First of all, our gate, and perhaps all of British Airways' gates for Nice-Heathrow flights, led to a series of buses that took a long time to board, were crowded, and offered virtually no seating. The long line of passengers moved slowly. The food in business class was awful. There was an air traffic controller problem that caused our flight to be significantly delayed, and many of the passengers had connecting flights at Heathrow. While the crew acknowledged our concern and promised to give us specifics about where to go when we landed, in fact, no announcements were made, so passengers in that situation were anxious about how to quickly find their connecting flights. Not a great look for BA.

I had an awful experience with British Airways as they broke the handle of my checked in suitcase and when I went to complain they told me that this was not their responsibility. This has to be one horrible airline that does not take responsibility for the damage that they have created

They sat my 2 year old in the seat behind me, separate from myself and my 5 year-old daughter. When I asked them to fix it they told me to speak to the gate agent in London. When I asked in London they told me to talk to the cabin crew. Then a “Supervisor” stuck us in row 39 at the back of the plane when we were originally sitting in row 25/26. They ran out of food which was gross anyway, and the entertain didn’t work the first hour of the flight. Overall terrible experience.

The overall seat and cushion needs to be updated. It was hard and no support. My butt was numb for most of the flight. The food was subpar at best being in premium economy cost. The flight attendants were excellent and attentive during the whole flight. Disappointed I had to select our seats 24 hours prior.

Very old aircraft. Seat 15 A & B personal light not working, foot rest broken in 15 A , reclining push buttons required two people to do it. Overall experience was below standard. The same food was served both the times. No snacks in the ally, drink choices very limited. It felt like it was the year 2000. The crew unfriendly, hospitality 4/10.

They damaged my check in bag and when I filled complaint they gave some minimal amount which is not even sufficient to buy new bag. Vey unhappy with this experience.

Enjoyable flight, helpful crew everything was organized to accommodate passengers.

Very bad because flight was cancelled and they never informed me i have to wait for three days in hotel to get another flight

Waited 3.25 hours in plane only to have the flight cancelled.
