For the price, I recommend other airlines. Indigo might save a few hundred bucks but the quality of service, food selection, wait time, delays is really bad. This is like the Spirit airlines of India, if you know what I mean.
I was unable to check in online. It said PRN is not correct few times in spite of it being correct. I could not book my seat. I travelled from Mumbai to Chennai & Chennai to tiruchi. I raised my problem to staff in Mumbai and they were not helpful. They kept saying I needed to do it in Chennai. They said they can’t print my boarding pass since it started from Chennai. They could have helped me with online checking. Customer service is very poor and not helpful. They could have done a better job.

Cons: "We flew to India and back from Turkey. Both flights had 2 stops and both times Indigo said we didn’t have a second flight and wouldn’t give us a second boarding pass meaning we had to go out to the check in both times to get our second boarding pass and both times were very problematic. Also we have a 7+ hour international flight on a very small plane with no free food or drinks. Just not a very good flight experience overall."
Cons: "The website does not describe baggage allowance clearly as compared to other airlines. It lists “excess baggage weight” but not the 15kg limit. The choice of 15kg as the limit is a BIG problem for international travelers who may be coming for longer stays. Air India has a much friendlier policy for checked and carryon baggage and I would choose it by far. We were charged for every kilo even though prepay options online were not user friendly. 4 thumbs down, way down."

You get what you pay for. It’s functional and gets you from point A to B in good comfort. However, food options are limited and cash only, Crew is a hit and miss .. they get your attention if you reach out.

They got to the terminal late, with no one on the arriving flight, boarded us late, and left us sitting there for 2 hours before they got us off the ground. They knew they were going to be late, yet they never got an updated flight plan from their head office until long after the flight was supposed to leave. They could have cut the delay in half, of at least let us stay in the terminal. Really just horrible planning.
The worst kind of budget airline. To be honest....the plane was not that bad. Would have been good to have some food choices and some water. What was by far the worse is the passengers/customers that this airline attracts. Coughing and spluttering all over one another with no masks. Just disgusting. Pay for a better carrier and get a better class of passenger.

Now this flight, they didn't activate the entertainment till way later and turned off way too early. They didn't give any earphone as supposed to. Malindo's service has become bad."
Pros: "For the price that we paid, it included 30kg baggage and refreshment (orange juice, water, coffee, a slice of pizza and a muffin) - it was worth it. The legroom is spacious, the seat was comfortable and the cabin crew was awesome. Flight was on time, check in was acceptable (considering people travelling from Bandung has a lot of check in baggage due to shopping)."

I paid an additional fee for specific seats because I was flying with my two children. I even checked in online and confirmed my seats, so at the airport did not think to double check my seats. The lady at the check in desk gave me different seats that were not together, nor did she say anything, even though she could see I was flying with children. Got to the plane and only realized what had happened then. Scoot refused to refund me that extra fee or take responsibility for what had happened.
Extra luggage after you purchase 1 is gonna jacked u up to 800sgd which is so up to the hook... you could buy 3 round trips ticket on that price.. im so disappointed.. im not gonna choose this airline anymore.. horrible experience...

First my initial flight kept being delayed and delayed until it was actually canceled. Then my second leg of my vacation trip, again, delayed and they just had us standing in line waiting to board our flight. Again I give praise to the wonderful crew members for the stellar and comforting service. They truly are the reason I have not given up on AirAsia just yet. Now I do have one leg left, my tip home...I’m hoping that this one will be the overall best experience for my AirAsia. I’m praying for an on time departure, and another wonderful staff and just a tiny bit more leg space. Wish me luck"

They decided to go through all of our bags again as we went up stairs to board the plane. Of my hundreds of flights I have never seen something this idiotic and redundant. Completely ridiculous to open up every single passenger’s bag before allowing them to take their seat. And this happened an hour AFTER departure time, making me and half the plane miss connecting flights. Never book through them, pay the extra to save yourself the headache. They didn’t care that they made us spend an extra $1000 to rebook international flights, just a “we understand this inconveniences you” completely ridiculous."
