bathroom, but for the price it's what I expected. I would definitely stay here again.
Good 7.4
Pros: Outstanding views of Boston.
Cons: Very pricey. Clock could not be reset and almost made me late for a meeting. TV channels kept losing signal.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice and convenient place for an overnight layover. Easy access to the airport on the hotel shuttle.
Mediocre 2.8
Pros: clean hotel
Cons: Awful service. We were charged twice for one room and we are still waiting for the hotel to do something. Afyer they lasted about half an hour trying to find our reservation, they made a new one and charged twice after we stayed for only one night.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location across from Faneuil Hall, just a couple of blocks from the water front, the North End and a T stop. I like the excellent morning coffee available for free in the lobby. The Keurig machine and K-cups in the room. The free daily newspapers in the lobby from four major newspapers. I liked the free late afternoon leomanade in the lobby. The restaurant has some excellent deals buck a shuck oysters from 4:30-:6:30 everyday. The $20 New England Lobster Meal that included; Corn on the cob, seafood chowder, a lobster and more. The restaurant had el fresco dining as well as a wall of windows on North Street right across from Faneuil Hall. The lobby was beautiful and very inviting. They even had a game section on the bookshelves for kids and families. The portico was very unique and mostly sheltered. The staff was very polite and helpful. The view from the rooms with the little balconies was a beautiful touch. The wall of windows in your room was wonderful. The late check out noon, the fact that they would store your bags in a locked room with a video monitor and would tagbyour bags they were holding like you were boarding a plane.
Cons: Just a couple small things would be nice: more towel racks to hang towels in the bathroom and a refrigerator other than a completely full mini bar refrigerator with items for sale.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Regulars at their restaurant, our first stay was all we needed. Handsome, friendly, warm lobby area; helpful, attentive staff. The in-hotel restaurant is actually very good -- and has a great bar area. The staff that delivers items to rooms are very friendly, speedy folk.
Cons: Hotel is under renovation in part, so there are inconveniences until completion early next spring. When we were there, some desk staff are "in training" and not exactly use to speaking in English (!). The door-staff/valets are very helpful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great place to stay, super location, onsite restaurant was fabulous! We would definitely stay there again!
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Convenience was superb.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Stayed here twice. Both for location. Room rates are pricey but you are in the midst of downtown Boston. The in-house restaurant was serving a $20 lobster dinner special which was fantastic. Valet parking is easy and staff is very courteous. There is an extra charge for valet at $49. Again very pricey but if you are staying for a few days it evens out. The room was a standard king that was comfortable, clean and spacious enough for two. We were provided a mini fridg gratis. The usual outrageously overpriced mini bar is present along with bottled water priced at the level of alcohol. Several newspapers are available free.
Cons: Apparently the hotel is undergoing updates to its TV and wifi system. That's not a problem but there was no information provided at check in that it was happening. That is a problem. The TV acted up at start up and the wifi was cantankerous. Booting you off and causing you to sign in again and again. Quite slow also.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Everything! Walking distance to everything. Clean comfortable friendly. What more can you ask for?
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Loved the location, the amenities and the service. We've already booked our stay for next year!
Cons: difficult to adjust the temp in the room - trying to cool the room meant the AC was on full blast.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: staff was terrific and service oriented.
Cons: price for valet parking was steep.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent location to view all of Boston by foot. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our suite with a fireplace and balcony was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice room, helpful staff, reasonable prices
Cons: Tried to book another night and was told they were completely sold out. Looked on kayak and saw availability...
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location Rooms were nice, beds/pillows comfortable Love the showers! Food was good Staff was very pleasant
Cons: on the 3rd floor we heard EVERYTHING outside! (the club across the street, the trucks back up alarms) The bathroom door was a pocket door and was REALLY hard to close. The toilet was not screwed down all the way which caused it to wobble and make loud noises on the tile floor. We got a 'coupon' for the onsite restaurant. It had no exclusions listed although it is safe to assume alcohol would not be included..but neither were 'specials'...
