Emirates need to improve the boarding process. There is no point calling for all First and Business Class passengers plus Platinum, Gold and Silver Skywards members at one time. Further to this, try channeling all these people into one entry point with no defined lines. It was chaos. The is a common issue on the Dubai to Riyadh flight. Poor effort Emirates.

Good flight overall. Good options of food on NY-Dubai-Mumbai leg. Not that good reversing back. The flight crew is courteous and professional as always. The seating was much more comfortable going into Mumbai than coming back. Cheers!

Flight was on time. Seats (economy) were very comfortable and food was excellent. The bad thing was that after landing it took an hour to reach arrivals. We had to wait 15mins to get off the plane and then had to board a bus which moved very slowly and took almost 30 minutes.

The flight was operated by IndiGo and not Qatar, which is a budget airline from India. Nevertheless, the flight was uneventful.

They didn't board by zones and it was a free for all. The 16 hour flight was the most excruciating experience of my life and the seats were TINY... with no leg space and my feet were swollen immediately. The food was so bad it was inedible.
Qatar Airways did a very good job. Flights were slightly delayed with boarding but pilots made up time by arrival. The food was OK, no better or worse than other airlines. Although it would be nice to have three meals during 16 hours flight instead of two.

Surprised at the lower quality of seats on the Boeing 777 in Business Class. Seats are tight and the whole Business class section is jam packed with seats. It doesn’t feel like Business Class at all. Also the way the tray tables are placed with a huge bulky solid metal hinge at knee level makes it so uncomfortable and always anxious that one will accidentally bang their knee on it. Quality of amenities has also declined. Over priced tickets with diminished quality of the entire experience.

After paying for seats, I was cramped, my daughters legs kept hitting the seat in front, I had no overhead bin space and no help from stewards on board, the food was served cold, when asked for snacks was told to wait and never received any, the flight was cold with no temperature controls. The flight attendants were rude in the DEL to FRA flight. The transfer between the two flights at Frankfurt International Airport was an unpleasant experience. The airplane was never parked at the terminal, but was deboarded instead on the tarmac itself. For those passengers in need of a wheelchair, it was a nightmare to come down the stairs and then rush across the airport to catch the connecting flight from FRA to IAH. Upon arriving at IAH, it was informed that the luggage had not arrived. Would make it a point never to travel with Lufthansa again.

my experience with kayak was terrible. Team kayak just left me with a booking and limbo and preffered not to contact me.. Instead when I contacted the team they said the booking is cancelled. Seriously 5 days after booking u were waiting of my call to inform me of the incompetence of the team. This will be taken up with higher authorities
