The car smelled very strongly of marijuana and even after they scent bombed it (which took forever and I was in a rush), it still smelled. They did not have another car for me, so I had to take it.2.0 Mediocre

Reservation made the previous day around midday. I was called en route to picking it up appx. a half hour before my reservation time to be told that it was canceled due to unavailability. I cannot fathom why you would advertise a reservation for a car that you didn't have available, and then cancel it so close to the pick up time.2.0 Mediocre

Pros:
I had the least friendly and least helpful staff I’ve ever had in any car rental experience ever. They refused me a car and then did nothing to help. They essentially locked me out even though I made it on time. I eventually was not able to obtain a car from enterprise. I will never use enterprise again and I have questions about using your app.Cons:
Enterprise did not follow up. They did not offer me a car although I paid for one. They were not able to get me a car at another location and less I was willing to pay over twice as much. They actually lied to me on multiple occasions through the process. Profoundly disappointed.10.0 Excellent

Cons:
The rental was not at the airport. The store they rented it from was 20 minutes away and would close before I could get there. I had to cancel the reservation and take the $50 no refundable hit and then reschedule last minute at higher rates than I would have gotten initially. (The rates were $100 more) so overall I lost $150 dollars trying to save money with Kayak2.0 Mediocre

We were able to get a car. It was a newer year. The trunk size was good.Cons:
The price. We were told that we would get a Toyota Corolla, but we received a Hyundai that didn't have much power, was a little dirty, and really didn't have much of a back seat. The car came with some dents and scratches. Overall, we feel a bit disappointed with Thrifty.2.0 Mediocre

They gave me a car with low tire pressure & they wouldn’t fill it up. The car was dirty and smelled horrible. They put on my rental agreement the gas was full when it was under halfway - I had to go back inside to get them to change it and they gave me attitude. The Dorchester location has the worst staff, they didn’t want to help me and brushed every request I asked for. The cars truck wouldn’t even open without automatically closing.8.0 Excellent

The drop off was very easy and the customer service was easy and proactive!Cons:
I booked a SUV and when I got there they had no car for me! They gave me a much smaller and old car to drive to the airport location to exchange to a SUV. When I got there the agent told me she had to ask the manager first because they don’t do exchanges! However, they did exchange it for me and she told me I had to pay for the gas because the car I returned was empty. They gave me a car with empty gas tank. The communication between the locations has to get better.Dollar

Pros:
Car only had a couple hundred miles on it.Cons:
There were stickers over the trunk and passenger doors saying do not open in different languages. No one removed them and we drove away with a car that looked like it was part of an investigation or something. We arrived at our very affluent friends house and they were appalled. What type of company would allow a customer to drive away like that??? Very disappointing and we may use a different company for all of our travels if something isn't done about this.4.0 Okay

-No signs indicate where the rental pickup location is. Had to ask a concierge in a hotel lobby. -Provided a damaged vehicle and placed blame on me when I returned the vehicle. -The car exterior was quite dirty. I assume it had been sitting in a garage under a dripping stalactite.2.0 Mediocre

The staff in the return station (99 charles st, nyc) is impolite to serve us. Maybe this is becoz we are chinese? I think this is kind of discrimmination. Will never rent a car jn Dollar.5.6 Okay
