Pros: "Latam could not issue a boarding pass at Santiago. This led to long waiting at Brazilian immigration checkpoint. Not having a Visa kept me.from entering the immigration and security wont let me in without a boarding pass. security supervisor had to contact Emirates ground staff who escorted me."

Cons: "When checking in, they were quite slow and they didn't seem like they wanted to be helpful. Some crew members were not as helpful as when we were going to Brazil, and even the way they communicated the rules was not always very nice, but not rude either."

Cons: "Crew was surly, never smiled. They all seemed very tired and intolerant of customers. Service was minimal. Food was tasteless and salty. Water was offered only once on a 14 hour flight. Aircraft was very cramped- no room to walk in the aisle without hitting the aisle seats. Overhead compartments were crammed full and it was very difficult to find space for a small bag."

Cons: "1. Seats seemed tighter than I'm used to. 3-4-3 setup from ATH to EWR. I flew it today. 2. Food: standard. Not ethnic which I was expecting for a Dubai airline. 3. Color scheme: overhead lighting was your yellow incandescent light bulb color. Made the interior feel dated. However the ceilings had tiny lines like stars. This was a nice touch."

Cons: "During initial boarding at IAD our carry on baggage was ok. But boarding at Dubai there was carry-on baggage weight check and we had to pay additional $200. And then our baggage was then checked in. Seemed to be totally unethical."

Cons: "Food quality, seat sizes, comfort of the seats is not good. There were belligerent passengers that kept on drinking alcohol on the flight and even lit up a cigarette in the restroom. The persons involved should have been arrested for causing a disturbance on the flight."

Rewards.. not calling the old people to board first.... my mom is 84 years old by the time she got to her seat row 45 she was exhausted... then we turned the light on she needed water for her medicine... we had to wait 45 minutes because the crew was to busy socializing"
