Cons: Entertainment system needs the ability to have closed captions in English. It’s in Chinese all the time—can’t even turn it off. The sound system is very poor so captions would help.

Pros: Crew is friendly and helpful.

Cons: Only slight disappointment is they couldn’t arrange a limo because I was outside the two day window. They did have a limo waiting for me in the way back, when I didn’t need one!

Cons: The food is horrible. Bring your own sandwiches. The flight attendants are very nice, but inexperienced. Our flight had to wait for the fate to clear and passengers got up and started taking their bags down while on an active taxi way. They were walking around while the plane was moving.

Cons: FA’s distributed food but never came back. Also didn’t collect used containers until flight was in decent stage. They were generally unavailable unless you rang the FA button(which I never do)

Pros: Actually had enough leg room; boarding and flight were well-managed and we arrived an hour ahead of schedule.

Pros: At checkin I had a problem with trying to get my luggage checked to the place it needed to go. The 'rules' did not allow for what I needed. The girl worked for literally one hour so that I didn't then need to go through customs/immig twice in hong kong. Service onboard could not have been better.
