The crew were really bad mannered! And spoiled all my mood throughout the flight!

The cabin crew were kind, helpful, and polite. However, my flight from Abu Dhabi to Frankfurt was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight. As a result, my journey was significantly extended, leading to a much longer travel time than originally scheduled.
Maybe some more information as to why the flight got delayed I understand may be tell your customers that missiles were fired at a specific airport wouldn't be reassuring to the customers and would cause mayhem but something like recent events have cause a delay on your flight or smth
They lost the baggage and said it was deleted from the system. I had baggage tag so was able to file the complaint but there was no PIR number and update so far
I booked tickets for a family of five and specifically paid extra to select our seats together. We spent nearly $1,000 extra (around $100 per seat) for extra legroom so we could sit near each other. However, despite paying for this, we ended up being separated on the flight. This caused a major issue for our family because my parents do not speak English and rely on me to translate and assist them during the journey. I do not understand why Etihad changed our reserved seats without explanation. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I expect the airline to do better, and I am requesting a full refund for the seat selection fees we paid.
Limit the number of usage of wine or please arrange our seats. The passenger was drunk on this flight and not on Thiruvananthapuram to Abudhabi.
The seats seemed smaller than other business class offerings. The entertainment menu was limited. Flight crew was good.
It was excellent service in the snow storm gives us hotel and transportation. It will be more better if u can add one more meal because it’s a long flight boring journey. If you give extra meal time passes faster and can enjoy the trip better
Food quality and varites were very minimum. Surprised to have no desserts. Business class tickets should have lounge access and seats selection. They should be allowed to board while people with wheel chair, secial assistance and family with childrem.
I liked that we got to our destination safely. I did not like the “no” amenities. The plane was very cold and a blanket was only offered for sale. In fact the only things you could get were for sale. Food, water, snack, etc. I’m very surprised that they did not charge to use the lavatory. The seats were uncomfortable and did not adjust. My butt literally hurt after just a 4 hour flight. I don’t remember the cost of the flight, but more than $10 was not worth it. I’ll never fly Cebu airlines again. Ever!
Terrible. Not to be trusted. I missed a flight from Manila due to 3+ hours in traffic to the airport. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I booked a new flight. The cost was steep. And on my credit card online account, Cebu Pacific charged me for two tickets, yet I'm traveling alone, one person. They are impossible to reach and pathetic customer service. My credit card company is looking into it. NEVER, NEVER fly Cebu Pacific. They will rip you off. They don't care, they don't have to. Fly another airline in the Philippines.
The seats were dirty. Food on tray table. Late on my first flight and almost an hour early on the return. My driver was unable to adjust and I had to pay for different ground transportation.
Boarding had us in a tunnel with no AC for 15 minutes. Not planned well. And you have to pay for water, get at airport

i liked that the flight crew noticed my discomfort with the small leg space (I'm 6'2") and offered the emergency row. The fight attendants were very friendly, a definite strength with Cebu Pacific. I didn't like the leg space in my original seating.
Cebu Pac has a habit of changing boarding gates. They do a lot of remote boarding. So just be attentive to the announcements, especially if it's near your boarding time.
Please improve on your LIVE customer services. We want a live person to speak too. It was very inconvenient because speaking to a chat person. PLEASE HIRE LIVE PEOPLE FOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES. Thanks