Good 7.0
Pros: Great location, very comfortable, most staff was very helpful. The best restaraunt we experienced in the downtown area. Their food was fantastic!
Cons: The housekeeping schedule was a bit off - but fine in detail. Also, one of the staff members was not particularly helpful with walking directions.
Good 7.0
Pros: We liked the location - close to the airport, Faneuil Hall and the Financial center and places of interest.
Cons: The breakfast - only one available in the area - was expensive and not good. We were forced to go to one of the closest hotels in order to get a proper buffet breakfast.
Good 6.7
Pros: Gabriel the concierge workers opening doors
Cons: the cover of heating unit fell off and the filter was loaded with dust
Good 7.7
Pros: i loved how it was so close to the fanueil hall and it was an easy walk to most of the places, especially the freedom trail. it was also near the TD garden, so that was pretty awesome
Good 6.3
Pros: The location of the hotel was perfect. No car needed as we were right next to all of the shopping of Fanuiel Hall. Also, the spa was right next door which just what we wanted for a girls weekend away.
Cons: The parking to stay at this hotel was really pricey. So we parked at the T-station which was a lot cheaper, however it meant a short walk to the hotel with all of our luggage
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location was near where I had to do business.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.0
Pros: Location. Comfort. Relaxed atmosphere for a city centre hotel.
Cons: Breakfasts were rather expensive.
Good 6.4
Pros: within walking distance of most everything and the balcony overlooking the area was great
Cons: thought the carpet needed to be cleaned in the room and possibly replaced in the hallways
Good 6.0
Pros: Friendly staff, close to airport, walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and nightclubs in Boston's North End.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.8
Pros: high quality room, comfortable, clean, brilliant location

Pros: hotel and room was very nicely decorated.
Cons: wifi should be included for what a room costs
Good 7.1
Pros: Good location, friendly staff.
Cons: Room was really small. Bathroom was very tight. And the beds were not comfortable at all, which was surprising.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Hotel was nicely decorated in a nautical theme......a mix of modern and whimsical tht worked well, particularly in this location. Housekeeping staff and room service.......5 stars. The only problem we encountered occurred at check in......which was close to 3:00am. After flying all day we finally arrived,in the pouring rain. the parking attendant was so engrossed in watching a movie on his phone tht another employee had to bang on the glass......then actually open the door and tap him on the shoulder to get his attention. unlike other better hotels, he did not hold the door....or help us wth luggage and packages. We were exhausted. Unfortunately, his command of the language was almost nil. I spelled my last name (happens to b a common name) but he could not understand wht I was saying. He asked me to fill out my name info......next, they did not have the type of room we were promised. Again, communication was a HUGE problem.......at 3:00am !!! my daughter kept saying ........sofa bed........and King bed. The desk clerk kept saying no......no......no. I asked for the manager. They said.......no manager.......no supervisor. Finally, after much.....way too much conversation.......they gave us the room we were promised. an hour later, another desk clerk apologized for the mix up and offered us free wifi . From there on everything was good with a very few glitches.
Cons: Concierge not helpful. A few staff absolutely cannot communicate with virtually no command of the language. Bellmen were NOT helpful other than to get our car. They don't open doors.......don't help if you have packages........concierge also not real helpful. Gave us misinformation re trolley tours......not particularly friendly or helpful. Cleanliness, pleasant decor, overall good service and better prices......all good reasons to return. Housekeeping staff.......5 Stars!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent staff, a very comfortable room, and convenient to my conference at the Boston Seaport. The facility is very, very clean and modern. The bar was nice with a fireplace. Starbucks in the lobby is a plus.
Cons: The valet parking was quite expensive. Luckily, the bellman told me the garage was around the corner, and it saved me $11/day or more.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Great hotel
Cons: Wish a continental breakfast was included in price.
Good 7.4
Pros: Location
Cons: Exercise facilities were packed in mornings and hotel restaurants and bar closed early around 11 pm, even on weekend nights. Having stayed at other hotels in the area I would say the price was a little high for the accomodations but defintely not ridiculous.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was perfect. Great view of the Seaport and water. Neighborhood seemed safe and commercial. The concierge suggested a couple of in-the-know place to see in the area.
