Pros: "Boarding was a mess. Stood in line for over 90 mins. They don’t have Airport checkin kiosks. Flight delayed over 2hours without information to the passengers! Seats are beat up. Lavatories dirty within 3 hours of flying, and this was an 18hour non stop!"

Pros: "Boarding was quick and easy, wasn't a rush. Lots of empty seats."
Cons: "Plane felt old and dirty. Everything was gross and/or broken. Screens didn't work for many people, headphone ports were damaged. Even things like the handle on the doorknob, during the course of the flight, became bent and broken, as if somebody didn't know how to use it and manhandled it instead."

Cons: "No customer service. Air hosts were doing their job as a chore, no pride in their job, did not come to support even after ringin the call light multiple times. Entertainment system was old and not working for some of us on this long 15 hour flight!"

Cons: "I don’t like my checking process at San Francisco. The information with customer agent was different to information provided during checkin. And it’s misguided me and I loose checkin baggage. Very disappointed with overall process."

Cons: "1. Had to check out baggage in Delhi, instead of through checkin to final destination 2. one of the baggage was lost 3. took 45 mins to check in at the air india counter for seating and my seat was separate from my child 4. audio was not working for the entertainment"

Cons: "The cabin floor was soaked from a leak from the bathroom, which resulted in an uncomfortable and extremely unhygenic conditions for the duration of an international flight! Air India customer service has been unresponsive to both phone/email/online inquiry as well--poor customer service."

Cons: "1. My chair back was not reclining fully 2. The tray table was a bit broken 3. The inflight entertainment system was terribly to navigate 4. the sound on the entertainment system was not great. 5. In the bathrooms the toilet paper and seat covers were not regularly replaced. 6. I got breakfast at 8am and then beverages at 2.30pm and lunch at 3pm. This left me terribly hungry and exhausted."

Cons: "Entertainment section doesn't seem to get update frequently. There were not any new movies. Food was not upto the mark. Given the fact that it s international flight for 12 hrs there was no toiletry or blanket provided. Seats could have seen better life then what they were in. There was no leg room if I keep water bottle in the front seat pocket."

Cons: "Checkin counter queue to get boarding passes was too long. Queue management was poor. Many staff members walking around doing nothing to help waiting customers. Chit-chatting with each other and laughing around while customers are waiting to get service."

Cons: "The seats were broken with large cracks visible. The arm rest was also broken with a metal protruding out. There were many seats in the same broken state. The entertainment system in my seat was not working. The quality for the aircraft was not great and seemed very old."

Cons: "I placed a meal request on their website but they were clueless and did not serve it on both sectors, Hyd - Sfo & Sfo - Hyd!"
