I paid for the service but was then sent an email and told I could not book additional baggage through their website and should use the Spicejet website. I contacted Spicejet customer service who were very helpful and efficient and booked the additional baggage with them without any problems. The issue is with Kiwi.com and not Spicejet. Based on this experience I would definitely fly with Spicejet again."

Cons: "Awful service! The air hosts/hostesses don't care about you if you traveling economy. This was a 16 hour flight but they didn't even offer water for 6-7 hours. I used my attendant button at least 12 times and no one came to my seat. I had to hunt them down and found all of them holed up in the back of the plan gossiping and laughing. Adding to this, their entertainment systems were faulty and didn't work half of the time I was on the plane. The sound quality may have been alright but the headphones that they provided gave a really muffled sound so it was really hard to understand. I tried to use my personal headphones but the entertainment system would only allow for Air India's "special" headphones. The food was mediocre and they served their meals in spurts. Within the first two hours of the plane taking off, they served us one meal. Then there was no food or water service for at least 8 more hours. Then they gave us a meal 4 hours before we were supposed to land and then again a heavy snack an hour later. So basically, we were left to fend for ourselves for 8 hours with no food or water. I am dreading the journey back from Delhi to Chicago now."

The airline was boarding a certain class of passenger, but there were no announcements to inform other passengers that they weren't doing general boarding at the time. The touch screens on the back of the seats are annoying (especially on a 7-hour flight) to the passenger in front, as they can feel the constant tapping through the seat."

Cons: "The very least thing you would expect on international travel is to kill your time watching movies or something on the screen in front of you especially when you travel 13+ hours non-stop. My screen wouldn't even start and when informed the crew multiple times all got is "ok" and nobody even bothered to comeback and check( even after pressing the flight attendant button multiple times). Trip felt very exhausting since all you can do is close your eyes and pretend you sleep or stare at seat in front of you. I am sure there are many broken systems and it may be ok for people who sleep through out their flight but such a shame that air India doesn't bother to check and fix their systems. Very disappointed since this is not the first time it happened, also happened on my way to India and the response I got from flight attendant is" there are hundred of seats empty"meaning to say go find a working screen myself. When you spend so much money to travel least you would expect is basic things and minimal courtesy. Somebody needs to fix their systems and train the crew better. Very disappointed that Air India didn't even bother to correct the issues they knew that were already at fault."

No wonder these toilets clog so often. It's a long haul flight almost 161/2 hours; should attend this need. Upon inquiry from crew, I came to know that flight services from DEL to SFO does not provide toilet seat covers; while SFO to DEL does? Entertainment system hardly works; three of the entertainment systems at 34 row were not working. Infrastructure seating, cushions are old, suggest updating/refurbishing these for such a long flight. Food menu should be reconsidered, especially bread - I still don't understand why are you serving bread roll with Indian food, mismatch, and also would suggest executive management to make surprise checks on the food quality - hopefully they will understand."

Following this when the plane landed it was continuously 'wobbling'. This kind of piloting is not expected of a long distance passenger aircraft. Lost my trust in Air India as a safe flight.