Cons: Parking was not included in my nightly rate. Parking around the hotel was somewhat difficult to find; was able to park in the street because of the holiday.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff was very helpful and the room was up to par. I would not hesitate to return.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was on point. The early check in, house keeping, room service and friendly staff made my stay awesome and I will be staying here again most definitely when visiting from L.A.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, spacious rooms and friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Pool was closed but they offered the Seaport across the street.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nicely designed lobby and rooms. Service was great.
Cons: Everything in room item cost extra Cost of parking was high.
Excellent 9.7
Cons: Parking. There was plenty available, however 64 dollars to park overnight is entirely too much.
Good 7.0
Pros: Very clean, modern and spacious. The transit system was convenient as we used the 7 day link pass and boarded ferries, subway, buses and trains to go anywhere we wanted. Free internet in the business office. Meals at J. Pace and son nearby were excellent.
Cons: too much dependence on the subway gave us headaches from the fumes in the tunnels so we tried to walk outside as much as we could. It was a 20minute walk to long wharf, Quincy market. Sometimes had to wait awhile (10 min) for the silver way bus to get us back to the hotel.
Good 7.0
Pros: New Facility, nice workout room and lap pool. Close to Downtown on the T Silver Line.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff was friendly. They helped me navagate the Boston transit systems to sucessfully start my bike tour of New England. I used the mtba T-line and subway. If I had more time I would have enjoyed visiting the area attractions around the hote.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We liked very much the hotel, comfortable beds, great ocean view, perfect staff, resonable price, spa facilities and locataion - close to the airport and to downtown at the same time, cheap transportation from/to the airport and to the city center /only $2 /with Silver Line. When in Boston sure we'll stay at the Renaissance!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was beautiful and the view was great
Cons: That the internet was not free
Good 6.0
Pros: proximity with the congress center + swiming pool
Cons: not vegetarian meal at the restaurant
Good 7.6
Pros: The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean and well appointed. Overall a great place to stay. The hotel restaurant is very good but expensive.
Cons: A hotel in this price class needs to have complimentary internet access. Paying $13+ per night for what most other hotels offer for free is rather ridiculous.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Hotel was new, well kept and had a modern design. Offered a variety of food and beverage options. Far enough from downtown but a short, easy walk if you want to go. Close to the airport allowing you to use the Silver Line instead of a taxi. Nice waterfront location.
Cons: Nope
Good 7.6
Pros: The Renaissance Waterfront Hotel was a perfect spot to enjoy the city for a Memorial Day weekend trip with my fiance. The look was very modern with a classy feel. The staff were very helpful with answering questions pertaining to restaurants, tours and just about anything. Above all they made you feel welcomed.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 7.2
Pros: The staff members were so kind so that I do not need to worry about anything... It was such comfortable feelings at home.
Cons: The room charge was rather expensive.

Pros: The location cannot be beat if you want to be close to Quincy Market/North End/Downtown. Also, all the rooms are suites with a spacious living space. This is also a historic building so be sure to browse the museum quality displays throughout the lobby and hallways. Don't miss the observation deck!!
Cons: Bathroom was tiny - I understand wanting to have access from bed and living rooms but that doesn't really work in a 'smaller than average' hotel bathroom. Take out the big dining table, change to a drop leaf and steal 6 feet to expand the bathroom. Btw, if you are a light sleeper, request a high floor.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was perfect, the staff was great, they had activities for those staying in and the price was high but considering everything that you get I think it's worth it.
Cons: Maybe having a complimentary breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Marriott Custom House during our recent family vacation to Boston. The location is ideal and the villas provided plenty of space for everyone. The observation deck was fun and we went up there several times during our stay. We would definitely return to the Custom House again.

Pros: Friendly Staff I was traveling with my sister (the option above is not available)
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Breakfast was great
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The restaurant's food was really good. We ate both a breakfast and evening meal. Superb! 'The staff at the check in/out desk was superb! We would definitely consider staying there again.
