Flight left on time, arrived early, pleasant staff provided water, coffee, etc. access to bathrooms was reasonable and were well maintained. blankets were available, lots of entertainment options. LUGGAGE SERVICE WAS GREAT. I got my one checked bag quickly and was able to make a bus connection for a 2 hour bus ride saving me from waiting another 1.5 hours.
They promise free wi-fi prior to boarding and then once on board you are informed you have to purchase wifi even after being a mileagePlus member.
Both our flights were delayed. Almost didn’t get in the second flight. Staff was rude to the bone.
Everything went well except the turbulence what no one have a control of but pilot and crew handled very good!

Flight was delayed 8 times. We were sitting at the airport for 14 hours. We got 2 hours of sleep (if that) on what was not meant to be a red-eye.
Plane boarded early a quickly, was mostly full. We left close to on time. And landed early.
Flight was timely, relatively comfortable, with decent entertainment and food served. Only problem encountered was with the free messaging which I highly appreciate, but it did not work from iphone to non-iphones.
Flights were canceled due to airline shutting down and haven’t received a reimbursement. Had to book last minute new flights which were expensive
Spirit changed flight times by 12 hours with coming and going so I refunded tickets and drove
The agent cancel my flight without my consent. So the situation generate me a lot of troubles, specially because we were traveling with a baby
The boarding process was simple but the seats were very uncomfortable. The staff lady was also very hard to understand when she spoke over the intercom about procedures and updates. Other staff members seemed like they were just tired and didnt want to be on the plane. Im used to happy attendants and being able to understand what is said over the speakers.
I didnt have a flight. Kayak must be on drugs because I confirmed with spirit that I had no booked flight.
The repeated flight delays—this time nearly three hours without any weather-related cause—are unacceptable. Yet, passengers are penalized heavily even for being a minute late. It is unreasonable that there is no compensation for such significant delays, nor even basic provisions like water during the wait or in flight. This imbalance in accountability is deeply frustrating and needs to be addressed.

Every connection was late but that meant I was not running from one to the next so that was a good thing. No one wants to miss a connection
Flight attendant was all so sweet and pilot got us to our destination safely and on time
I never had an opportunity to experience them! They cancelled my flight TWICE!!!
