I recently fly with air India from san francisco to delhi and back and I regret my decision .unfriendly crew and food quality is very poor they only served beverage one time in 16 hours flight. So learn from my mistake do not book with air India."

Also, the interior of the cabin was a bit worn -- carpets bad, toilets out of paper, light & call buttons not working.... needs a facelift for sure. Staff was not that concerned or responsive as on other flights."

Suggestion: People traveling on international flights with no luggage to check in but just one carry on, should be given priority to obtain boarding pass in a special line. I had no check in luggage but I have to stand in line in DC for one hour to get just the boarding pass, but on my return flight from New Delhi staff gave me boarding pass quickly in a special line. Bread & cheese sandwich should NEVER be given as an option....the airline ticket cost too much for that poor selection. Fumigation of a plane with people Onboard? If this is a must, please give notice & provide a face mask for your customers"