Cons: I can't think of anything that we didn't like.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The hotel is located in my hometown of East Boston.. It's beautiful with a great staff and perfectly located for all my Boston needs.. if they can keep their rates affordable, I will make this place my home when I visit a few times a year.
Cons: N/A
Mediocre 3.7
Cons: Room wa freezing when we arrived; turned up heat but wasn't getting warm so had to jack it up to 73 degrees before it started to feel warm. Forgot to turn it down before going to bed and woke up sweltering. Turned it down but couldn't go back to sleep then. Had to be up at 5 to catch our plane so was relying on the coffee maker in our room but it was broken and I kept having to hold the power button on for it to work. Ran out of time and wound up going downstairs to buy coffee instead. Toilet paper wasn't folded into points in the bathroom so concerned that the cleaning was either overlooked or not done thoroughly. Also, have never stayed at a Hilton that didn't have some sort of breakfast available. Very disappointing.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very convenient access from terminals A and E by foot through covered bridges.
Cons: There was no security in the hotel. The easy access bridge from the airport brought people without control directly into the 2nd floor. There were people that were not guests in the hotel using the meeting area restrooms to wash themselves. Plus elevator access to the room floors was possibly without a room key.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Beautiful hotel, especially that entrance and chandeliers. Modern, fresh, clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Thanks!
Cons: Only disappointment was the lack of Hot tub in the Pool area.

Pros: The staff was amazing. From the bellboy to the reception staff, I found that they were all courteous, friendly and very genuinely helpful. Gaby, over in reception, deserves special praise for going out of her way to help two stranded women who had no food and could not speak English. She ensured that the women were given something to eat, and made sure they were settled into their rooms and were comfortable. I was there at the reception area and I saw all this happen. Amazing staff!
Cons: The room had a whining and loud air conditioner which made grinding noises through out the night. The result was a sleepless night and that was not a good start to a full day of business meetings. This was absolutely ridiculous!
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Easy access to airport and metro. About a 5 minute walk to metro thru a sports complex park. Downtown Boston 2 stops away. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of items.
Cons: Can't find anything to say.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room was clean and breakfast was very good.
Cons: Price was high
Okay 5.7
Pros: location convenient shuttle to/from airport
Cons: roach on bathroom wall
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Nearly everything; Especially the breakfast!
Cons: There was one shuttle driver who got into a shouting/honking match with a person directlng traffic at the airport. Extremely uncalled for and unprofessional. But that was just one driver. Others were fine.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great breakfast and happy hour !
Excellent 8.0
Pros: this hotel is somewhat close to the airport...
Cons: I found the hotel a bit dated and not in line with other Embassy Suites hotels we have stayed at
Good 6.2
Cons: I checked in at 2am and the fire alarm went off on my floor at 5 and lasted until about 6am and I had to leave at 8am. Not much sleep but did move my room after I requested it and discounted my 2nd night
Good 7.7
Pros: Very close to T
Cons: Little decorations. Construction in dining area
Okay 4.2
Pros: Proximity to the airport.
Cons: One shuttle? Really? As expensive as this hotel is and with its position at Logan it should have two shuttles running simultaneously. Beware if you are a business traveler and have an early flight: it could be faster to walk to Terminal A. And don't ask the snarky guy at the front desk where the shuttle is. He'll just shrug his shoulders and offer to call you a cab. Waited 30 mins yesterday and without Sky Priority and PreCheck I would have missed my flight.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Nice and clean, close to the airport, decent connections to downtown (depending on traffic in the tunnel), generally friendly staff, fine pool and fitness center. No airport noise.
Cons: Breakfast fine, better than budget hotels, but a little slacking relative to Embassy Suites standards. Same goes for daily manager receptions. Floor in breakfast room a little sticky from time to time.
Good 7.4
Pros: Like the complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle
Cons: It's a bit overpriced, but hotels in Boston seem to be in general. Also it's not very convenient to the city center. About a 20 minute cab ride.
