I think at this point moving us to an open gate would have been nice - we had been delayed for so long - my 8 year old daughter was really having a hard time. Instead we had to sit and wait for 20 more minutes once we were on the ground. This seems avoidable to me."

They had no means of looking after the contents. Was I suppose to carry my content???This was ever so frustrating since the suitcase was brand new. Then the lady told me that my warranty on the bag will cover the damage. It was obvious she was not willing to help and did not have a clue what she was doing thus I just logged the complaint and had by suitcase sorted out the San Francisco Airport. They were very helpful."

Should have a pet area inside the security of airports, like Palm Springs does."
