It’s a chaos and the lines are mostly first in last out, as they don’t care of the passenger well being or the waiting time. They are just concerned of checking in before the boarding call. Personal experience is of standing 2 hours straight just for check in. Flight is ok, food preordered are all the instant ones with hot water mix, which tastes pathetic. They said they’d check and get back with us. When they did they said the additional charge for 15kg was more than the ticket itself!! For more than 15 up to 30kg it was nearly 3 times as much! This really felt like a scam! We asked to cancel the flight and were told we could, but there was no guarantee of any refund. We said to cancel it anyway. Later I was told there would be no refund. I assumed it had been canceled and yet I got emails telling me it was time to check in, etc. And then I’m asked to review my flight! So, between Indigo and Kiwi.com I felt I got terrible service. I will not use either of them again. In the end we got a flight for the original amount including 15kg of checked baggage from a different website and on a different airline that left at the exact same. There was a reasonable charge per 5 kg over the15 allowed."

I contacted Spicejet customer service who were very helpful and efficient and booked the additional baggage with them without any problems. The issue is with Kiwi.com and not Spicejet. Based on this experience I would definitely fly with Spicejet again."

Cons: "Check-in was slow and indifferent. Boarding was chaos and then we had to be held back on the bridge because they realized the aircraft was still being cleaned. Plane was dirty and rundown, despite being a recent Boeing Dreamliner - looked like a drunken rugby stag party had spent a night kicking the seats. In-flight information for immigration was incorrect, leading us to stand in the wrong line for 10 minutes once we got to Delhi. Priority baggage tags were useless - I had a quick domestic connection in Delhi that we almost missed because they couldn't find my luggage, then when we arrived at our final destination the luggage was still back in Delhi. I had to wait 24 hours for it to arrive in Jodhpur. I left sunglasses and headphones on the plane but don't bother trying to contact lost property - the email address on Air India website is no longer in use, and customer service don't want to know about it and said to call the airport."

The TV's didn't work for the whole flight both ways - Headphones didn't work and we weren't even given one on our return flight. My dad's flight was delayed both times - he spent over 11 hours at the airport with no proper information from the staff. It was my first and most definitely the LAST TIME."