Good 6.3
Pros: The Hotel was very clean and the service was great!
Cons: Didn't like the $32 for parking. We didn't know about the price of parking until we booked the room :(
Good 7.0
Pros: The room was very comfortable, especially the bed; concierge was very enthusiastic, and could not have been more helpful.
Cons: As an airport hotel, they should have a screen display of current departures - especially helpful for informing guests of flight delays. We found the packed breakfast so-so: only products that were highly-sweetened. Not everyone eats like that.
Good 7.0
Pros: Near convention center and airport. Best price.
Cons: N/A
Good 7.7
Pros: I liked the free shuttle service, great breakfast, clean, spacious & updated rooms.
Cons: Nothing really. The bathroom needed more towel racks because the hotel likes to conserve and gives the option of reusing towels and there weren't really any towel racks, just a hook on the back of the door. Other than that everything was great. I would definitely return.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Lovely spacious room. Very nice sheets. Wonderful Breakfast.
Cons: n/a
Okay 4.7
Pros: The room was very spacious and comfortable. We also like the proximity to the car rental and to the airport (especially the free shuttle service).
Cons: The front desk was not very customer-oriented - your website had my booking under which had my middle initial first, followed by last name and first name. This caused the confusion. They kept telling us that we had no reservation and they turned us away. Its a good thing that just when we were resigned to leave, they saw my name. The TV in our room had no access to movies and the toilet seat had dirt that was not cleaned from the previous occupant.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The suites, breakfast buffet, & it's easy access to Boston by public transportation.
Cons: One of the bathroom door would get stuck but we reported it to the front desk at the end of our stay.
Good 6.6
Pros: Good location for the airport. It's a 3 minute walk to the T station. From there you're in downtown Boston within minutes
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 5.4
Pros: complimentary breakfast and evening snacks
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.4
Pros: I enjoyed the cooked to order omelettes available every morning.
Cons: Cream (half/half) in pitchers was curdled 2 of the 3 mornings at breakfast, and staff ignored us when we told them about it. They opened the caraffe, sniffed it (which tells you nothing), and put it back on the serving area for others to use. A second available caraffe was not curdled. It was clear to see the difference when poured into coffee.

Okay 5.7
Pros: Food and bartender in Publik's was good.
Cons: The TV channels offered should be embarrassing to the Hilton chain. Basic channels and for the ALCS, you do not even carry baseball channels. I stayed here specifically to watch the series and to find that "no, we don't have that, just a few channels" was just aggravating. The front desk also told me you also have no movies in the room, "we have HBO but we can't tell you what is on it" and to have absolutely NO TV program guide, either in the room or at the desk is indefensible. I have had better at Red Roof Inn and Super 8's on the road. I urge others to find another hotel, despite the convenience...which is suspect as well. The shuttle took almost 30 minutes to get to the airport folks, due to traffic.
Good 7.7
Pros: The only hotel that is truly connected to (physically within) Logan Airport. The ability to walk from the hotel directly into Terminal A, which is primarily for Delta (or E, which is for international flights) is exceptional. Less than 10 minutes without having to go outside. Easy access via Uber to excellent local restaurants. Hotel shuttle to the T’s Blue Line for easy subway access into Boston downtown.
Cons: The hotel rooms are getting a bit tired. Attention to detail could be better. We were on Floor 6. Ice machine did not work on Floors 6 or 5. Not inexpensive, but then again that can be said for Boston hotels generally.
Good 7.7
Pros: Accesible from airport terminal and shuttle facilities
Cons: No closet in my bedroom
Good 6.5
Pros: Beds are comfortable. There is a chaise lounge that our 4yo likes to sleep on. They provide a crib.
Cons: The room was dirty. Visible stains on upholstery and carpet. It gets worse every time. Last time there was hair in the shower and on the toilet. Still, the convenience keeps us coming back.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: The people of the Logan Airport Hilton were excellent! The valets were very helpful as were The front desk people. Very clean room which is key!
