Flight was delayed by over two hours and that meant my connecting flight was in jeopardy but there was no acknowledgement or help from the BA staff

I Keep your expectations to low to middling with BA, or most European/ US airlines these days.

British Airways offers amenities subpar with all other airlines flying internationally. Sharing tis based on my experience with flying at least five other airline between IAD-DEL in the last six months.

Experience was bad. In business class, they ran out of food choices. Luggage was delayed by 2 days in both to and fro flights, ground staff was not helpful, took 3 hours to log the complaint for missing luggage.

Very bad because flight was cancelled and they never informed me i have to wait for three days in hotel to get another flight

Missed food service or not enough food available to serve the passengers. Very poor leg room in economy. Uncomfortable and old seats with some of the seat covers coming off. Lights, entertainment system and call buttons not working for an entire section of the flight between Del-Lhr. Very poor experience overall.

Biz class has a middle seat. 🙄. WiFi only for first class. No free seat assignments. Basically nickel and dime approach. They need to take lessons from Singapore Air and the likes. Never again.

I have not used food or entertainment all other services I used were simply excellent. BA crew is always good in service. The BA Crew at anygiven flight is simply amazing.

The behaviour of Cabin Crew was really bad and they didn't serve food in my 10hrs flight even though I booked my flight food . They didn't treated me well. Seriously inhumane people. Moreover, they have made fun of my religious belief as I was carrying lord Krishna idol with me which is highly unacceptable. Our connecting flight got delayed and for providing the information regarding next flight and other immigration there was no guidance provided at the airport. I am really disappointed with the airlines as they have hurt my self respect as well my religious sentiments during my whole flight.

The only issue we had was damage checked in bags, out of 8 bags only two arrived at the destination. Out of 6 remaining bags one came late at night and it's all broken. Still awaiting 5 more bags to come.