Cons: Bed wasn’t comfortable and the room service meal was not worth the spend.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was able to check-in online and receive an "electronic key" on my phone, allowing me to completely bypass the front desk. The room was quite clean, and we were able to sleep like a dream on the bed. The major benefit was being able to walk to the terminal, and not wait for a shuttle bus. (My experience with shuttle buses at Logan is horrible!)
Cons: While being able to walk is a major "plus," it is still a bit of a walk, so a moving-walkway would be a big improvement.
Good 7.4
Pros: Great front desk help, convenient right to the airport and great restaurant
Cons: Shower drain was awfully slow it was like taking a shower and bath at the same time
Okay 4.2
Cons: Restaurant and café staff Very long wait for check in at 7 pm
Mediocre 3.4
Pros: No
Cons: Bad service
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Very convenient from terminals A and E via bridge.
Cons: There was no security in the hotel. There were people not staying in the hotel coming into the hotel from the bridge access and cleaning up in the restrooms near the meeting rooms. There was no requirement for access to the room floors with the room key.
Excellent 8.5
Cons: Restaurant awful
Excellent 9.1
Cons: Only had decaf coffee pacs in the room. Bummer.
Good 7.7
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: The charge for: - the internet access, that should be complementary - the breakfast, that was to much - the room rate that is to high
Good 7.3
Pros: very convienent for the airport, we could walk to our terminal when we left. great views over airpot habour and down town
Good 7.0
Pros: Excellent location in the airport - easy access to all the facilities including the T for onward travel into the city.
Cons: Very expensive overall.
Good 7.3
Pros: Location near airport and views over the habour
Cons: Bar/restaurant too noisy, went to town to have dinner
Good 7.3
Pros: Short walk from airport terminal under covered way.
Cons: Expensive for what it is - but I paid it for the convenience of the location
Okay 5.3
Pros: The location adjacent to Logan Airport is the best feature.
Cons: The room was very ordinary and the hotel was overpriced.
Good 6.0
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: Hotel tried to charge 40 dollars more than the booking rate
Okay 5.2
Pros: the best part of our stay was the shuttle to the tstop.
Cons: this is the most noisy hotel we have ever stayed in.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I was allowed to upgrade my room for free
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 4.0
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: The hotel restaurant was one of the worst I have been in. The food was bad, and the service worse. This kind of place does not belong anywhere, especially in an airport hotel where there is no where else to go to eat.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room reservation was awesome to be able to specify floor/view.
Cons: No breakfast included
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The comfort correspondence to a price. Advantage was a shuttle and free WiFi. Easy communications with staff.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: convenient to airport restaurant was good /open reasonable hours shuttle to airport was invaluable / individual who drove was efficient and helpful
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Close to the airport for an early flight. Convenient parking.
Cons: No problems
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, although it would be convenient if the hotel provided more towels, soaps and shampoos. The staff was nice. We only stayed two nights. The hotel is a bit far from the city but near the airport. You need to take a taxi to move around. I recommend Ubers because yellow taxis are more expensive. Way too expensive for what the hotel is, but it was a last resort booking. This is a low four star hotel.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Great friendly staff. For example, they actually gave us milk for our child when our child was crying (most hotels make a fuss about this.) They even had a microwave to heat the milk, which many five star hotels lack!
Good 6.8
Pros: Good location, shuttle from airport, good rooms, good restaurant
Cons: The wireless was SO bad it was completely unusable. Got NO work done. For a hotel that caters to the business traveler, that's a show-stopper.
Good 6.2
Pros: Staff were great, although seemed a little overwhelmed sometimes. shuttle service was great. Rooms were clean. well appointed laundry room. Nice lobby.
Cons: The restaurant is way overpriced and service was soooo slow. Rooms ac system was so noisy it was hard to sleep. Option for coffee outside the morning time did not exist.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: I had and emergency and couldn’t go and they charged me they shouldn’t have charge me I didn’t use it
Good 6.0
Pros: Good and convenient location; Courteous staff.
Cons: No provision for making tea.I Would have preferred a kettle to a coffee percolater in my room
